Variable tone touch effect - General Questions and Answers

Playing SC Conviction on PC I noticed theres very cool idea for menu cursor move sound. Every time it changes, the sound of the interface has different tone. If u havnt played the game check some yt clip.
I am looking for some app which would be able to do the same with Android touchscreen interface. I know it isnt easy cuz its hard to create such a weird .ogg , but in my opinion it could make device very unique. If any app does not exist, maybe its good concept for some talented developer ?

Music making software

I am new to this forum so please forgive me if i make any mistakes.
My main interest is in music and am therefore looking for recording and music-making software.
I have looked at Syntrax, Griff, Mixtikl and Meteor but so far am not impressed with any of them so was wondering if anyone was in the process of developing something new. I am not a programmer myself but do have a few ideas which as far as I can tell, have not yet been implemented in any windows mobile 6 apps.
One idea is for a low latency multi-track recorder that can use either bluetooth or wifi as an audio input, thereby enabling your phone to become a true multi-track recording device. The idea doesn't stop there, so if anyone is interested in hearing what else I have to say, feel free to contact me and we can discuss what is possible. I can't code such things, so would be very willing to collaborate with someone who can.
Anyway, that's it for now.
Hope to hear a reply soon!
If your interrested
Peace this Meezzofficial! I make music myself, and I'm currently on my 6 song. But as far as music software goes....I would suggest Fruity Loop. Music Maker. and Accoustica. To Meezz personally these are heavy hitters. But Fruity Loops first and hi me back!
Meezz!!
I think i've gone beyond the programmes you've suggested by quite a long margin which is why I would like to see something a bit more serious for windows mobile.
Hello everybody.
I'm a musician too and I'm thinking about some kind of musical notepad using piano roll view so you can tap any of keys on the edge of the screen to hear the notes which will be helpfull to develop the melody by ear, and then put blocks on piano roll to be able to set rhythm values and play whole thing.
Maybe I could try to write something like it but I am not serious programmer so it might take me a lot od time and effort
I think that multi-track recording on PDA is not reliable idea because it need good cpu and some serious audio card with high signal-to-noise ratio.

An excellent app idea from an artistic noob

So i was thinking, what if someone made an app which displayed an android that dances very rhythmically to music played on a device, and differently to each song played. By this, i don't mean an android that simply swings it's hips, but does flips, twirls, claps, winks and jumps, all when necessary, and keeps to the rhythm and beat of the music; the dancing would be equal to the choreography used in music videos, and would not use some cheap "dancing skills". I would make this app myself, but i have no experience in writing software. If anyone would like to use this idea to develop, please let me know, as I have no problem in restricting its development because it's my idea (if there is such a thing) but i would like to know if it is being made is so I can download it myself! Thank you all for viewing my idea

[REQUEST] Kaoss Pad 3 App?

So lets make this simple:
This thing:
http://www.amazon.com/Korg-KP3-Dyna...8GI8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1322409394&sr=8-1
How it works:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=39n4wow8fWE
What you can do with 1 or more of them linked together (skip to 8:00):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qciVXUHTN10
And now imagine this for android! With only some functions of that thing, like recording a part, looping it, editing the pitch for example, or even speeding up the recorded footage while playing it! with more than one recorded bit!
It would be epic!
Is there any app like this out already?
try this. Electrum Drum Machine. Just type it on goole with .apk
You can record samples, use your own .wma files, create loops, change pitch and even fit your .wma loop to songs BMP.

Yes, of course this would be great! But there is the demon in the detail and his name is "Latency":
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latency_(audio)
Several music apps I tried on Android are simply not reliable enough, when it comes to precision timing and I have the bad feeling it´s not the app´s but the OS´s fault.

[Q] Any possible way of cutting the audio of an app?

There are some games (flappy bird, Leo's fortune etc) which does not allow volume control for them and I'm mostly listening to music whilst playing games on my s3 so I was wondering if there is any possible way of killing the audio of apps you want to cause it gets annoying listening to two different sounds at the same time , there must be a way since rooting your Android means gaining full possibilities and control over it and I think root could help us here someway, Thanks.
A work around

Not aware of a gentle way to do this but renaming the audio files/folder of your app in /data folder could do the trick. If this gives an FC, you can try replacing those audio files with dummy blank files having same name.
Thanks mate, going to try this out.

[Q] Help customizing mxplayer as car audio player

Could someone tell me if there is a way to make mxplayer better for using in a car, especially at night? The main thing I would like is to never see any album art. I never want to see it on my phone in the first place, but when it pops up at night it is far too bright to comfortably use as I drive. I'd hope to have a dark background with non glaring letters that simply show the artist in big letters and the song name in fairly big letters. If I could advance or skip to the next song by simply swiping without having the display come on and also increase or lower the volume without the display coming on I would try to use mxplayer as my car player. Thanks for any help on this.
If there's no solution for this within MX Player could someone offer tips on an app they like that changes the whole Android Phone to a nightime display? Thanks
