Every modem I flash doesn't fix the problem either. IMEI and SIM card is not recognized either.
There's a problem with 1) your carrier, or 2) something is wrong with your sim.

I did a backup through cwm. I did notice that after odin'ng back to stock, re-route and install of GO V2, everything was fine. Atleast till i restored my backup. I made a backup after flashing the blaze modem so I am guessing it saved that crap in my backup.
Is there a way to leave out that part of my backup? Atleast that way I can still restore all my apps and settings?
There is option for advance restore

So, I used the method posted by PureMotive to manually get my IMEI back without a backup, and it worked. Now my phone just says I'm roaming all the time. I know other people have had this issue as well, but has anyone figured out how to fix it? Any help would be great! Thanks in advance!

No fix for Verizon that I'm aware of yet..
Except maybe this:

Try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=31028642&postcount=115.
I was in the same situation as you (stuck roaming), but was able to fix it following the steps in that post. YMMV.

Couple things to try:
Odin back to stock and re-provision 1-2 more times. That fixed it for someone.

Hey, I flashed cm10 jellybean onto my infuse and 3g no longer works. It shows an "x" in the 3g signal bar. The infuse 3g works perfectly on gingerbread and below with the same settings. Also when searching for network operators it says error unable to connect at this time. Any idea what the problem could be? Many thanks.
Edit: I was able to flash UCKL2 with no luck. Could the kernel have anything to do with it? "UCLB3" is part of the kernel name.
Baseband is uclb3
Try doing another complete factory reset, reflash ROM, kernel, gapps, wipe cache and Dalvik. See if the problem still occurs.

I've done that multiple times could the problem lie within the UCLB3 Baseband for GB on JB?

I don't know where else to post this, but since it is a similar issue i'll do it here.
I'm facing the same exact issue with CM9, which I installed yesterday. The 3G band is not working.
Any ideas?

It doesn't work for me on CM9 Either.
I flashed CM 10.1 and got some errors about network connectivity, so decided to just go back to my backup of a rooted stock image. Afterwards i still see that i dont have network connectivity, and i am now roaming. I Saw some guides saying to flash back to a stock image. But can i do that with an OTA JB version already? and ive read about just "reprovision my phone", will it work even with the rooted stock image?
Thanks
and my IMEI is still in tact

I am on the stock OTA JB from verizon at the moment, and ive tried to do the root 66 and the one i downloaded from doesnt have the .tar.md5 file in it: its was from this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1762204
and im not exactly sure by what you mean subscription type, and can i just do the reprovision code if im just OTA JB with just root?
Under mobile settings there is an option for CDMA subscription type it must be rui/sim, nit sure if it's on stock though.
Also the repro vision code doesn't work on jb that's why you must go back to root66

Make a bck up file
try factory reset install liquidsmooth 2.37 gapps 8/13 then u should be fine.. At least i was
U can also try flash bckup file of older version of liquidsmooth 2.9 or 2.10 then flash 2.37 gapps without wiping nothing to see if that works
flash thru recovery
Also check that ur on LTE/CDMA/Evdo/GSM/WCCDMA
good luck

Have you tried pulling the sim for a few minutes and then reinserting and rebooting?
Also maybe flash full mf1 firmware and then the new modem from the 4.3 ota. I think ML1, but double check in the firmware thread over in Android development.
I tried repulling the sim for a few minutes but nothing... I dont really want to do that reflashing all over again so i guess im done... Imma just stay with jellybeans... Flashing firmware and modem are really easy. Just download the firmware, flash it, done. No setting rom stuff up. Worth a try if you're at your wits end.

Just flash the mf1 all in one firmware, clear caches and reboot. Then flash the ML1 modem that is also available in the same forum. No need to factory reset anything. Won't change a thing other than your baseband.
So silly question, but did you check mobile data settings and check to see if LTE/cdma /evdo were selected? Many users are reporting apps are flipping that setting (myself included on liquid) and it requires a manual switch.
