Hi, did you try uninstalling/re-installing (if you're rooted)? Clear data first.

cant uninstall google wallet, but ill clear data and see what happens

Did this start at the time you rooted? If so get xposed framework and a rooting cloak to hide the root from wallet

Suspicious activity

Well I dont know if it was an app i downloaded or what because it did not start happening dirrectly after a download or installation but my phone about every week adds what appear to be app shortcuts to my desktop (launcher thing). one is titled Search and has a picture of the android guy. The other is always some game. These appear to be just links. Also in my notification bar, if i pull it down, there is an add there too. "Meet hot singles" was this week. Is there any app or method to detect which app is doing this? I already downloaded Adfree and Airblocker hoping that it would deny this suspicious activity.
You may need an app called AirPush detector. I would start there. Otherwise, retrace your steps and uninstall whatever you have only had on the phone for a little while
Or just wipe data and start fresh. Get rid of the junk you never use while your at it.
Or there's that
Well i have not tried the airpush detector and it is the kind of thing i wanted , i am considering wiping data soon too, i was thinking of doing that. I end up downloading so many programs and I'm like, I will so use this. Then i never use it.

Yeah >.<, I have been very busy and haven't read the replies yet even. I was planning on just factory resetting after backing up the apks' with titanium backup. I was then going to install the apps as I need them to get rid of ones i don't use anymore and also find out which one is doing all the adds. I have been removing adds i clearly done use first and that is what I have been doing. But I'm pretty busy around this time of the year >.< Up until December.

It's been always working for me, except occasional issues specifically related to CM10. (Netflix tends to be the worst-case stress test for AOSP firmwares.)
There was one case where it would just crash on startup - clearing data fixed that.
Mine is working, even after accidentily updating. From what i've read, i won't update on my sgs3 because it takes away LTE/4G viewing and you can now only view in wifi mode. If this is incorrect please someone correct me.
It used to work very well, however lately I can open the app, search for the show i wanna watch, but when I touch it to select it, it just sits there, doing nothing. The app doesn't freeze, as I can back out of the search, but it just doesn't let me load the seasons/episodes.

I actually had this happen on my gray version. I quit the application (force close if i had to) and restarted. When netflix started it would be in portrait mode, but then it would play in landscape

Cache cleaned, removed and reinstalled updates, nothing helps. It was fine until the 9/6 update. Great.
Mine works fine too... maybe its time to factory reset if the problem persist and hope it fixes it.

Play store 403 error..cannot download any of the apps that I paid for

I just got a refurbished s3 from verizon..I forgot to save my titanium backups. And ever since I set up this phone I have not been able to download any if the apps that I paid for in the play store.it is giving me a message that says the app cannot be downloaded due to an error 403...I have looked around online and done all the steps I could find that have worked for other people having this issue.. ( wiped data, restored stock operating system as I was rooted, wiped data for play store app, uninstalled updates for play store, and I also removed my payment options from my Google wallet.) I even called Verizon and went through their troubleshooting and they transfered me to Google customer service. They were not able to resolve the issue either, and now I have been playing email tag with their advanced tech support team for about a week..they have not been able to help either.. If anyone else has had this issue and been able to resolve it I would really appreciate any help you could give me..

If you're having that much trouble with it I would push for another replacement since you literally just got it, could be an issue with the internal memory not being able to save data properly.
Who knows what the phones actually been through, or the kind of problems it had before you wound up with it.

Verizon won't replace it because they said it is an issue with the play store, and therefore must be handled by Google .. And the free apps install just fine.

Orange Network Bars! HELP

I decided to root my handset yesterday, all went well and that handset has been rooted successfully. I've kept it entirely stock, no ROM or kernels. I am experiencing what seems to be a connectivity issue. If I connect to WiFi my signal bars turn white, indicating a connection to the Google servers however, when I disconnect my signal bars turn orange.....full HSDPA signal but are orange.....stranger still that I am actually able to connect to the internet with no issues. I've searched and people are saying that the orange signal bars indicate no connection to Google servers and in turn this means no internet connection? Does anybody know of a fix or have an explanation? All was well before I rooted and unlocked the boot loader.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using xda app-developers app
Rooting can't cause this. Can you receive gmail?
That's exactly what I thought! I've rooted handsets before and never had an issue connecting to Google servers etc. Yeah I can receive gmail, but I need to do it manually, it doesn't seem to be pushed through like before. I thought at first it was an issue with the APN but I've checked and reset it to default, still getting these damn orange bars. The arrows at the side suggest I am sending/receiving data though......I've attached a PIC.

I thought the orange bars there indicate that you're roaming.
Orange bars means that its not connected to Google servers.

Orange means you are not connected to the internet.
Try reset your wireless router/setting.

Orange bars means that you are not connected to Google servers and cant receive notifications, it does not necessarily mean that you are not connected to the internet.
Try doing a factory reset.
go to accounts
remove your google account
once u do it may ask to enter a backup account
re enter your google credentials
reboot

If Chaco81's solution works, please let me know.
As several others have mentioned to you, it means you are not connected to Google services. This happens to me randomly, and I have yet to find a solution. Sometimes I just wait it out, and it magically starts working again after a few minutes. Sometimes I reboot, and that seems to work 75% of the time, but because it isn't 100%, it makes me think it's no different than waiting it out, it just makes me feel like I'm doing something. This has happened to me on various ROMs (including stock) on my Nexus 4, Moto X, and Nexus 5. It is very frustrating, and I can't seem to locate a cause or a fool-proof solution other than waiting.
EDIT

I highly discourage doing a factory reset for this problem, especially if you have no backup program like Helium or Titanium. I have never had to do a factory reset for this problem to correct itself, and seeing as it happens to me randomly no matter the device or ROM (and I always do a full wipe moving between ROMS), I do not think this is actually a solution. I think this is just like what I consider rebooting, it doesn't fix the problem, it just adds time in between the problem starting and the problem stopping naturally. Even if it is a 100% sure-fire fix, it will take much longer to reset and fix everything back to how you want it than to just wait it out.

Easiest way to fix it is to get on a WiFi connection. Once it connects to WiFi Google will sync and then turn off WiFi and you will have white bars. This tends to happen to me when my data coverage is low and speeds are down. I don't think the slow speed is able to reach Google servers thru the downlink. Just my thought but I have no clue.

From the look of your notification shade, you are obviously not using the stock ROM. What else has been done to your device?
Without more info on your phone, its tough to give solutions.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
It is completely stock ROM with xposed and gravitybox installed. Apart from that, its pure stock. Even at that the only things I have activated with gravitybox is the notification shade and circle battery mod. Nothing has been touched in way of kernels, radios, WiFi, telephony tweaks etc. Really don't fancy having to reset my device entirely, thanks for the suggestion but I'm not planning on restoring it back and setting it up all over again. As for the WiFi suggestion, it worked for 3min 27sec (yes I timed it) but then, low and behold, the orange bars were back. I've been reading on some Google forums that its an issue in 4.4.2 but it was working fine prior to me rooting. I even put it in to safe mode to see if it was an installed app that was affecting it but that turned up nothing.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using xda app-developers app
^ OK thanks for clarifying. There are many potential reasons for this issue, so it is hard to track down.
Do you have other android devices? Do those work without issue, in your area, over your cellular connection?
If so, the problem isnt related to your Google account, or your cellular carrier, and must be device related.
If its device related, don't do a factory reset. Instead back up everything you care about and flash a factory image.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
The signal actually came back and turned white for the rest of the day. Then it dropped out to orange again. Think I'll hang on to things the way they are right now and persevere with it and hope that 4.4.3 comes with a fix. Thanks.

I'm on T-Mobile UK, well EE, as it's now known. The issue doesn't SEEM to be affecting things but I honestly can't be sure. In saying that I'm having to manually refresh my gmail and Google now notifications aren't displayed as often as before. There seems to be a few posts online about people with similar issues so there's every chance it is a DNS issue.

yeah, Im running CM11 and stock 4.4.2 rooted, unlocked and with run time ART on N7 and N5. I see this on both ROMs. On stock the icons turns orange for cell and wifi. But on CM11 the wifi icon would change to have a line running through it. I think its the same but with different icons. Both would act the same but both seems to have no advert effect for me tho.

S health

Has anyone else's S health stopped working? I'm not sure when it happened and I tried to clear data to see if it would help but it didn't...
I uninstalled the app and reloaded it from the Sammy store but still no go
Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
Yes, happened to me. I noticed it after I let the program update. I actually just wiped the system with Kies to get it back. I'm currently restoring everything (except s health) with titanium backup after rooting again.
Let me know if it stops working. I uninstalled the update but that didn't work, maybe I'll uninstall it reboot and reload it from the sammy store this time.
Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
So I uninstalled s health then went into app settings and uninstalled the update for health services, after I did that I kept getting a force close for another app repeatedly so I had to do the quick tap to get a restart. After getting back in everything was fine reinstalled s health from the sammy store and it had me update health services and everything worked after that.
Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
There were two apps. the S health and the healthservice. I seem to remember them both being updated at the same time. I couldn't figure out how to downgrade the second. That's why I tried the nuclear approach. This was after booting in safe mode and confirming that it wasn't an app conflict. I figured I'd delete the backups. If it starts acting funny tomorrow morning after I restore everything else, then I'll know there is something else going on. In the meantime, I'm going to avoid the update.

I just installed xposed and mine died before that being rooted it was working just fine.
So you're saying that xposed has broken it for you?
Sprint - Galaxy S5, Moto X, Nexus 7 - All stock rooted
i can confirm that installing xposed is causing "health services" to crash. Root alone didn't do it for 2 days. Just installed xposed this morning and health services force closes every minute or so. The pedometer widget is stuck on the lock screen with 0 add trps now as well. But can't close it as S Health csnt open without health services functioning.

I am rooted and have xposed installed, I always turn auto updates off for every app I have just for that reason. Updates dont always fix issues. Original s health from day one factory loaded and has been perfect since I got the phone. I guess thats why they say every phone is different and why we create backups. -__- Do you have version 3.0.0065?
