First flash the stock recovery and then relock the bootloader!
Relocking is simple just as u unlocked the bootloader u can relock it to with same method.
Just follow the instructions from their!
After relocking it then apply the RUU!
I hope it will work!

Okey so I have tried CM10 and CM10.1 and I don't like the bad internet performance.
So I want to return to stock, I restored my nandroid from the JellyBean 4.5 latest update.
But now I want to S-ON, un-Supercid, and relock my bootloader so I can use the OTA's again.
Can anybody help me with the steps? I just don't want to risk bricking my phone
I already downloaded the RUU for JellyBean but it's one version older as I already have now.
Ps. I have an unlocked european HTC One S S4.
Ps 2. I also know how to do all these steps, but I need the order for them.
Thanks!
Okey so from what I have found I only need to
Put Original CID back > Relock bootloader and flash RUU. is this correct?

if you are on s-off you dont have to relock your bootloader, just boot your phone into fastboot, connect it to your pc and run the ruu as usual.
if you want to get otas change your supercid to a normal one like HTC__001.
for installing ota you should be on stock recovery, which will be automatically flashed if you run the ruu, no need for s-on or relocked bootloader.
To change CID use this command in a adb environment
fastboot oem writecid then whatever CID you need

You forgot stock recovery. Flash manual or use ruu before relock.
There is no reason to sonn again just for ota. They work with soff
There is a good topic in dev section to go from soff unlocked to completly stock sonn locked if you really want it.
I advise only to go back sonn if returning it for warranty or such

Do you mean stoc ROM? We need your CID to get it. to find it boot to bootloader and use the following fastboot command:
fastboot getvar cid
If you are unlocked and just want a ROM to flash, all ICS and JB ROMs are compatible.

It seems that you re-locked your bootloader. Can you try to unlock it? it may help restore your phone without using an RUU. Use th following command:
fastboot oem unlock
Edit: also, how did you get to this situation? It might help solving it.

Enable smartflash from it

Hello,
I have a HTC sensation, that i started rooting and install a custom rom - Kitkat from sultanxda.
All worked perfectly, only that one day i wanted to make a sim unlock, because it was locked in Vodafone Romania.
By mistake, i am not an expert, i've used the comand: fastboot oem writesecureflag 3
After this i've got my phone bricked...
I've found Unbriking projet on xda, and with a Linux I have managed on unbriking.
The problem is that now i have S-ON, and i cannot install another ROM, it works only with the ROM that wass installed before bricking.
I cannot get S-off, i have tried Juopunutbear method, but its not working, says to connect the device, and install drivers...
I have tried a lot of method's, i've tried installing a stock RUU, without luck...
I guess that i have to modify my firmware or hboot version, but as I was saying, i am no expert.
I can provide more information, if anyone can help me.
thanks

since it is unlocked you can still flash kitkat rom
just follow step 2 from this guide(flashing a recovery)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1631861
then from 4ext format all partitions except sdcard
enable smartflash(because now you are on S-ON)
flash the rom
but if you still want to use the ruu.exe you must have to relock your bootloader first

Go back to your proper CID eg. HTC__001. then via fastboot install RUU, like this one.
It should automatically downgrade your hboot back to 2.15. Reboot your device and upgrade via OTA to 4.1.1. Remember that you will loose all data in the process.

To relock just type in fastboot fastboot oem lock. Remember that you can't, after ulocking simply restore the original "Locked" in any of ways. There will be "Relocked" state instead. After that install proper RUU based on CID you've changed.

This is not true. You can reset your bootloader status according to this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2155955
Edit: OP, there is a comprehensive guide on returning to 100% stock state here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2158514
Never heard of this method, thanks laszlobb for useful links and sorry for confusion, if there was any. ;/
