Here is the old bb fix for the p500, which i used. This should work for you if you are on old baseband (V10).

Download the tool kit from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1746665 run the tool and select the rom for your phone and flash. If you don't have driver installed on your pc, you need to use this tool to flash the driver first, then flash the rom.

Clean flash latest 30S from this thread.
I send the phone to the technician and he told me that the phone cannot be repaired because the files from modem(i don't know what this is) cannot load.
The phones build number is KGXCNF5902710271S and the EUI version is 5.9.028S i think this is not official.
If i found official EUI ROM with only CN/EN the baseband and IMEI problem will be fixed;

It can be easly fixed, your technician is just stupid. Clean flash this 30S mod from xda and you will get it back.

Have you tried another sim and tried your sim in another phone?
Also you can try flash V11.0.6.0.QJKEUXM or V11.0.2.0.QJKMIXM .( depending on your version )

After the IMEI and baseband stopped working for other people there was a thread that said you could fix it by flashing a CP file in odin. @Jerfelly was actually borrowing me the file

I flashed that IMEI repair file in CP and it worked for me
