Gravitybox can do that and a ton of other things.
Gravitybox is an Xposed module, you'll need root to use it, but it's worth rooting for phone just because of Xposed.

dude .. rooting will not void your warranty permanently .. only unlocking the bootloader will permanently void your warranty ( not be count if you have backup your TA ) .. root will dissappear after you flash or update your xl through pc companion, seus or flashtool and you will get yr warranty back .. its not a big problem ..

[Q] Reset Bin Counter

Hello, has anyone tried to use the USB Jig to reset the bin counter on 4.1.2 ?
My display stopped working after some time and i need to give it for warrant.
What i've read in other threads is that the usb jig won't work on JB.
Do you think that the counter would reset if i would install a custom rom like CM10 or just use the bootloader, use the jig to reset it and then just install the samsung stock 4.1.2 firmware from sammobile?

There is an app called triangle away
It resets your binary counter. But if u boot into custom recovery again the counter will increase again. So use this app right before you flash stock via Odin.

The problem is that my screen is not working and i cant see what i'm doing. Dev mode is not enable so i could do it over the pc.
I'm kinda out of options. I dont know if they will notice the counter if the gpu is broken, cause the screen is in tact.
Well if you have lost your display completely then it's going to be a problem. Im still confused. You lost your Display due to Software issue or Hardware?
If software try flashing firmware. If hardware like lcd is dead.. try connecting via hdmi, wlan, samsung play etc if ONLY our phone supports it.

Its a HW fault. Installed stock etc, nothing helped. the screen turns only sometimes on. Even while booting its off. You think HDMI will show my screen on my pc or tv so i can try to use triangle away?
Anyone able to guide me how to enable adb while in recovery mode so i have access to my screen over the PC. I've found a thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2238286
but it doesn't help me much out.
Solved
So, i've managed to use the ADB while in recovery and enable it in the settings files when the phone is booted. After that i've managed to install triangle away and reset the bin counter to 0. Dropped the stock and now going for my warranty
Took me some time to do that. Had a lot to read, but it was worth it.
Well done, good to know that adb can help in such cases

According to this, it does http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=23951568&postcount=15
But, there are also others who say from experience of sending their device with a different country's official Rom, that it doesn't.
Depends on one's luck?

Help me find the problem please

Hey guys! I don't know what is causing this, but from time to time I get my navigation bar like this (link in the end) and I don't know what to do.. I got my device rooted with no custom root, got Xposed framework and a couple of modules and got softkeyz installed and working.. But I can't press the home button for example because of this! I don't know what is causing and I would like your help, because it's really annoying.. Rebooting the device solves the problem temporarily, after a while is goes back like this.. http://i62.tinypic.com/14j8foi.png
Please help! Thanks!

can you please tell me what did you do before this condition ? did you install transparent notifications xposed module ?
I will tell everything I have that can mess with it: I'm rooted and I have Xposed framework. From apps I have softkeyz (using to change the colour and shape of soft keys) and adaway. From modules I have: Advanced power menu, AppOps, gravity box, Boot Manager, Soft keys fade mod, xui mod (not using anything related with soft keys from it). I am also using nova launcher with some icon packs.
Regards!

I had this problem of home key not working, I flashed stock rom and it was fixed, you would have to reinstall everything after you flash stock rom
Or you can try remapping keys(not recommended)(try only if you are an expert)
Hit Thanks if I helped sent from my SM-T211

Hiding Soft buttons

I would like to hide the soft buttons at the bottom of my screen and replace them with a pie type menu that I bring from the side with a swipe. Possible?

Wallace root, exposed framework, gravity module. It provides many customizations and is pretty stable as far as I can tell.
Xposed and gravity so not work for me. Gravity says it only supports AOSP. I just want to hide the Nav buttons and use pie control

If your framework is already installed you need to do a soft reboot and it will become active

It seems that even after a reboot it still does not want to work.
I downloaded the latest APK and installed it. I then downloaded Gravity from within Xposed and installed it. At this point no matter what combination of attempts I do I am unable to get it to actually run. The phone is rooted and Xposed is in the Super Su app. Any tips?
Thanks!
Just to clarify did you do a hard reboot or a soft reboot? To keep xposed alive on your phone for now you need to make sure you do a soft reboot after installing the framework. If you see the red txt saying framework not installed go ahead and install it, it will pop up and say would you like to reboot now? Hit cancel and select soft reboot and you should be good to go.
That worked

edit build.prop and add at the end qemu.hw.mainkeys=1. Then reboot.
