What apps can you not do without?

What apps, installed from the Play Store, can you not do without? As in the new install (rom) doesn't quite feel right without them
For me, I install the following as soon as I install a new ROM:

This time I'ill install NOTHING ... play with all the new stock apps and then gradually install my old well known apps.
When rooted Titanium backup for sure will be installed :good:

Swipe Pad is the FIRST APP installed.. it's hard to live without it at this point

But i'm not sure if i wanna stay with stock messenger or Facbook's messenger.
with stock i use POPUP 7, but that new Fb messenger update has the bubbles on the side, give you emoji and no need for gosms or handcent

I dont know, havent tried google keep.
Its just a simple good looking note app. Same as used in MIUI roms.

Is it possible to make both sims with 3G connectivity for the micromax a110. I am right now using the megamax v1 rom for my device. Also where i can get the latest dialer with double key and also for the messaging same double key sims at same screen....Like in oppo rom

Pls post in appropriate topic brother... No u can activate 3g only in one sim.. But both sim slots are 3g compatible..

Greenify is an app which lets you hibernate or stop the processes of applications or game so they are not running in background and eating your ram and your battery
Dont hibernate your whatsapp or messenger
In short dont hibernate app which have small blue logo in front of them saying GCM ok
Its requires xpose installer and freely available on play store

I want to have more room on the screen and want to clear all the apps at the bottom (cellphone SMS and web)
Is there a ROM ?

You're referring to the 'dock'. Just try a launcher. Action Launcher is my favorite.

Nova launcher allows this
Some roms has "immersive" mode where it removes the top and bottom and gives you more screen real estate

Also use Nova free to do this...

I use NOVA and have the dock set to hide with a swipe up. I keep the dock hidden until I need it.

You can also do it with stock launcher and Xposed + GravityBox. I did it for a while but I didn't like the fact that back or home becomes a two step process rather than one.

Is there a way to hide an app from the app drawer maybe without root? Or with root and then removing root that will keep the app hidden?

That's a feature of the launcher. Nova and Go are two launchers that have this..

If ur using xposed, u can try GEL settings.

I think the launcher features are only for the premium (paid) app (not 100% sure though). If that's the case you can either pay for the app and use that method or root, xposed framework like the person above me said. However, I highly doubt that the settings will stay if you remove root since xposed needs it to run.

System app freezer

The GEL Launcher doesn't support this feature unless you're using Xposed + GEL settings module. But it only works if you're rooted.
So the only method is to use a Launcher which supports this feature. Examples are Nova Launcher or Apex Launcher. The "hide app" feature is free to use. @poster above: For freezing an app you need root.
