Guyz i need your help.... I have a micromax canvas juice a77 and i was making the rom for it.... I decided to port a rom similar to the chipset of my device.... So as its a mtk6572 device, i got a s4 rom for it.,... Firstly i flashed it without any modifications but after flashing my phone went to sleep .... Only the thing visible was a white screen.... Then to make it alive again i flashed stock rom on it... Then replaced the boot.img from stock to the s4 rom.... And surprisingly that worked.... Then it booted up but the baseband version was unknown.... I have cwm backup.... So i restored it.... And everything goes fine again.... Searched everywhere but only got disappointing solutions.... Every other thing is working fine except the basic functionality of a phone..... It becomes an androidpod after flashing that rom..... So is anyone here to answer my question... This is my first rom so please guide me through it.... My another question is that how do we insert text while we are installing any rom....

Hello guys! Its my first post here on xda ... I am having a problem with my Sky Vega Racer im-a760s .. i was trying different custom roms on it. then I installed Rom or LG U+ i guess .And now the rom is not working.touch of my mobiles is not working too and I dont know why cant i boot into recovery mode.... I need to boot into my cwm recovery to remove this rom and install a new working one. please help. im waiting for your reply.thanks!

Bro ... i have also got same prob in my sky vega racer 760s... have u find any solutions ??
Nops... I had to get it to a mobile engineer and he said it'll be done with Riff box or any other device. He had to open sky 760 and sold the box points on the main IC but it hadn't work till the date. There is no solution except to replace the board now as my set was also water damaged. I had to buy a new one and guess what, my network sim is not working in it and also it has been three days and I am unable to root it...

THIS IS A GUIDE FOR ALL THOSE WHO ARE STRUGGLING TO ROOT AND INSTALL CWM ON THEIR LAVA E-TAB XTRON TABLET'S
Since there was no mention of any successful guys who had done that as this gorgeous and wonderful TAB is relatively a new kid on the block, I had to undertake some risks and had to suffer a hard brick on way, by choosing a wrong parameter file while flashing using rkbatch tools. Luckily my Tab is under guarantee and so the service centre unknowingly gave me a reprieve by re-flashing the stock ROM (I must be the first one to do so). Its been only 5 days since I got it for my son, and I was determined to root and install CWM on it. There has been no support from anyone and surprisingly LAVA does not provide stock firmware (update.img) files for any of their Tab's. Finally my fried Randy from freaktab.com has cooked ROM's for both the XTRON and XTRON+
The LAVA E-Tab XTRON/XTRON+ is basically an RK 3066 chip based Tab which is almost or fully identical to the Z70

I bought this Tab recently. But I cant find drivers for this tab.
I tried connecting the Tab to my laptop with USB debugging on, but the windows doesnt install the drivers automatically.
It searches but fails to identify f the drivers for the device.

Here are all the drivers you need... Anyone please come up with a STOCK update.img or ROM....? Then I can make custom ROMs for our TAB.

The drivers you have provided didnt work for me.
Windows is not recognizing the drivers from the folder you have provided.

X-Tron + custom ROM available!
I flashed an X-tron + custom 4.2.2 ROM on my X-tron and it boots and is blazingly fast! The only issues are the following.

If someone can give a helping hand with suggestions we could have fully working 4.2.2 on X-tron. LAVA guys are terrible and they will never provide us with official 4.2.2 for the X-tron. Guys, 4.2.2 is lighting fast...Any help??

Try cm 10.1 on the xtron tab...no bugs no wake-locks and an amazing battery standby time...just lost 6% in the last 8 hours in standby......good aint it??
Only pblm i found was the camera is inverted which is a kernel bug. and some visual artrifacts on rotating....but it aint a big deal breaker since u get amazing battery backup
Can Anybody help me out with a stock version of this ROM... UNTOUCHED... I need to go to the LAVA center for some issue....

Hey guys i saw that there was no thread for p300, so i decided to make one (this is the support and development thread)
Do this at your own risk
1=Root your funbook
It is rooted but sometimes it is not rooted so you must visit this page: http://apk4phones.blogspot.in/2013/05/root-in-just-two-minutes.html
Download the unlock root software from there- (second post), download the app, connect funbook with usb debugging to pc
click root (DONE!!!)
But first try to install Super User app from playstore as MMX P300 is already rooted

8= Battery calibration problem
Best method to fix is to install another rom, it will fix, if you want to keep it on stock rom so please download the battery calibration app, and follow the steps given!!!

Flash the the jellybean rom (number 3) using live suit and and then try installing other roms

Power button broken?? i found a solution for p300-
The thing is, i couldn,t remap it- so i did the other thing- i downloaded this app called the AWESOME ON OFF from PLAYSTORE- download this and switch on the awesome on, and voila- your tab will get on when picked up
P.S. you can do this even if you don't have a broken power button

the lightning rom says for funbook pro.. it can be installed but i would like to say.. make a backup before i have no idea about it will work or not.. but my experience says that funbook pro always refers to funbook P300,, so sorry i can't try it for you as my tab broke... hope i helped u ... any more questions ... feel free to ask..
Is the battery or the callibration software defective? I calibrated the battery using BatteryCallibration but it discharges directly from 90% to 3% in just 5mins.

hey, if that is not working for you. then install CWM, go to advanced and wipe battery stats.. then it might work.. .. and i am still having this problem.. best way to install a new rom but my power button is broken

Yeah, I installed the allwinner rom today itself. Didn't check the battery performance though.

I just bought a pantech burst p9070 ,the wifi worked perfectly when there wasn't any sim card in it but after I inserted a sim card the wifi stopped working. It cant connect to saved networks or search for new networks once there is a sim card in it.please help me solve this problem:fingers-crossed:

m searching for Stock rom (micromax a27)...as it is Bricked...
The phone was in good condition....
i just tried to root it using (UnlockRoot).....Got Success
Than after rooting Successfully......i thought ...i shud clear some ram..for better performance... :silly:
I just started Clearing/uninstalling the pre-installed games and apps from the phone.....Using (Titanium Backup)
I was uninstalling Fifa game from the phone....and saw a msg
(Titanium backup always gives a msg...while uninstalling that "this can b harmful or smthing" That's y i ignored it )
and click ok ok ok...and suddenly...
my phone crashed...
and after that evry Boot attempt is failed..
the device is not booting...so i started searching for Stock Roms...
by mistake i flashed micromax A35 Rom in my Micromax A27...
the phone was as it is...no changes...no boot took place....
Finally i found 1 Stock rom for my phone....but tired of dowloading it more than 10 times....
it hangs...in between...the Rom is 150mb...but stops at...141mb...and stucks there... :crying:
Can any1 help me now...???

Guys I have LENOVO A516 ROOTED with custom rom of Samsung Galaxy S5. Its working great but the problem arsing is that every time i power off my phone and then after some time try to start it. IT would not start. Then i have to take out the battery wait for about 2 to 3 mins put it back in and then when i start it starts. I dont know why its doing that. plz help me. Thanks in advance.
What custom rom? Does it power off right?
Try wiping cache and dalvik. Then boot, then try again
If not solved, try reinstalling the rom.
