After unlocking the bootloader and rooting my Moto G, my next task was to flash a custom ROM. I'm finding difficulty in this.
I can get on the the flashboot, but when I go into recovery mode, it quickly changes gives me the unlocked boot loader warning and brings up a android with a red exclamation mark saying "No command."
Now, as a noob of rooting androids, I have no idea what is happening

You need a custom recovery to install custom rom.... There are lots of threads in q&a thread

Hello all of you,
Today I unlocked the boodloader and rooted sucessfully my moto g, but then i tried to flash kitkat firmware of the US global, my phone is from telcel mexico, my mistake is that i followed the instructions to flash the firmware but i forgot to first install clockworkmod recovery, so when i finished flashing kitkat, i boot into de warning of unlocked bootloader and then to a dead android with a red triangle and it looped again forever, i can still enter fastboot mode so i tried to flash de CWM in hope to repair the damage but i got no luck, instead i just got infinite loop warning, so im here asking for help to you all, i dont know what to do, i can still enter fastboot mode, Sorry to bother and ty for the attention.
Is there a way to enable usb debugging in fastboot mode, because cant get past from the warning logo, i tried the restore stock firmware guide, but i had no luck u.u, i feel terrible.
Edit: The steps that i skipped, i just had to do them and the again flash the image, then it worked, sorry for posting when my solution was right in fornt of me, and ty all, i feel that my thread is only ocupying space, so if a mod want to delete, go ahead.

This is my first post, and I am a slight noob, so please bear with me.
I would like to flash my XT910 with a cyanogen mod. I have flashed the device before, to EU jellybean 4.1.2 (952.124.14.XT910.Retail.en.EU).
However, I now cannot get into recovery mode. The Orange motorola start screen comes up, and then a dead android with a red triangle with an exclamation mark comes up. I cannot get further than this.
I have tried flashing a custom recovery using clockwork and TWRP. I have tried ROM manager, BMM, Rom Installer, etc. all to no avail.
Please can you tell me how to fix my recovery partition so i can flash?
Also I have rooted the device using this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2298408 , which seems to be successful.

I used flashtool to unlock the boot loader. I cannot flash the stock version because somehow the debugging option have been disabled. My handset was "boot looping" now it is stuck on the "SONY" Logo when I try to boot which happened after I tried flashing. I don't know much about Android. Whatever I tried was out of curiosity and suddenly things went wrong. I do have Android SDK in my Computer. Is there any way to flash the stock version ???

Moto g is struck at "warning bootloader unlocked" screen. How to make it normal?
after unlocking the bootloader and rooting the device. I have flashed cm 12.1 with gapps, now the device is not booting. Its struck at "warning bootloader is unlocked logo".
Iam able to access the recovery which is TWRP. I have tried flashing some other roms but no use . Any solution??

my phone is HTC desire vc, and it is rooted also hboot unlocked.
I want to flash a custom Rom but first I thought to flash a custom recovery. I downloaded "clock world mod recovery" and downloaded a app that flash recovery. ( the app was, " flashify" ) after that it shows "successfully flashed recovery" but after that problem start, whenever I boot into recovery it shows " HTC logo and their is disclaimer- this is for development purpose only and disturbing outside of HTC can take a legal action". then devise gets off and won't start until I pull out the battery. but fastboot is opening and devise is working fine. but won't boot into recovery. please help me! thanks in advance
