[Q] How to create a scrollable wallpaper? - Galaxy Tab 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have an HD panorama picture and I'd like a way to turn it into a wallpaper all viewable so that at each time one part of the pic is shown as I scroll the apps screen. There are plenty of those kinds of wallpaper out there, like Paperland Live (Google play) for example. So, how can I create one?

[Q] Any apps to set wallpaper? (serious question)

I noticed that if I set my wallpaper via the gallery app it gives me a slight lower quality, but if I set it using another app (like personal wallpaper demo on the market) I can have the same image but in higher quality.
I guess I'm asking if there's any alternatives to the stock gallery app for setting my wallpapers. I know the stock app automatically takes the quality down a bit even in viewing so I know this has to be the culprit.

[APP][2.3+] Wallpaper Resizer 1.1

This app auto detects your devices resolution and then resizes the selected image to the Height and (Width * 2) of the screen in pixels.
"One click auto resize gallery image to best fit your device screen, then set as background wallpaper.
Usually produces better quality than default android method."
Features,
1. Crop and Scale
2. Scale without Cropping

Looks nice but I don't have access to it on my mobile. Says it's not compatible, though I'm on jelly bean. Would you mind sharing the app?
Thanks.

GPlayMusic fullscreen and wallpapers

So I've been doing some poking around and I've come to love Google's full screen album art during music playback but I also now want to have a different wallpaper than my lock screen.
I'm on CM 11 and there is no option within to get what I want done
And while using apps like go ex locker I can get the separate wallpapers but then I lose the album art during playback
Tldr; is there a way to get a different wallpaper on lock and home screen while keeping full screen album art during playback?

[Q] Gallery & Camera: rewrite GIF Compatible?

Hi there.
My question is very simple: Is it possible that you can modify the standard Google camera and the default gallery so that the camera also create GIF's and the gallery can play this?
With best regards,
Afro

I too wish the default gallery could play GIF's.
I use the Photos app part of Google+ to play them, but after about 3 GIF's, they stop playing.
Push (?).
