does anybody know app or gallery that displays pictures with no gap between them? I have couple of images of scanned book, and It will be faster to see it in gallery than in pdf because pdf have some lag when you scrolling through pages
I like too much Quickpic app, available in Google Play for free.
You can see pictures from your folders, in various types of thumbnails.
Best regards.

I as well use QickPic to remedy this.
Don't understand why Android does that.

I've been using quickpic as my gallery app because it is fast and lightweight, but it annoys me that it will not integrate with others apps. For instance if i try to view a picture from the camera app it will not open quickpic to do so and it also will not integrate with mms for sending picture messages. Anyone know of a lightweight gallery that will integrate with other apps. Sync with online photo albums is a plus.

I have an HD panorama picture and I'd like a way to turn it into a wallpaper all viewable so that at each time one part of the pic is shown as I scroll the apps screen. There are plenty of those kinds of wallpaper out there, like Paperland Live (Google play) for example. So, how can I create one?

Been trying to view my holiday photos via the stock Asus gallery. Is the best gallery app I've found it auto rotates pictures to the correct way which things such as es photo viewer doesn't do.
The photos are saved to my micro sd and the gallery finds the album fine. But when I start to look through the album via gallery it works for a while then force closes. No reason why it should. Any ideas?

Try clearing cache and data for the Gallery app.
and/or: try Quickpic. Much better than Gallery IMHO

Try Quickpic. Works better and faster.
What's CROMi-X 4.5.5?? Not a version I made :cyclops:
lol - anyway sounds like you have a lot of pictures and it might be closing due to lack of free ram? Can you try putting less pictures in a folder for me to see if that is the case or clear the storage media in apps and try that - I bet you have gigabytes of pictures.

I'm running CROMI-X 4.6.7 and I'm heving some issues with the gallery, but the original gallery. It starts after I flashed the PhotoSphere from CROMI-X. After take a picture with Photosphere, and after renderizing the photo, the gallery sudenlly stop. I don't now why. I have just some 10 pictures on gallery.
By the way, I tried to do a clean flash to everything and now I have to cameras (one the normal and the other one the camera with photo sphere) and have 2 galleries to (but they are the same, no difference). But on this time, the gallery didn't crash.
Hi there.
My question is very simple: Is it possible that you can modify the standard Google camera and the default gallery so that the camera also create GIF's and the gallery can play this?
With best regards,
Afro

I too wish the default gallery could play GIF's.
I use the Photos app part of Google+ to play them, but after about 3 GIF's, they stop playing.
Push (?).

Nothing?
Has anyone noticed the stock Album app automatically enhancing a picture about a second after you start looking at it? Those automatic enhancements look great to me.
Does anyone know if we can apply those to the photo permanently? Thanks!

Did you find out about this?
Hi, I have the same issue. I tend to think I take perfect picture because the album app is automatically enhancing my pictures, but when I upload to my computer they look ****.

No you cannot apply these effects permanently, because they are not a real effects, they are the X-reality effects of your device.

well, X-reality is Ok for me but only the first stage of post-processing.
Super-vivid is too much over-saturated and unreal.
shame on Sony didn't made this feature "global" for non sony apps
