No signal after sim unlock

I have unlocked at&t sgh i727 by purchasing code at cellunlocker.net..
It was done successfully,. It prompted that SIM unlock successful. But later I'm not getting signal (just a circle with slash)... I have got apn settings too.. Tried switching on/off airplane mode, pulling battery out n waited for sometime then booted up. No luck.
Its brand new phone, with stock firmware etc, everything new.
I'm in India now, inserted Vodafone SIM which asked for SIM unlock code n it said unlock successful...
Pls help me guys.

Are you on Gingerbread or ICS? Try flashing Gingerbread.

I have googled some time n found that our frequencies lie under 900/1800. So I put the band preference to that frequency. But still couldn't get the signal.

are you do a factory resert? sometime help. thats happened to me and I flashing a stock rom from SamFirmware.

I hav done factory reset but no use,
Have u got the same problem after unlock.., did flashing stock rom solved it,??
Can u pls give me the link for firmware.

Glitch or Lost IMEI?

So i flashed Paranoid Android to My GS3 tonight and i cant get any conenction when not on wifi but when i am on wifi i also get full 4G. Is this a glitch or IMEI lost? Any ideas how to fix this?

Try flashing another rom and see if it fixes

I went back to a recovery which was my stock phone works now. Thanks, guess Ill try and flash the stable and not the nightly.

Do you have a imei number? Menu, settings, about phone, and status. Your imei number would be there.

Yes i do now, im back on the stock Touchwiz Rom. I didnt get a chance to check while on PA

[Q] Help Wifi not working.

Hello everyone, I just flashed a ROM : "[ROM][RUXUMA7]OFFICIAL 4.1.2 De-ODEXED ROOTED ZIPALIGNED INIT.D INSECURE FEB 20/13" I flashed the radio as well. The data from my carrier works fine the problem comes when I turn the wifi on, I turns on and the little wifi icon on the status bar pops up but when I tried to access internet it keeps loading to then show webpage not avaible, on the market "play store" the same I tried to download an app and it popped the error, the market is not the problem because i can download apps with the 4G but not with the wifi, what can I do to solve this? by the way I flashed this radio: "[RADIO][UXUMA7] For I727/I727R [19-FEB-2013]"

Do other web pages load?

Could be a bad flash or the rom doesn't like your phone. Try reflashing

Yep it was a bad flash, I reflashed the rom now it works thanks :good:

Bad Network

Hey
I have a Problem with my mobile network. After i flashed some roms and tested a lot with porting roms, my network works not correctly. The signal is not good, it comes and goes. I'm now at stock and its the same. I replaced my anntena with a new but still the same.
Here a two screen, are i at the wrong baseband or anything else ?

With Both Programs, but i think the SFT is not working correctly with the LGP720

I've used your rom but had the same problem with the WiFi, I couldn't get it fixed.
Now I've flashed the .36 FTF and Wifi works again. Maybe you can use those modules of .36 update in your rom?
I suspect it's going to be something with the modules and/or combined with the kernel.
I didn't tested it yet, but with my old x10 MP there were the same problems with Wifi, kernels and modules.
Once the dev's started to put the modules in their kernels it all started to work again.
