Hi,
I am new to this forum and I need serious help please. I dropped my AT&T Lg Optimus G the other day and now the bottom part of my phone is not responding to my touch. I have a lockscreen on and I cant put in the full pin and press okay I don't have my debugging option on, its not rooted (still stock), and I have tried the USB OTG with no luck but I am waiting to try the Y-cable OTG. There has to be a way I can enter my pin and unlock my phone so I can activate the debugging and use android screencast or something. I JUST NEED TO GET INTO MY PHONE SO I CAN BACKUP MY STUFF.. Is there a way to active debug from the computer or anything? There has to be some kind of way other then hard reset which will delete my texts, notes, etc... WHAT OTHER OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
I have order the Optimus Pro and I need to get this done before it arrives so I can send my G off.
Someone please find a solution for me and I will be thankful beyond measures

Ok, I've been at this for two days now. I'm trying to get an S4 to display on a computer screen so it can still be used until the owner can afford a repair.
The screen isn't cracked, but the LCD and Digitizer are completely broken. The phone still functions when connected via USB.
- side note, my phone is currently in the same condition but before it went down I had it rooted and put into debugging mode. I was able to accomplish this feat without an issue, from my phone.
Okay, so the phone I'm currently trying to get this to work on:
1. Isn't rooted
2. Screen is black and no touch response
3. Not in developer mode, not set for debugging
4. Computer can recognize phone via USB
5. Able to still install apps from the goggle play store via the website
Goal: get it to be able to mirror/display on a computer
I've seen posts on the internet stating everything from impossible to no it's possible but we won't give you the details.
These things are basically handheld computers, even without it being "rooted" i should be able to access it in some way from a computer to put it in debugging mode even if i have to program it in myself. Which is why "impossible" is something I cannot swallow.
Any tips, advice or a point in the right direction here would be appreciated. Thank you.
-currently im trying out this Mobile Go program even with the phone not in debugging.
-I feel like there has to be a way to force the phone into debug mode even if you cannot physically use the touch screen or see anything.

1.bluetooth wont work
2.wifi wont work(i had to root the device to bypasss sprint activation )one time it showed for a second something as connected to -1$
3for some reason only the back button (triangle on screen will work) i have rotated the device, played videos over data connection to check if the device had some touch issues and the touch its perfect (so its very strange )
4.when connected to the pc wont show the notification screen where i could select mtp,or only charge so i had to enable it with shortcut master lite.
i thought about flashing the tot file was the answer, but it didnt work
i am also looking to flash the tot and boot to the mini os system where i could calibrate things, but it wont show as com 41 on lg flashtool
but i was able to flash it with LG UP but i dont know how to enter the mini os from there.
any info will be appreciated, thanks a lot
Hey Guys, I have a weird situation that I can't find much info on (if the info exists, please point me in the right direction).
Recently my screen died on my Nexus 6P, Google sent me a new one under warranty and it will arrive in a few days, however I want to recover my data (particularly text messages, contacts, app data, and settings from the old phone before sending it back in.
As the phone sits now, the screen shows no display, however the digitizer works and I can unlock the phone with the fingerprint reader. The phone is running marshmallow and has not been rooted.
How would I go about either enabling MTP mode so I can transfer the files over USB, or turn on USB debugging without being able to view what I am doing? Is there a way to use voice commands to change settings? Is there any way to change these settings from a computer (doubt it).

hello, my friend has dropped her phone and now the screen is black and i dont know if the touch still works, she wants me to get her photos off the phone but it needs to be unlocked so the pc can see the files,
what options have i got to retrieve the files? ive tried one of the programs but you need to turn on debugging which obviously i cant do with out seeing the screen, which was frustrating after there great advertising!
thanks for any help
my friend has remembered her gmail details that the phone is connected too, does this help? i can install apps to the phone using my pc but dont know how this helps me?
If i can get usb debugging turned on somehow then getting the files off would be easy, is there an app or something that can do this remotely?
Im guessing not as nothings coming up with a search :?
Im looking for a bit of help
I had an LG K4 M160 until today when I broke my screen and can now not see the screen and touches do not recognize.
I do have a simple zigzag pin code which obviously poses more problems along the way but I need to somehow get the pictures and work documents iv saved of the phone. but wait............................. also i have (foolishly) not enabled usb debugging mode prior (bit of a rookie mistake as iv made this mistake with a Samsung which actually was easy to get round) Anyhow.......so now i can not get my pics unless usb debugging is enabled. I have tried a new screen on it but nothing disp;lays. Yes the phone dose boot as can hear the start up tone and also I can get calls lol. Please guys I need to recover my files some how anyone able to help??? PLEASE
