Team Win Recovery Project 2.x, or twrp2 for short, is a custom recovery built with ease of use and customization in mind. It’s a fully touch driven user interface – no more volume rocker or power buttons to mash. The GUI is also fully XML driven and completely theme-able. Stock Sense is too smooth and attractive to want to flash anything else, in my opinion... But it's good that there is a recovery for our M8. Now we just need some roms.

No go for me either, running BlackDragon 4.5 I get immediate FC every time. Tried superficial remedies to no avail (cache wipe, fix permissions, etc). Has anyone else tried Iris? It's worked pretty well for me as an alternative.

Thank you for that mate! I know it's only for devs and not flashable but just wondering if we can flash this firmware like we normally flash a firmware in RUU Mode? I see that this firmware updates touch panel drivers too, so maybe there is a possibility to loose touch after flashing it, unless we are running a 2.24 based rom of course

The rom is a dump form a slightly different variant of the international htc one, we don't yet know what is and isn't safe. @baadnewz only provided it so that other devs can utilise the files it's not a 'here it is flash it now' thread. create a theme folder on your sdcard. this is what you should have....... /sdcard/TWRP/theme
rename the download to ui.zip and place it into the theme folder on your sdcard........ /sdcard/TWRP/theme/ui.zip
reboot to recovery
