edit : I can't install the applications... I always getting this message : Application not installed
You cannot install them normally.
You need to copy them to /system/app manually.

Arigato Gasai Yuno, just to follow up, once you have copied the files to /system/app, set the permissions to
owner read+write
group read
others read
also known as 644
On an aside, Gasai, I was reading your post about yourself on rootzwiki, and I started out about the same time as you, August of last year!

You can use ES file explorer, root explorer or terminal.
1) mount system read-write
2) Copy the file into /system/app
3) a) in Root Explorer press and hol on the file, choose permissions
B) in terminal
Code:
su
cd /system/app
chmod 644 program.apk
exit
exit
Replace program.apk with the app name, repeat for all apps

I'm looking for this directory but can't find it. All I see is storage/emulated/0 and sub directories there. Where can I find it?

I actually used ES File Explorer File Manager. I was able to get to the root and saw the first data folder, but there was nothing underneath. Not sure if that's the recommended way to go.

When you say root directory, where do you mean? It should be at "/storage/emulated/0" (sometimes shown as "/sdcard", depending on the app or context).

I fixed it. I installed mixplorer that supports a13. Thanks mate!
Can anyone else confirm if Mixplorer let's you read and write in the Android/data folder in Android 13? I have a pixel 6 and I've tried a few file managers and they let me go in the data folder and when I select the folder I want to open it lets me select choose to give this folder access at the bottom for all the folders I go in. The same cannot be said for my Samsung s21. it won't allow me to give access to any folder in the data directory. I was just trying to get some info before I purchase Mixplorer. I'll most likely buy it either way because I've read nothing but good things about it. any feedback will help. thanks
EDIT: I went ahead and purchased Mixplorer and I can access the Android data folders and everything just fine. I can edit files and move them as well on my Galaxy s21. it's a really beautiful UI and the app is really nice. I planned on purchasing it either way. Big ups to the dev.

I second this lol Mixplorer is well worth the purchase. I can't wait to check out some of the add ons.
You can enable adb and try this script. https://github.com/SelfAdjointOperator/better-adb-sync
