The jellybean version is for Jellybean ROMS, and the KitKat version is for KitKat ROMs (CM11, AOSP, etc)
Since you are using Jellybean, KitKat version wont work for you.
Incase you wish to use KitKat, you can use the KitKat version.
Hope i helped. Press the thanks button incase i helped

Install NS Tools from playstore to be able to control the kernel's features.
If the kernel's working out great for you, go to this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=27598370&postcount=1

I also had problems a few months back with another sensor (accelerometer) using CM10 so i switched ROMs and never used stock CM10 again. Let's hope someone with the proper solution might be able to help you :good:

you can have CM-11 without flashing a kernel just flash CM-11 and it contains it's own kernel.
if you need a custom kernel for a reason you can flash it after flashing CM-11.

I need help! I am new with rooting an Android phone. I did the basic instructions: get CWM Recov., etc. I even placed the Thunderzap Kernel. But here's the problem: once I used the phone the next day, the camera wouldn't work! I did what I saw on the forums: clear cache and data from the camera and gallery apps. It did NOT work. I didnt even use any custom roms. Will someone please help this little 13 year old and save him from losing the chance of taking the perfect pic. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
