I have a problem it's I 've get bored of my stock Rom my phone is mt6577 1.2ghz and I've read a lot of threads of building your own rom and I started to build my Rom but I've faced a lot of problems so any body here can help to build our Rom ?

I read the whole forum to gain knowledge abut the rom,many questions were cleared but there are still so plz anyone help me
Firstly, i am just moving from my rooted stock to this one ...but a question stucked in my mind, am i missing something like some kernel things??
do i need some change in my phone before flashing this ? ( question came as it is based on Ngoralph's MiniCM10 which needs nAa-jb kernel and i don't know what that is.
Secondly about a lock screen bug, do i need to disable that on my very first boot ? as it doesn't work.
Please answer me ASAP :good:
The kernel is included in the Rom...
I'm the same ROM u can change to some other MIUI lockscreen.

I wanted to post my question on the SLim thread for I9000 but I could'nt.
So I am here to ask my question!!
I have always been using Slim Rom from the begining and I really LOVE this rom :good: and I never had a problem before.
But recently, I had few lags, random reboot to recovery or Rom reboot, applications crashes..
I have last_kmsg from my cell, Should I post it here ?
Does anybody have an idea to solve my bugs?
I think my installation is clean, I did all the wipes, as usual.

So, i just brought a new phone. A Spice Pinnacle FHD-525 . I have found this thread for rooting it -

but ill root it only when i have found a custom rom for it , i feel that custom roms are the biggest benefits of rooting and the stock rom on this one is taking away too much ram running pre installed apps ( total 1000 and free usually is 300) and so i am in desperate need for a custom rom . I would really appreciate a 4.3 port if possible . Cyanogen mod would work but if possible i will really appreciate Paranoid android rom. I read a man saying that he could make a flashable zip if i provided him with some extract from my phone. I very much am willing to do so it it helps the cause.
Btw i have searched for custom roms and found none for this device, so don't think i didn't try myself.

Hi there, let me just start by saying this!: This is no "best rom" thread.
I've been trying a few roms for this phone allready.. so far ive been happy with 12.1 until i realized snapchat won't work on that rom for some reason :S
After a bunch of 6.* roms ive given up on 6.* roms.. as the touchscreen turns out to be useless in those roms for some stupid reason :/
So my question is simply this: Wich 5.1.1 rom are you using now and why? Wich one has been your fav rom on 5.1.1 and why?
This will hopefully help me decide on what rom to get
Did you try the Touchscreen Fix on an 6.* rom? I'm using NXROM with Touchscreen Fix from Alberto97. No Problems so far.

Hi all am new at making roms i will post a rom soon with base 4.0.4 but at this time am facing a problem i am working on porting a rom from a device to our little pico so can anyone gimme a small intro on porting????
