Not really understand your question? do you mean, can you run android O/S on PC/laptop? or your thinking of plug the stick to the PC?

If you are asking if it is possible to plug it into your laptop in order to have it use your laptop's display, I don't think it is possible.

Teamviewer (quick support) or vnc for Android could do that, but with lag, not functional for media.

How to enable USB Mass Storage mode

When I connect my phone to my PC, it shows up as a MTP device.
How do I make it show up as a USB Mass Storage device (aka like a pendrive)?

Simple, you can't... That hasn't been possible in Android for years.

Pretty sure it doesn't, unless OPO completely rewrote the USB volume mounting routines... Android support for it was completely removed in Jellybean or KitKat I believe.

MTP isn't nice to use, SMB servers are too slow.

If you want to install the S8+ stock, you can download Samsung Smart Switch (just Google it) to your PC or Mac and connect your phone. The program will recognize your phone's model and download its up-to-date firmware and install it. Give it a shot.

It's a rather good tool, yes, but I prefer updating manually with Odin.

Have a nice day

Android One - Android 8.1

Wondering if someone is working on android one for our phone, it should be pure android and without anyone adding stuff and calling it "pure android"
Also ..at least in theory if there's an android one(stable) update, we could have the update in just a few days(devs should need much work to make this possible)
What do you think?
