[Q] Good Xposed Framework Modules for TF700t? - Asus Transformer TF700

So my Transformer's motherboard was fried. So I went and got it replaced in the service centre. So my tablet was back to stock
I tried unlocking it, but to no avail! I read in some forums that there was an issue if the hardware was changed.
So since I couldn't install custom roms without unlocking, I installed the Xposed Framework. So which all modules would work for stock-rooted-4.2.1 ROM? Any help would be appreciated!

GravityBox is a must

I installed it yesterday! Tried the navigation bar tweaks! Didn't work! But I'll try other features of it and check out!

They only tend to work on 4.2 GUI

Is there an easy way to temporarily disable root?

A live TV app from my cable provider seems to be crashing on rooted system and only runs on non-rooted devices.
I am running ARHD and of course am rooted. Is there an easy way, lets say an app that can disable/enable root on the fly? I have heard of such an method for the S3 where you could disable root and it would be automatically rooted again on a reboot.
Thanks

You can disable root in Superuser. I saw this "trick" at androidworld.nl. It seems the solution. I hope it works for you, then it will work for me either.
You have also root keeper in tne market. Work nice for unroot temperally
Thanks guys, turning off super user in the super user app does the trick for me!

I was looking for this for a long time. So simple ... Thanks.
Hi guys I'd like to know if there has been any developments in this since the upgrade to4.3 and 4.4 superSU no longer has the ability to turn off root and the voodoo app only works on 4.2 or less.
Thanks in advance

Stock KJ6 Mods

I am looking for a Advanced Power menu Mod or other tweaks for the GB Rom.
Unfortunately my phone stops responding in the T-mobile network when i use custom Rom. When i use stock everything works fine.
This started when GS4 was released which was a coincidence

Can you be more specific? Maybe write instructions of what you did to get to the point of testing the network, and while testing... acquire a logcat with adb.

XPosed Framework for this phone?

If you were to google "xposed +motorola" you would see ZERO relevant results...
Why doesn't XPosed work on this phone?

Works just fine for me. . .
Running a stripped down version of 9.16.9 DST with just the radio from the latest OTA.
Xposed 2.1.4
Using the Master Key dual fix and Android Tuner modules.
Most parts of FemBlack's status bar module also worked without a problem.
Working great for me, just followed the installation procedure.
Xprivacy works great.

No lag here.
Does the XPOSED Installer require an unlocked bootloader. Since the exploit was fixed thats a problem for everyone who wants this :/
EDIT: It does work, I ran some test and everything pulls in fine. Also it should since it dosent modify behind the scenes just the front you see.
Can't get it to work on my xt925.
Tried lot of stuff, but nothing worked.
I'm rooted, unlocked and on Stock Rom.
Am i doing anything wrong or is there any way to get it working on odexed Stock Rom?
I havent tried it on my xt926, but works on my s3, tf700t and note 2. It really just depends on the mod. Some are made just for samsung, htc, etc... and then there are a few for any phone.
Some mods work on cm10.1, just trial and error

HELP ME

Hey guys
i have xtouch x507s phone 4.1.2 jb. my problem is i want to make the status bar Transparent but i cant do it . i tried to flash a ROM with a Transparent status bar but there is no ROMs for my phone and then i tried with xposed installer but it does not work to
so can you help me guys?? i wish to find a ROM to my phone
It's really hard to find ROMs for Chinese phones
Have you rooted your phone before trying xposed?? What do you mean by "xposed installer doesn't work too '?? Does it give you an error or something?
Flash your phone back to the stock firmware, root it, then install xposed framework.

yeah i've rooted my phone before using xposed but when i use the tweak box and reboot my phone the status bar starts to shows strange marks and many other ugly things i think its because the xposed is not compatible with my phone
I had a look through google for a rom for your device but I had no luck. Sorry about that. As already mentioned, it is quite hard to find a rom for a chinese phone/tablet. The more common brands like Samsung and HTC etc. have more support because more people have them. Nice spec on that btw. You could be the first to make a rom for that!
Hmm.. What Xposed module are you using??
Have you tried different modules?
If nothing on Xposed working then you have 3 choices
Get a new phone.
Or give up on Transparent status bar
Or just learn to mod your systemui apk to make the status bar transparent

No wifi or mobile data???

My phone was working fine last night. It went dead, threw it on the charger, turned it on this morning and now I get no data. Wifi connects and so does 3g & 4g, but there is no data coming in or going out. Phone and text are working. I also just noticed that my comma disappeared from the stock keyboard. Any ideas? The only thing I can think of is that I was trying to disable the volume warning by installing the app "wanam kit" https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ma.wanam.wanamkit&hl=en
I've rebooted several times since installing wanam kit, everything was fine all day yesterday.
I'm rooted on the stock ROM, nothing else.
Thanks,
-Mike
All you need to do is try uninstalling the wanam kit and reboot ! if it works good and fine if not roll back to official stock Rom there it'll fix everything for you
Hit Thanks if I helped u

Yes, uninstalled wanam kit and rebooted this morning. I was trying to avoid reformatting my phone, I just got it set back up the way I want. Thanks for the reply.

Rooting your phone resulted in success ? Or you messed up with it?

Yes, it's been rooted for several months now. Don't remember which method I used.
As of my experience all you need to do is flashing the stock Rom or try flashing the custom Rom as you're already rooted anyhow we've got many stable ports for s5.

Hmmm, well re-formatting my phone didn't fix the problem. Gonna try a different ROM.
Looks like I'm going to flash the stock rom & bootloader and see what happens. If it's still whopper-jawed, I guess it will be ready to take it to a sprint service store for the warranty . Ugh.
