[Q] how to keep persistent custom paranoid android colors through reboot - Galaxy Note 10.1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I switched to the ROM found here<http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2444011>, its paranoid android 3.99 for the note 10.1 and I'm having a hard time keeping the navbar white through reboots. I have it in tablet mode and found I have to have per-app color checked or nothing will get colored. I used the expert settings and under interface set the global colors to what I want however, every time I reboot I loose my custom colors. Does anyone know how to keep the colors persistent through reboots? Thanks

[Q] Lockscreen battery mod in Oxygen

Hi all,
I recently changed from CM7 to Oxygen and it has been awesome so far. The only feature I miss from CM7 is the option to display my battery percentage underneath the time and date in the lockscreen. I know I can just enable battery percentage mod for the status bar in Oxygen settings, but I really miss that being displayed in a larger font together with the time and date.
Is there any way I can get that back on my phone? I know how to flash a zip from recovery but not much else although I am happy to learn other ways.
Thanks!

stock i9023 - get notification toggles & get rid of overscroll?

Hi guys
Quite new to the Nexus S, I have a i9023 bought in Australia.
Running the stock ROM which has updated itself to 2.3.6. Rooted.
Loving it so far and a little reluctant to mess with other ROMs just yet.
Only a couple of things I wouldn't mind changing, the lack of notification area button toggles, I know there are apps that will put lines in the notification area to toggle things but I really liked the buttons on my other android devices. (I do use use switchpro widget but have to exit out of an app to get back to the homescreen first)
Is there some way to get these without flashing a new ROM?
Also I dislike the orangy yellow overscroll, can I get rid of it?
Thanks

Remove blue leftovers.

Kit Kat changed the colors from blue to white, but there are still blue left overs. AOKP is doing a nice job with getting rid of it, but my kernel doesn't work with that ROM.
Change button color to white, as well as the little check mark, loading screens for power off, power menu, etc.
Not going to change. This was intentional UI design by Google, and changing it can potentially break the UI of many apps.
At some point theme engine support will be back in place, but this is an alteration of the default theme that should not be done.
I don't understand. If this is the way Google intentionally made it then why does my stock AOSP ROM on my Nexus for had grey accents? I'm running Omni and I love it but this blue color sometimes bugs me a bit.

[Q] Custom ROM and GravityBox fighting over control

I have flashed Paranoid Android on my Nexus 4 after getting tired of stock upgrade OTA messages and failure to apply them. The ROM works just fine but it seems GravityBox has lost some of its gravity. It turns out the ROM keeps changing things back. Is there a way for them to make peace? I pretty much need the following pieces:
customized battery icon. I love the ring with percentage style but PA keeps changing it back.
control over quick settings. with GravityBox I can simply change size, rearrange. I turned it off in PA. but I want it back.
more control over pie. The best I have tasted is Pie Control. The one that comes with PA doesn't work as well.
Also I think there used to be an app dedicated to PA settings. I can't seem to find it any more. Is it obsolete? How do I control the behavior of PA built in features such as immerse mode show status bar or not, show pie or not, etc.

Battery saver mode

I just wanted to create this thread to see if other people would like this change or any developers would possibly be able to make it a reality.
Basically I love to get as much battery life as possible as we all know it sucks on the s6 so on every 5.1.1 rom I used I always had power save mode enabled however in 6.0.1 the status bar has changed to grey and personally I do not like this.

that is google's move actually. in nexus it changes to orange. maybe they want us to stop using battery saver because it won't save battery a lot and we lose lots of performance. So they change status bar to grey to remind us this is a power saving mode. don't use it always.
we need an optimized software + bigger battery for a better battery life. battery saver won't help a lot.
So I suggest you stop using it. 5% more battery life on power saver won't worth the performance drop

I've spent the last few days trying to understand why the bar was grey on my stock rooted DPAD ROM. I thought it was because I uninstalled the launcher and about 100 more apps. I reflashed the ROM twice using ODIN, and it was fine at first, then after installing, uninstalling apps and changing the settings it would turn grey. I didn't understand what made it change. This morning I saw that turning on Power Saving was the cause, and then I found your topic. Yes, it's horrible. It's even worse that there's no longer a switch for turning the Back and Recents button LEDs off.
However, if you're rooted and using Xposed, GravityBox will fix it, fortunately. I just tried it, and it gets rid of the grey overlay on the status bar, but there's a minor issue: if you're in an app with a white action bar, the icons and clock won't invert color, so they'll be white on white.
