So;
I have an upgrade available to me in 13 days. I am on Verizon an do not want to switch to any other carrier. My GF just got the HTC Thunderbolt and I was wondering what phone I should get. Is there a superior phone coming out in the next month or two that I should wait for or should I get the Thunderbolt as well?
Thanks in advance!
I'd wait for the next galaxy s

Well, I must say that it has been a good eleven years with T-Mobile. However, as of today, I have moved to Verizon Wireless.
As you all know, that means that I will no longer be able to use my Nexus S. I decided to pick up a Droid Charge since it was the closest thing to the Nexus I could find.
I need to get rid of my Nexus S, and I would like some input on a fair price to sell it for.
USED
VERY FEW COSMETIC FLAWS(Kept phone in case until two months ago)
Thanks for any input you may have!
Maybe u can sell it for 150 on Craigslist. Try lookingvit up and seecwhat they go for.

Yep... agree. I would check craigslist in your area and feel out the market. Prices differ from city to city.

Really depends on the condition. How many flaws and how bad, etc.

Should have waited a month for the Droid prime

I know the Nexus 5 has LTE support, but I just wanted to be sure before I purchase it, that it'll be usable on Verizon. Always wanted a Nexus device!

Definitely a no go on Verizon. Pretty much everyone offers LTE now, and the Nexus 5 works with all of them... except Verizon.

I bet Little Red will get it next year... that's one of the reasons I switched carriers.
Seriously. Thanks guys! I was an inch away from buying it. Hopefully Verizon pulls the stick out of their asses and brings the Nexus 5 over. I get the feeling they just don't want a device of such a caliber to be sold through them at such a low price. Needless to say however, if the Nexus 5 comes over to Verizon, I'll have to retire my HTC DNA. Love it, but the Nexus 5 is such a sexy phone >.<

Jesus. Going with Verizon was the BIGGEST mistake of my life.

So, what's the basis for the incompatibility? Is the Nexus 5 just flat-out incapable of working on Verizon if I were to plug in a Verizon SIM?
Will Google have to make another version of the 5, or is this something that can be rolled out with a firmware update?
I've given up trying to understand Verizon's customer satisfaction strategy, but want to understand the nuts and bolts of why it won't work on their network.

Yeah, I bought a 32GB version today too only to find out that it will not be compatible on VZW. Luckily, my contract is up pretty soon, I think. I plan on going to my VZW store and finding out the exact date. But yeah, I'm hopping off of VZW as soon as possible. I'm so sick of their nonsense. AT&T Straight Talk, here I come!
Has anyone on tmobile successfully exchange their black g2 for a white one without the 50$ restocking fee? I brought it at the store 6 days ago.

I purchased a nexus 5 in December from tmobile. I left tmobile a few months ago and paid phone off. I am now having an issue with the earpiece vibrating during calls. I believe I should still have a 1 yr warranty on phone but who do I contact? LG? Google?
LG
