hello guys, I just installed splashtop in my eeepad. it looks wonderful, I was trying to stream pcsx2 (a ps2 emulator). there is a bit lag, but still acceptable. now I'm wondering whether there is any way to connect controller on the dock.
I'm using xpadder to bind my controller with keyboard keys so I don't need to change configuration everytime I installed a game in my pc. I also use x360ce, an emulator to emulate x360 controller for my steam games
it seems my ps2 usb controller is detected by the dock/tablet however I'm not sure what to do next. anyone can give me a hint?

and if you need to download other emulators from the developer "yongzh" which by the way his emulators cannot be found on the Market because Google is being big jerks about it, you can still download them using his website.

Just a warning/observation. While from reading, though I haven't tried it yet, you appear to be able to use two controllers via bluetooth, hooking two differnt working usb contoller to the usb ports on the dock doesn't work in either the snesoid, nor N64oid. Instead you will find both controllers control both characters on the screen.

with Snex9x Ex the app allows you to make a wiimote player 1 and another player 2.
I have used my wii remote (plus classic controller) with n64oid but 1 player only.
To do this I used WiiController from the market first before opening n64oid.
It may not work 2 player though as it seems to map wii controls to the keypad.
i'll give it a go in the next wee while
Edit - Just tried and I couldn't get n64oid to do 2 player.
Consolation Snes9x EX should do no problem.

Super Gnes has two player. I use sixaxis for PS3 controllers.
I'm looking for two player MAME/CPS2/Neo-Geo. Especially with this coming:

??? two player ???
Hello, I was wondering if I can connect 2 controllers to sixaxis and play it on N64oid. I tried one controller and works awesome, the second controller connects on sixaxis, but when I open a game on n64oid first controller works and the second one doesnt do anything. I then switched the controllers, but only whichever controller synced first works and the second one doesnt do anything. Please help...

You need to go into input settings and map the buttons for the second controller
Typed by my thumb.
Hoping to get an answer through this thread....
I have a TF201 with SNESoid from "Yongzh" and two PS3 Six-Axis controllers. Is there a way to play two player games using each of the controllers? I can get them both to "work", but they only control the 1st player. I have mapped one controller under controller 1 and the other under controller 2. Thing is, the button that is assigned to each control is the same, which is obvious since they are the same type of controllers, but I can't get the emulator to distinguish the two. Not sure if I make a ton of sense, but if you have a way to play 2 player on an SNES emulator for the TF201, I'd love to hear it.
Preferably as a 360 Controller emulated if possible, for easy compatibility. This thing begs to be used as a PC controller, and I know it does with the official streaming app, but what about for emulators and older games? Is there already a viable solution for this? Wi-fi/Bluetooth would be nice, but I'm not above using USB.

from what I heard via the dev that worked on the project Microsoft gave resistance in in allowing the wifi controller.
If I had to take a guess this would be because the new controllers for XBOX one will use that connection method as microsoft was not happy.
Just a guess here from what I heard
Just like how there are virtual keyboard and mouse apps for phones, there's not really any reason why you couldn't use a Shield as a virtual controller, running software on both the device and the PC.
I was looking for an app that would emulate an XBOX 360 Controller on android and make it work via wifi to my PC.
It's like this apps of Mouse/Keyboard remote, so I could play away from PC, like laying on the bed. Is there an app like that?
Hello,
I never seen that kind of app.
How could an android (phone?) device replace a gamepad?
Or so, how could you use it?
To have an idea, test a snes emulator and you'll see that's not realy playable without true buttons/cross/sticks...
I would buy a wireless gamepad for computer or use a PS3 controller with a BT dongle.

The same way there's a WiFi Mouse & Keyboard app could be one WiFi Controller app.
I agree it's not as comfortable as a real gamepad but you get used to it. I have no problems playing games on ePSXe for example.

The main challenge with streaming from a non nvidia or lower grade nvidia gpu is
xinput.
Despite streaming the game flawlessly Controller support does not work on the shield gamepad natively, they just work as keyboard WASD etc buttons for playing games which is not comfortable.
Is it possible to overcome this limitation by getting SHIELD recognized as a 360 controller/detected as a xinput device.
This would complete the gaming experience. Somehow this is done in GFE and shield's native streaming.
Not sure what you mean. Are you trying to use the native nvidia streaming or something else? If it is something else you can try to use the xbox360 controller emulator.

streaming via splastop, and I want to emulate the 360 controlled on the shield gamepad.
example
I connect 360 controller to pc, now the game will work with controller support on.
I stream the game to my shield, But i dont want to use the attached controller on the pc, I want to emulate the controller on my shield.
Don't know any way to do that one.
Kainy does this perfectly! And has many other great features. Say goodbye to x360ce!
Hello,
I have install dolphin alpha 0.13 in my android tablet (my tablet have 2 core and 1go of RAM), wii game run But I have a problem with game controller, I connect my ps3 game controller with usb on usb host of my tablet, I can config key but my controller don't work when I run a game.
Thanks (sorry for my bad english, I'm french)
sandy
not for now
Currently the dolphin emulator does not have the ability to map the wii controls only GameCube controls.
There is an application that allows you to connect your Wiimote to Android. I forget the exact name, but it is something along the lines of "Wii Control" or "Wii Controller". As long as you aren't above version 4.1.2 it should work, but I can't say for certain if it will work with the emulator.
Worth a shot, though.
