I bought HTC One x (AT&T) Unlocked from Amzon, after trying to setup the update I'm having this message shown on the phone::
***LOCKED***
EVITA PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-1.14.0002
eMMC-boot
I can't enter the OS, I don't know what this message means,

This message means your bootloader is locked. Your phone is probably carrier unlocked like you wanted though. They are 2 different things.

Moderating from my One Xl
So my girlfriend owns a one x from At&t in the USA, I forget which forum I should follow for the root stuff so I'm asking which ROMs work for at&t one x users. I'm sorry for asking such a newb question but there's so many one x forums, I'm used to my one s... I mean I managed to get her phone rooted and twrp on it but that was some months ago.

Anything in this forum can be flashed. Don't flash anything from the one x thread, onex + thread, or the one thread, or any other forum. You are at a high risk of bricking your phone.

I have a htc one x rooted with ViperX 3.5 rom running Jelly Bean. Is it possible to install an overclock kernel on this configuration? And, if so, which kernel would work?

Yes. ElementalX and search first there's a ton of info on the first page of the forum on exactly what you just asked. Viperx or viperXL???

Nice way to treat people helping you... Your phone is completely different from ours. If you flash any of the roms from here, you will brick.

The name "One X" is deceptive. The AT&T and Rogers versions of the "One X" are the dual core Snapdragon S4, HTC code name EVITA. Your phone is the quad core Tegra3, code named ENDEAVORU. Completely different hardware, despite the same name. Made sure you are in the forum that does not have AT&T in the name (as I linked above). ROMs, kernels, etc. in this forum (AT&T One X) won't work on your device, and might brick it (as mentioned).

It was a browser cache problem. Don´t worry, i´m experienced enough to root and flash
Anyway I can root my at&t HTC one x with 4.1.1?? Been searching could find anything to work with jelly bean

On a side note, how did you know that it had been moved? I thought mods usually made a statement that they were moving a post.

The rom for your carrier is best.
International rom is for the One X and not the One XL if I'm not mistaken. Completely different hardware so to answer your question, no.

I'm sorry, I don't have a link for you or anything. I was just commenting that there was an International version of the One XL in Europe. What exactly are you looking for? And why "must" you install it on your phone. Can you not just root/s-off and install any of the custom ROMs for the Evita?
We might be able to find it if we knew what Carrier the phone is from or the CID.

If the Cid you just posted is yours, a Google search reveals that is an HTC sensation and this forum is for the HTC one xl exclusively

The at&t One X is the same as the One XL, at&t just decided to market it stupidly. You can use anything from within this forum. This is the only correct forum for your device, don't look anywhere else.

Yes they're in the same forum, they're the same phone just named differently. The codename for this device is Evita, no matter what the marketing name is. You'll find stock ROMs here.
