G2 or Gpro - General Questions and Answers

I have been thinking about upgrading my current LG optimus 4x.
Since I was satisfied with it and I am looking forward to LG. I know LGs update policy sucks but since I would strap a custom rom to my device ASAP I dont mind it.
My first option I was interested was Sony Xperia Z because of its design and looks. After a bit of reading, its display was bad and worse than my current 4X HD.
Nearly on the same price range lies Gpro and then just bit more expensive lies the G2. I was quite suprised to see the G2 CHEAPER than the Galaxy S4. I was kinda shocked.
G2 is the flagship or LG, while the Gpro is an older phone. However, both have spectacular specs and the design of the Gpro is nice.
Anyway, can anyone help me on this?

The G2 (only t-mobile only i think) just recently got updated to Kitkat via their own version of kies for samsung. and the price is pretty nice for their current flagship

G pro pros: bigger screen, external SD, removable & stronger battery. Cons: weaker chipset, dated android version.
G2 - just the opposite.
Anyway- you should check the Z1, if the price is reasonable, then it will be my choice

LG Optimus 2X vs Nexus S Dilemma

Hello fellas,
I have such a big dilemma in DETAILS between the LG Optimus 2x , Google Nexus S
Details:
Value: Nexus S : ~$330 avg.
O2X: ~$260 avg surprisingly
Performance: LG optimus 2x is the winner {Tegra 2 dual core cpu} even though Nvidia didn't release the damn source, => HW ACC on Cyanogenmod is fairly working (reverse engineering)
Physical specs: LG Optimus 2x also surprisingly better than the Nexus S in terms of durability and thickness, both Nexus S and the Galaxy S (i9000) gives the feeling of cheap material.
Display: LG Optimus 2x is the best. Gorilla Glass, S-LCD (used in iPhones retina), minus the Contour display that nexus S offers which bit sucks, especially fruit ninja lol (Also, there is Nexus S AMOLED, but +$60 bux away, Amoled=least life)
Cool tweak: An app that can control the navigation LEDs, e.g: Facebook notifcation is the home button, so it flashes as of the lack of Notification LED (Both phones lack)
Battery perf: Nexus S , somehow because of the single core CPU, but it should be Vice versa, Dual core uses less power at processing things less than 50% of load than a single core.
Style: Nexus S wins (opinion) not important anyways...
NFC: Nexus S, no need for it. not in my country
Thats against:
HDMI & External sotrage: Optimus 2x is the winner. (As both i might be using in the future, maybe not!)
Storage: LOL, 8GB NS = $300, 16GB O2X: $250 (did i hear dual core? YESS!!, WTF GOOGLE??)
Now the biggest part:
The hot damn software:
Nexus S is the 2nd phone to have the latest updates from Google. Well, Jelly-O Bean.
The LG Optimus still didn't recieve the damn ICS which was the major cons. However, its guaranteed to be release in Q3 of 2012.
My problem on the software side is, all I need is stability, mods (i know that these can be hardly combined)
O2x: GB 2.3.4
Nexus S: JB 4.1.0
IS software a major issue for regretting a $250 dual-core phone?
Sound Quality: Which is my 2nd major upgrade after performance, I should represent this as TIE, since both includes Wolfson DAC, Voodoo mod. But lack of Voodoo features in the O2X ( nvm, i only need AMP, hate external ones, sport-ish)
Others, connectivity, bluetooth etc, aren't major in difference.
As buying consideration,
Any opinion/suggestions/help are appreciated,
Thank you!

ok what your saying about the screen is bollocks amoled is 1000 times better than that other s***
amoled has the best screen life ever i have a nexus one and its still going strong and still beats the s*** out of the washed out colors of the icrap 4/4s make the smart choice and go for the nexus s even though its single core its a better phone lg make stuff that fall apart after a few months of usage get the nexus s.period
the nexus s will get JB in the next few months that lg crap wont
Lg made a damn good phone, best bang for buck, screen excellent too. Sadly updates wise is very poor
Sent from my LG-P990 using Tapatalk 2
I <3 the O2X and dont actually care about the updates... custom roms for me... (the ICS roms are nearly there) PLUS THE HARDWARE ROCKS ( and design, I like that glass on the front and metal strip on back, NS looks a little weird and silly button arragements)
I'll suggest you the Nexus S, although I'm pretty confident you can get a better phone than both for the same money. But from these two, the Nexus S is a winner. Sure, the Optimus packs a dual-core CPU, but the Tegra 2 is technically the least powerful dual-core available. Not to mention software updates. LG are terrible at updating their phones.
The GPS on the Nexus S is pretty crappy though..... If that matters to you.

It may be a "low end dual core" but its far superior to the NS. Updates may suck, s use custom roms

O2X is for $250 here.
What do you think? What makes a push for 100+ $ to change my mind!!
or mindblowing?

But the Nexus S feels quite confidant choice...
And, the LG Optimus 2x has bad stereo crosstalk.
Voodoo control only amps.
Battery life bit sucks...
And still no goddamn Nvidia source code, OR THE F LG ICS...
No sources is a big problem for me. Screw the ICS update, we want the sources!
A question to be answered :
If i buy the Nexus S, would it support me in the future, like doesnt look so much outdated, I dont need gaming...
Is it worth till this date?
Go on optimus 2x

If your going by outdatedness, the NS is. Single Core processor, whereas the LG has better specs. Faster processsor and looks nicer.
There is support from LG giving the ICS update this month hopefully

If you're a music junkie, the NS has full voodoo sound support while o2x only has hardware amp, and supercurio seems to have given up on it.
hey guyz, sorry for bumping this old thread..
I have chosen the Atrix 4G...
Sound quality + Performance meets at its best...
Just the lack of ICS upgrade, not a big issue to me, "'Leaks'" are nice
Voodoo support for it seems possible (more possibility than the O2X before...), i'm working on a port...

220 bux. I bet the nexus ain't better in terms of sound quality. Only hit stream phones does have HQ. DACs

Want to sell OPO, what to get instead?

HI all, am thinking selling my OPO but have no idea what other phone to get while waiting for OnePlus Two
It has to be cheap (~100 $/€) and support custom roms, thats all i am asking! (am flashaholic, so can not live without it )
Any tips what should I go for? THX!!!
Moto G is always a good choice. Tons of support for ROMs and kernels and such. Also, the boot loader is easily unlocked. It's more than your price tag, but you'll be much happier with it's flexibility and more powerful processor.

plus they have consistent speedy updates of new android versions, decent batterylife etc, etc.
just a small screen
Should I assume that despite your moniker that you do not currently own a Nexus 5? If that's the case, get your hands on a used Nexus 4. Tons of ROMs, kernels, mods, etc. A Galaxy S3 (with Snapdragon and 2gb RAM, not the Exynos one) wouldn't be a bad option either.
Go for Motorola and Nexus devices. They have plenty of custom rom support.
and fast when it comes to OS updates too.

not sure of they will ever have dev support though, due to the mediatek stuff. That kinda is a dealbreaker for me.
their upcoming models next month are also interesting, more expensive though.
browse the gizchina site, they got tons of info on Chinese phones

Yea its never going to be anywhere near the OPO. I did see a video of it running CM12 though, again though who knows if you'll be able to get hold of it.
Thank you all guys, am wondering getting some "china" phone, but seems like there is a problem with MediaTek CPU/chipset - the support of custom roms is quite small if none for some CPU/chipset/phones.
Can anyone explain me to this. If to get a phone with Mediatek chip, which one to get for widest custom rom support? Or is it like that the only thing matter is the model of CPU and custom rom working on specific CPU will work fine on other phone with same CPU?
Try the Oppo Find 7A or 7. Same device in a sense, only it has native Color OS (and no touchscreen issues). Sadly, NO LTE on some carriers. I think the Find 7 is $500 while the 7A is $400. In the US, hard to get, but not impossible, trust me. The 7 is QHD (2K resolution) while the 7A is 1080p. For that case, I went with the 7A as it packs more of a punch.
Or the Xiaomi Mi3W or Mi4, the native MIUI phones. Again, lack of LTE on US carriers but trust me, they are very fast, unique and a breath of fresh air since stock ("vanilla" android) TouchWiz, Optimus UI and Sense have gotten boring. Pricing varies, but average from $300 to $400, just watch out where you order it from.
Lastly, the Moto X 2014 packs quite a punch and a beautiful display, and you have a good warranty back up. Be sure to skip the Verizon model (XT1096) as it cannot have its bootloader unlocked and root is VERY limited. They can now be ordered for as little as $400 for the 16GB or $450 for the 32GB, and customized options do not affect pricing unless you opt in for accessories.
I cannot recommend the Nexus 5 as it had very aggressive thermal throttling, so you never experience the 2.3GHz at its fullest, it has also been pulled out of Google's lineup. The HTC One M8 is a MARVELOUS device, and very lag free, however, it has heat issues, sometimes they begin over a short amount of time and that heat will QUICKLY deteriorate the battery. The LG G3 has a nice display, however, it is a lag machine. You really can not use it for 3D games. The G2 is also old and problematic. The G Flex 1 is still worth considering, but it is HUGE, the POLED display is very prone to burned in imaged if not properly taken care of, the curved display is weird to some and it has a 720p resolution. It is however pretty darn great. The G Flex 2 sports a Snapdragon 810, but that is not a good thing. It has been noted that the 810 heats up ALOT, which is why the Xiaomi Mi5 might use the 808 and the G4 is confirmed to have gone with the 808. The Galaxy S5 and Note 3 have very slow UI animations and overall do not have great performance. The bloatware on them is also through the roof. The newer Note 4, Note Edge, S6 and S6 Edge are just too pricey. The Nexus 6 is a HUGE Moto X 2014, but it has a bit of a price tag, and if your hands are not as big as mine, you can forget it. It has superb performance. The Droid Turbo is beginning to meet its end at high prices when it comes to used ones, but again, no bootloader unlock and root is limited.
I would REALLY recommend sticking to it for a while longer as the OnePlus Two is around the corner, the Moto X 2015 is already being rumored, the Xiaomi Mi5 MIGHT enter the US market (if your in the USA) and so on. It might also be a bad idea to hold on to it as the release of the OnePlus Two will mean fans of the OnePlus One will want to sell theirs to get the newer one, and the used value of it will drop significantly or become a challenge to get rid of.

Nexus 5 2015 (LG VS HUAWEI)?

As we come closer to October, it's always fun to speculate!
Would you rather have the LG Nexus 5 or the Huawei made Nexus 5?
here's a re-cap on the "rumored" specs so far:
LG Nexus 5:
- Snapdragon 808 processor
- 4GB RAM
- 5.2 inch display
- 2700mAh battery.
Huawei Nexus 5
- Snapdragon 810
- 3500mAh battery
-5.7 inch display
- likely 4GB of ram
so, yeah...which one would you choose?
-Justnspace
Definitely LG.
Would prefer the one coming with 820.... 808 is weak in graphics and 810 is heater which becomes a oven in India.... ??
Definitely the LG. Since these phones are kinda being seen as "sequels", the Hauwei Nexus is just too damn big for me, same exact reason why I don't want an N6. The LG model seems like it's gonna be the perfect update to an already capable design.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
Would like the future LG Nexus to have at least 3000mAh battery. Might go with the Huawei if it is only 2700.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
LG all the way...
LG without question.
I'd rather just get the N6 if it ends up being that Huawei. Actually, I would just keep my N5 2013 at that point..
LG did very well with the N4 and N5-13...so why not again.
Gesendet von meinem Nexus 5 mit Tapatalk 2
LG without doubt
Interesting results so far.
I am happy with the way LG handled the nexus 5 2013 and will likely not stray away from them in 2015.
LG all the way!
(I S hold have done a poll)
I will just avoid anything with 810
Where did you hear it will be the 810? I've only heard rumors of 820.
That a side I would prefer the lg unless like others mentioned that is the battery size then I'll give the huawei a shot. Also depends on other things too. Speaker placement, wireless charging, price. Ect
LG for damn sure. Nexus 4 have already served me well for 2 full years, and Nexus 5 as a backup device also gave me a nice impression. It just feels like Nexus should be made by LG by now... especially since no one else got it "righter" than LG
Sent from Google Nexus 4 @ CM12.1
[WARNING: XDA Premium 4.0.13+ lacks Signature function - do not update]
I dont know if 808 is such a good decision considering that the g4 has it and lg is planning to release a 820 version already later this year. I dont know.. I would rather have the 810 or 820 which really is a jump
remember, these are all just Rumored specs. All three companies(google, LG, Huawei) have been silent
even if Huawei releases the 820 (I heard the chip is coming out in Dec. so, it wont be in phones till at least summer '16) it looks as if most people would still choose the LG made Nexus.
I loved my N5. but I had to switch to LG G4 because of speaker/sound quality. I need all day long to talk on phone and it became really anoying after couple minutes the poor sound.
But the N5 support on developement is great and esteticly I loved it.
So I'm really excited about the new N5.
I just hope it wont be equiped with SnapDragon 810 because of overheat. Where I live in summer it's about 40 degrees, so... you know
Ans for sure, I hope LG will release it!!!!! LG all the way!
Wow, look at those poll results, lol. After using the Nexus 6 for a couple months and never really enjoying it I am waiting for a smaller phone. Even 5.5 is too big. I am hoping a 5.2" LG will feel similar to the current Nexus 5.
This big phone trend is completely idiotic, its like no manufacturer scans the market to see what people want. The sweet spot for most people is 4.7-5.0 (more or less). Yet they keep making phones too ****in big and give no alternative, its just plain stupid. They just release the "mini" versions, completely idiotic cripled versions of flagship phones, overpriced. Sony is the only one who has some sense about this, but their prices are way too high.
If any brand like lg or sony or htc made a flagship phone with a good cpu, a 4.7 inch screen(or maybe even 5.0 with reduced borders) 1080p, 2 or 3gb ram, a good 3000mah battery and a price point of around 350 euros or something, it would probably become the top selling phone in little time. But no, lets make them all 5.5 or even bigger and always with some flaw to keep the consumer from buying it lol.
True that some people like big phones, but most people dont...I dont understand why manufacturers cant figure this out honestly...

With the exception of battery you described three nexus 5. Or z3 compact (and it's not selling that much) I want the same size screen as nexus 5, but definitely more than 2gb of ram. 3 minimum, but would like 4 so the phone could last more than a year.

you just reinforced my point. Nexus 5 flaw: battery.
Why couldn't they just stick a better battery on it, even if it increased the price a bit? I like my nexus 5 very much but i hate battery life on this phone and will probably exchange it for a better alternative(hopefully the new 5.2 nexus if it comes with good battery life)
the z3 compact isnt selling much because its price is way too high. Put its price around 250 euros (which would suit given the specs it has) and it would sell like a flagship phone. It was actually one of my choices before the nexus 5. But when i saw the price asked for it...way too high and went for the N5 instead
btw i would rather have 2gb ram with a good battery than 3 or 4gb with a crappy one...since manufacturers always want to cut costs i would prefer they would not cut on battery

Keep G Flex 2 H955 or buy Leeco Le 2 PRO?

Hi guys!
My g flex 2 got in a bootloop with 1006 error so I took it to warranty.
I've read on the G4 forums that they replaced or gave their money back cuz LG couldn't fix that error.
So I was wondering....should I buy Leeco Le 2 Pro if I get my money back or just stick with H955?
I know that the Cortex A72s on the Helio x20 are more powerful than SD810,but on the other hand Mali T880MP4 is much weaker than 430.
Also,I've got lucky and my g flex had a good display, without yellow spots, but it heated up like hell when gaming(or using gps) so I had to root and use the custom thermal config file. This issue has been allegedly fixed on 6.0.1(I didn't get to upgrade mine),but they said the same thing for 5.1.1...and now I don't know what to believe.
Besides that,I've seen that the IMX 135 on our g flex is very similar to the IMX 230 on leeco, even though the latter has 21 mpx.
I don't really care about the fingerprint sensor,it is nice to have but it seems more of a gimmick to me,the knock code can do the job as well.
Furthermore, there is 2gb of LPDDR4 on g flex, while leeco has 4gb of LPDDR3.Would that make a noticeable upgrade?(I'm not a real multitasker,I ask in terms of general speed)
So...what do you recommend me? Are the two A72 really worth it or should I keep my g flex?
Sorry for the long post
I'm looking forward to your replies.
@pungasul1
hi i got my self a xiaomi redmi note 3 pro (the s650 version) i just bought it not send yet
i'm giving up on the lg flex 2... no unlocked bootloader not custom roms...
and ugly ass screen p-oled it's very granular on grey spots u see alot of wierd points. it's very ugly.
and dont go for a mediatek.... it works for basic but its nothing special.
go for a xiaomi redmi note 3 pro
the snapdragon 650 is almost as good as the s810 that's in the flex2
redmi note 3 ahd 3gb ram and 32gb storage with sd card support
5.5" full hd. and a 4000mah battery and finger print scanner
the lg flex 2 is okay but 2gb ram and 16gb internal is not that great.
the full hd screen is not the best wierd poled. but people love the curved phone they are al curious. other then that. nothing special.
i still prefer tu use my lg g3 2gb 16gb with a good custom rom. i get more battery then on the flex2, it's my 2nd that just lays at home i use it for all the gta games. i got it for 168 euro new. trying to sell it now... for a bit more.
the xiaomi is 155euro on aliexpress. that's really a steal
im selling the flex 2 it's a fun phone but not that good it's left behind... just let the flex 2 go. let it go let it go
Good luck with warranty. Also MIUI is probably the heaviest android UI ever made, i had mi4c and it was struggling with 3GB RAM. (after boot with 0 apps i had like 500mb free RAM), pretty amazing.. :good:
Audio quality was so bad i sold it within a week, they are using cheap audio chips i had constant buzzing using headphones.
Also Xiaomi is locking bootloaders aswell, you want custom roms for Redmi 3? It's pretty much MIUI or CM.
Sell the LG, but don't buy that phone.
But what other options do I have in this price range??
The G4 is pricier than I can afford and frankly it doesn't impress me with that SD808.
I was thinking about that leeco because the camera is better than in our g flex, and also has manual mode,+4k hdr.
I had a very pleasant experience with my g flex(besides the overheating) but I'm afraid that it will be a dead device by next year(As seen on G Flex 1).Moreover,I don't see it holding it up too much with only 2gb of ram,be it DDR4.
Nexus 5x is not an option because of the lack of internal memory, weaker cpu and weaker camera.
So? Any other ideas? Pros?Cons?
Check Moto X Play, Xperia Z3, Huawei P8, Meizu MX5.

It's pretty much MIUI or CM.

redmi note 3 has unlocked bootlaoder. but they lock it so aliexpress sellers don't put malware on it. you can unlock it your self in 5min (after asking a unlock code thing)
cm13 aosp aokp mokee rom, and what every
miui is not my favorite. used it a long time ago on my lg optimus 2x.
yeah you need to tweak it. it doesnt use the 3gb ram well. just put the background limit to standard and more thing
warranty? i dont know that word lol sure i bought the flex 2 new from amazon a 168euro but i dont give a fùck a bout warrenty really.
audio seems okay a bit mixed reviews soem say speaker and call volume is to low other see it's good.
dont use earphone use bluetooth for 60% of the time.

letv eco1 x800 is also for a cheap price 160euro
but has a s810 also but 4gb ram
but i prefer a phone with custom roms like the xiaomi. (that why i'm giving up on the lg flex2 never could use it as my general phone it's just my 2nd it's not good enough to be for every day use it find it's faster then my lg g3 but yeah the flex 2 with no custom roms killed it really for me)
i really can't recommand any mediatek phones, i dont hate them buy yeah there battery life isn't that great and no optimazation at all like 0... and not custom roms
Unfortunately,in my country(Romania) I can't buy x800 as it cannot be found anywhere.
So the only option remains le 2 pro.I just can't figure it out.
I saw that the the difference between the cameras(back) isn't big at all,but Leeco's UI is indeed much smoother. It is so fast.
To keep it short, the only thing that stops me to buy that phone is the gpu.Mali T880MP4 is so much weaker than 430 and I'm afraid not to affect general usage or gaming(if android is ever getting any nice game)

you can't buy from aliexpress?
the letv pro 2 it's that great from what i read. camera is a really crap, seems great on paper but videos and picture arent that nice
on youtube some did a review. and both sayed camera isn't that good. after some days of usage.
i dont know i find mediatek bad. i mean i would buy it for parents or older people. like my mom has a doogee f5 with the mtk6753 and it's good for her internet facebook whatapp. but me it's not good enough.
tried a other mediatek also mtk6753 the umi touch. still hate it. and still didn't sell it can't seem to get rid of it. anyway. i love snapdragon and will keep phone with snapdragon (high end phones) cause low end i find mediatek great
anyway i wouldnt recommande keeping the flex 2. so yeah. no other options?
Not really... but if leeco's camera isn't that good then I see no reason to buy it.
And I can buy from aliexpress but I'm concerned about the warranty.Furthermore,it takes like 2 months for the phone to arrive.. so,it is a big NO!
I really like xperia z3+ but in my country it is very expensive..like 400$,compared to 275$ that i spent on the g flex..
Also, marshmallow seems great on the g flex 2 but again once it got updated to 5.1.1 many said that the overheating is gone...but it wasn't the case for me,and I updated from day one.
I am so undecided right now.
Moreover,I just can't wait for the prices to drop..or black friday as I don't have any other smartphone.Currently(until my phone comes out of warranty or I get my money back) I am using a samsung e1200 if you can believe it.

))))) the drug dealer phone
Thats a good one))
I may get the opportunity to buy a g4 but i don't know if I should give my 810 for 808.
I know that at the moment there are very few gpu demanding games on android and I don't even play them(I played asphalt 8 for like 4 years but then I dropped it when I realized what a bunch of greedy bastards gameloft is made of).
I am surely going to enjoy g4's camera and even display(tough I might miss the oled) but you know...here comes that pride thing.
Now i've got 810 and adreno 430,my phone is a powerhouse, almighty and I feel so good about that. But with a 418..is just meh.. ok
@pungasul1
I feel you man. But thr flex 2 is abandoned... That's sucks.. The phone is good. But every other phones has custom roms and support.
Anyway. I don't know. Just try some phones in a store.
G4 is a good looking phone and the camera is a beast, a friend of mine has it and i analized the 2 phones pretty intensive. In my opinion the G4 display is better, but for a regular user the oled looks better, i was running antutu, it was testing the 3D and our girlfriends said the flex 2 display looks better... After we ran antutu 5 times, the flex 2 scores was the same as the G4, but installing and opening apps is fastter on flex 2. I don't care to much for updates so the G Flex 2 is ok for me.
Well, its sad but i wouldnt buy G Flex 2 again, but im happy with that phone currently. If i would like to change it,i would go for Mi5 or PRO 6,those are one heck of a phones. Even P9 isnt that bad tho. But if you care for updates, get 5X or 6P,updates are guaranteed to H2 2017,so you will get Android O for sure

Curiosity ,,...LG G6 to have better audio than V20 thanks to upgraded Quad DAC ...,

http://www.androidauthority.com/lg-g6-quad-dac-audio-749258/
So I'm curious about this.
I'm overly excited for the LG G6 as my next device upgrading from the beloved LG G4! The rumours of the G6 excites me where as the overrated Galaxy S8 doesn't excite me. I'll always remain an LG customer and ignore Samsung! Even though Samsung's fault of anti competitive measure on delaying the production of Snapdragon 835, I have no problem LG G6 will stick to the already very good SD 821. LG G6 has good chance to have better sales since the Galaxy S8 will launch a month later all because of SD 835 Why the Google Pixel & OnePlus 3T is very powerful with the SD 821! LG G6 will definitely be a snappy beast just as LG G5 was.
G6 will be great, we've hit a stagnation in processor performance so there's no need to even go from a 821 to a 835. Hence why I'll probably hold onto my V20 for a bit.
Like the V20 was better than the G5 which was better than the V10 and the V30 will be better etc...
But this is a V20 owners forum so I'm not sure why you are telling that to people that already got the great V20.
It seems that LG might be taking some of the features that make the V series attractive and incorporating them into the G series. (Features like the 5.7 inch disply and quad DAC)
It seemed to me that the V series had become LG's true flagship (for a very targeted audience) over the last couple of years but that might change again with the launch of the G6.
I'm interested to see the final product that will be the G6 and how that compares to the V20. It seems that the V20 will offer very little value/advantage over the G6 aside from the removable battery and extra display, while the G6 will likely have water resistance, wireless charging and a new Quad DAC.
I'll be a little dispointed that my V20 is no longer the best phone that LG has to offer but I am an LG supporter and I do want them to succeed, so that said, I think it will be good for the G6 to have a new Quad DAC, a large near-bezeless display, water resistance, wirelss charging as well as various other attractive features. I think the decision to move away from a removable battery for design and water resistance is a good decision because the general user just isnt looking for a removable battery anymore, instead they want a solid, reliable phone that looks really good, something that Samsung has proven over the last couple of years.
For the rest of us power users (or at least those of us that are looking for something different and unique) there will be the V30 to look forward to towards the end of the year. That phone will likely be running the SD835 with something new that differentiates it from the G6.
I don't really care the DAC in the v20 is plenty for a majority of users and I doubt there would be a difference big enough to notice for the headphones I use.
The lack of removable battery is something I've strayed away from l not only because factory batteries suck but I prefer a larger frame because this "thinner is better" crap is out of control.
G6 seems like a sell out phone in my opinion, the features that make LG unique are traded to be like every other phone.

I heard its only for the Korean Variant
