I have a chinese phone (Jugate P328) locked because too many pattern attempts. I can´t connect it to internet and I can´t access to recovery and make a factory reset.
Can anyone help me?

Use ADB in Android SDK tool to remove the lock, search it in google. This will work if you enabled USB Debugging option in Development option in your phone.

You have to do a hard reset your phone. go to boot menu by pressing power button and volume button -.
there factory reset (etc) option will be seen. choose with volume key and press power button to ok. wait till the process end.
Your pattern lock will be removed.
(Note: all data of your mobile will be deleted by this process).

The only options that i saw in recovery are:
spreadtrum factory test
full phone test
item test
BT MUT mode
clt collabution
And the usb debugging isn´t enabled.
hello! guys i have the same mobile, (Jugate P328) and it's stuck ! like i turn on the mobile and the screen has a picture, that changes place only. i cant acess menu nor do nothing! i tried the power button and vol button - and all appears is to turn off the mobile. can u guys help me? im very noob at this ^^ sad tho

ps: i dont know how to access mobile from pc. i think usb debugging isn´t enabled. all it does it recharge the battery lol xD help pls <3

Hello guys. My Jiayu G3 was locked because I let a kid play on the passcode for too many times and now its locked. It says "Too many attempts" and its asking for a username and password, which is basically your google account. Unfortunately i turned off the wifi so now no matter how many times i entered my account it says "Invalid username or password" and now its stucked there. I cant also enter recovery mode by pressing Power + Volume Up button then the robot with the red triangle is appearing. Any ideas what should i do to fix it? plss help me... its been like this for months now, cant even use it.... or theres no more hope and i should just buy a new phone?

hey will this still work even if i dont have USB Debugging enabled? alos my phone is not rooted.. i got to know this stuff when my phone got locked and i searched for a fix.

Hello,
I bought a Huawei G520 and tried to install Google Playstore and delete the Chinese apps. I did something wrong and I made a factory reset. Now I have a huge problem : Everytime I start the phone or go out of sleep I am at the Lockscreen and after I unlock the phone There is this " Tap the Android" (It was once in English and then every other time in Chinese) When I tap it the Android turns white for a second and nothing happens. I cant flash the phone because I need to unlock the "BootLoader" and I need to write a Code in the dialpad that I cant acces. I cant access the Phone through USB because it shows it as a "Removable Disk". I factory reseted the phone a lot and it didnt helped a bit.
Does anyone know what I can do to use my Phone again, please????

Hello my friends,i need help with my Samsung Galaxy Ace, I am not able to do it a HARD RESER because the volume bottons are broken,but the phone its working perfectly ,i find one way with ADB but the PC doesnt recognize the phone to apply the command lines. any help woul be great. i just need to do a Hard Reset

Do a factory reset when u cant do a hard reset(accomplished with the combination of buttons)
U will find the factory reset option in your settings.
Both are the same as they wipe the data. Just that hard reset is helpful when ur screen freezes(when u cant navigate to settings to do a factory reset)

i just bought infocus m330 and during the setting process i setup the numeric lock system (no pattern lock) now i am stuck how to reset the device i tried many ways but i didn't get the booting process (the black screen menu)
and i also didn't signup with google because i don't have wifi so please help me the process........
pc connected+volume down+power = fastboot mode
Pc connected+volume up+power = recovery mode

Are you sure you followed all instructions??
Button combinations can be tricky.

and yes if the device should be connected to pc or not and battery should be +60 or not ........... i am new to recovery thing

So, i tried to enter into "recovery mode", but it didn't work. I can't go into recovery mod.
What can I do then? I read some pages about "Android debug bridge". What I have to do? When I connect the phone to the computer, it disconnect immediately because it reboot continuously.
Can i repair the phone?
