[Q] smart scroll not present settings crashing - Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Smart scroll option is not in settings BUT when I search for it two options for smart scroll appear..."scroll speed" and "scroll icon". When I click on either, settings crashes.
Does anyone know why?

Looking for an app to launch menus...

For example:
Homescreen > Menu > Settings > Phone Storage.
I want an app that I could create a shortcut on the homescreen to immediately launch to "Phone Storage".
This is just an example. What i'm truly trying to accomplish on a Droid X is:
Homescreen > Menu > Settings > Battery & Data > Data Usage and then turn off the 3G by unchecking "Data Enabled".
I tried "Extended Controls Widget" but that doesn't seem to have the option to create a shortcut to do that.
*Edit*
Nevermind, I found in ADW where to do this. You add a shortcut and choose ADW Activity.

Notification Pop Up Application.

Being Quick settings accessible from the bottom only, a lot of applications are not able to access notification area , like "popup notification app" is unable to give "pop up notification" at all. Any suggestions or help..

I just watched review on Phone Dog and his phone has regular android quick setting bar on top. Was it different in review models and they changed it afterwards ?
Actually other reviews have it that way as well. Is there a way to enable that ?

Accessing the 'Standard' Lollipop settings menu

Hi all,
When I open the settings on my lollipop device I seem to get a cut down version of the settings options (Menu's and menu options are missing, like accessibility, advanced audio setting, etc)
I know these options can be accessed because I somehow managed to get to the advanced audio settings using nova launcher (I cant remember how)
Is there an app or something like that I can download to open the standard setting app?
Thanks.

Nougat - how to set up shortcuts in Settings like was in Marshmallow?

In the ordinary Settings menu (gear icon) how to make shortcuts like the were in Marshamallow? For exmaple in this menu you have groups like "Connections", "Sound and vibration", "Notifications" etc. I would like to have on top of that my chosen preffered shortcuts to settings like Accounts, Battery, Language an input. On top of the list, not somewhere inside groups. On stock firmware.
well, any luck with this?
Yea, flash Marshmallow again, it's gone in Nougat

In Settings, above Wireless and Networks should be a blank area with Edit.

Question Need help with floating window

People, I switched to miui with emui and was already tortured with these settings.
Tell me how to disable these window overlays in notifications?
There is no such problem with WhatsApp, but with standard messages and Telegram.
Is it some kind of broken floating window or something?
They seem to look different - with rounded corners.
And here is some kind of crap in the form of a floating shortcut that can be expanded by a third of the screen.
And this is a square mini window with a human face. Very annoying.
Video link:
In settings, go in "Notifications & Control Center", "Notification shade", and chose Android instead of MIUI.
As well, for disabling the "pop up" windows, go in the notification settings of the app and disable "Floating Notifications"

Even this seems to not work for the Google Android Messages app, disabled the floating notifications for the app and set the shade to Android instead of MIUI but still no luck.
