How do I back up app data without root..
I have a rooted galaxy s2 now. I wanna transfer the app data to a unrooted galaxy 3

yes you can ,only need to be rooted and i belive you can go up to 1Ghz

If you upgrade to Android 4.0+, yes it supported

Galaxy y still don't have stable/bugless 4.0 update
