Hi all.
Running my nexus 5 stock rom with root and every so often even occasionally without me using its just in my pocket it will catch and create a bug report. I have no idea if I'm doing this accidentally while in my pocket or if something else is causing this to happen but it's blooming annoying.
Attached is a bug report (zipped as the txt file is 11mb) that happened a few moments ago while in my pocket in case it helps...
Your help is appreciated.

Turn off USB debugging. It won't create a bug report when the button combo is triggered.

Would that be USB debugging? or a separate option? if the latter how would I go about this.
Cheers

Are you talking about the "Mass Storage" option?
If so it is located...
Settings>Storage
Then tap the menu button and click on USB Computer Connection.
If you're talking about something else, please explain.

SAFE MODE
Many of you might be already be familiar with Safe mode on PC and also about it's functions.
Our beloved Android phones also has this mode. Like in PC, it saves you from system crash and in some situation it might be your only friend.
Some important uses:
1. It blocks auto start of everything inside the rom, so you can easily find out whether your problem is caused by scripts or not.
2. It can save you by enabling you to use your phone if your non system launcher (which you set default) crashed.
3. It blocks user installed apps, so you can check the problem which you had was due to rom or the apps you installed.
4. It saves a lot of battery because auto start and user apps are blocked. Might be a good companion during travel. You can use internet via stock browser and listen to music or watch films. SD card is active.

Method:
1. Turn off your phone.
2. When the boot animation (not splash image) appears, press and hold [Volume -] + [Home] + [Menu] keys.
3. During boot animation, you will feel the vibration. Now you can remove your fingers.
4. WOAH!!! :victory: You are in Safe Mode. You can see SAFE MODE written lower left of your screen.

It's a bug with "unsafe volume levels" prompt. For some reason sometimes it doesn't show... or shows with couple of minutes of delay. It manifests with volume remaining low but showing change as you press volume buttons up or down.
Reboot fixes it as previous poster already told you [you beat me to it lol]
Here is the new way to disable powersaver icon without using xposed as now we r s-off unlocked on All sense Lollipop builds.
Download Android terminal emulator in play store
Open terminal
Type su to grant super user
Next type the command below
pm disable com.htc.htcpowermanager/.powersaver.PowerSaverNotificationReceiver
Make sure to use capital letters where I did
Also I did it with powersaver turned off then after I disabled it I turned on powersaver. Icon will be gone.
If this helped you please hit the thanks button.
Thanks to @DucatiMon for testing on different Roms.
Screenshots r from KitKat. Will update those asap.

Does anyone know what HTC setting number powersave is? I would like to enable it by using Sq editor and changing the values for quick_settings_items. So that powersave can be a toggle in quick settings. Any help in finding the number would also be appreciated.

Nope, didn't work for me. I even tried a soft boot after so I wouldn't loose root.
Tigerstown said:
I was waiting till the system was rewrite before I posted how to turn on power saver but since it's out there already I can share this.
In terminal type su
This next part is case sensitive
pm disable com.htcpowermanager/powersaver.PowerSaverNotificationReceiver
Then reboot. It will work for sure when system is rewrite so it might work now for those you used app to turn on power saver.
I saved this from my evolte days.
I also used same method on my m7
If this helped you please hit the thanks button.

. In 4 years I never have had it not work. You put the capital letters where I said to? Did it not work for anyone else?
I never just had root before without system rewrite able. But it should still work. It definitely is the way to get rid of the icon.

I dont think it matters. Does it?
Is this possible? In example I connect another phone to my phone (host) and then run ADB commands. How can I do this? Here it shows that this is possible, I'm just unsure how. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ah7DWawLax8
Not sure. Just rooted and installed busy box on my partners xperia. Adb devices from terminal emulator lists no devices when connected. They see each other though as they have the storage pop-ups
