I was just wondering if anyone can explain why the Bible has been unstickied? I pm a mod but did not get a response. I know it's kinda old but there is lot of useful info in there.

Because the wiki is our bible and more than one person can edit and keep it up-to-date unlike the bible thread.

Can we sticky the wiki or would that make it not possible too multi edit

Okay, I am a noob but like to play. I changed the build.prop in the ICS of my choice following the instructions in one of the threads. Now where can I find a dictionary of terms (linux, Java, c++) so I can learn what I changed?

Create custom ROM for android with android

I'm wondering if it's possible to create a custom ROM using my nexus 7. Every guide i found around was either for windows or linux. Can anyone tell me if there is an app to do that or is it impossible and why?

Well, android is Linux...

U can do simple things like a few code line edits in build props and stuff. I have ported 6 ROMs from my phone with nothing more than a file explorer, so on a sorta simple level, definitely possible

Android is a vast platform and development exists in many forms and techniques.
The best way to start would be to first watch the "N00b " video, then come back here and start reading up on various guides
