If you have a 2.1 ROM search the dev forums for the HTC music apk. Blows any third party app out of the water

i got cyanogenmod 5.0.7 (2.1 android) I'll search. i'll post here as soon as i found)

I use this one as well. Very satisfied with it, it can also intercept controls from your headset to play/pause.

I will continue to use the CM9 music player. This MIUI v4 player has some nice looks and plays music well, it also has some nice features (like the automatic displaying of lyrics, a sleep timer function, an integrated equalizer and ID3 tag editor). But I miss two things: a homescreen widget (don't know why I'm not finding one) and the player controls in the status bar.

Did you still have Google music installed with miui? Maybe that's the cause and I tried it, if fcs a lot ...... but doesn't freeze the phone by eating resources like cm9 does.....

Both installed, both work fine (no freezes, no fcs).

Google Play Music

So I'm in the US, and using Google Play Music on my international note. I can't see any of my music stored in the cloud. Anyone else?

It seems to be a general problem on google play music. Found 1-2 more threads regarding this and i'm having the exact same problem. Waiting for a fix from google.

For some reason it started working for me.

Seems that you have to open it while on wifi and sync on.

Hi, I just installed this app, but there is no Music effects in my Sound setting. I'm using CM10 rom. So how can I activate this app?

i really dont get why it works incredibly on my razr but im not allowed to get it from the market, when my nexus did... thanks for the link

Works absolutely fine with PowerAMP. Go to settings-audio- advanced tweaks-direct volume control and turn it off. Then you'll get the effect from Noozy.

thanks for sharing. several searches on the play store showed no results. im from nigeria by the way. we also dont have a means of donating yet. but trust me... i owe lots of app developers on xda big time. unless of course you accept liberty reserve payments.

For PowerAMP-Users:
Disable:
-DirectVollumeControl (mentioned already)
-the click on Equalizer and disable Equ, Tone and Limit
Still think that Walkman-Player and Noozy Studio 3 sound better, but there are some issues like id3 Cover Art, exported PAMP-Playlist wont work and UI of PAMP is just better to use.

Doesn't work on Razr I (Intel processor) it doesn't install

Google has recently updated its Google Play Music app with the Material design! This one looks slightly different from the Lollipop version, but is still awesome
Works on KitKat too
