[Completed] [Q] Fails and downloading PIT file (tried Googling) - Other recovery tools

Hi
I tried to install CM11 for my GS5 from their official site. They have an Nightly build which I have heard should be stable.
But I didn't even get to that part. I was on my way of making a custom recovery with Heimdall and while doing so I get this error:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Anyone know any way around of this
Out of curiosity, does it matter what program I need to make the custom recovery? As CM wiki says I should use Heimdall. But can I use every recovery tool available?
Thanks in advance
You may use any Recovery such as Philz [k3gxx][G900H][CWM Advanced Edition] PhilZ Touch or Team Win Recovery Project [RECOVERY][klte] TWRP 2.8.0.1 touch recovery [2014-09-12] for your device. Both of which can be flashed using ODIN Software on Windows.
For the CM 11, please carefully review [ROM] CyanogenMod 11.0 | Android 4.4.4 KitKat
If you still have question, please post in Galaxy S 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Downgrading to android 9 - is it possible?

I've got the android 10 beta update, but i need to downgrade back to 9, because an app, which i use for work isn't working under the new system. I've downloaded, the oficial android 9 build from oneplus's site, and was about to use the local upgrade function, but it shows this message.
{

"lightbox_next": "Next",

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
. I'd like to avoid to install custom recovery and custom rom, if possible.
Thanks!
So it shows this

the fastest way back with data loss is to msm the phone back to 9.
Go in the oneplus community beta thread and you will find the correct rom to downgrade.
you can but i twill wiped all of ur data. go to the oxygenos android q beta's thread on oneplus community. there's an instruction there.
It is basically a downgrade package which is installed using local upgrade.
Doesnt Format everything on TWRP and then the PIE works?
Whats the difficulty?
