hi guys i downloaded viperS 5.0.0 sense 5 rom and im having issues with sim card and wifi so are there any other sense 5 rom out there. i loved sense 5 n i dont wanaa use sense 4 thanks:laugh:
No there's not ,be patient and wait for some time and we'll new update vipers 5.1.0 and that will include WiFi country fix

I believe only sense 4 rom that doesn't have wifi tether bug is viper rom
Only Sense 4 rom with Wift Tether working is Viper - RIGHT!
But only with bricket kernel...

I got 2 Rom´s and I can´t decide which one I should try first. Latest InsertCoin or latest Viper...
Both roms are ICS with Sense 4.0...
So wich rom would you take and why?

The new ViperS with Sense 4.1 is superfast, I recommend it (still has some issues to b fixed in next OTA)... this is best experience on my phone as of yet.

It's no doubt ViperS 1.2.1 is fastest ROM as moment, but i had LgCamera 6.25 video record stop working, is it because new default camera with 40 mbps cause LgVideo recorder to stop?

So I been wanting to upgrade the wife's phone to a different ROM but I noticed that most of the ROMs I want to use has Sense 4.x in them where hers is 3.6. Is it still possible to use those ROMs? Would it upgrade HTC Sense, or will it just fubar the phone?

Check out Elegancia Rom...it still have a 3.6 version. Elegancia is the best Rom ever, so just read OP and flash it

use Android revolution hd (ARHD) it has sense 3.6 rom and faster than anyone..
but in my opinion you should try the sense 4 as its best and better than sense 3.6.

Ha so I'm guessing that it's a yes that I can safely upgrade from 3.6 to 4. VIPERS was one of the roms I was looking at.

Sense version is not the same as android version. There's no additional issues in flashing a sense 4 ROM from 3.6.

officialy you can't
but unofficialy yes
you have to root first and flash a custom recovery
after that you must flash a custom rom which has sense 4 from recovery

I am currently running ViperS 3.1.2 JB 4.1.1. I know that expandable notifications are a feature of Android JB 4.3. I want know will there be an update for ViperS 3.1.2 JB from 4.1.1 to 4.3? whether the development for this ROM is stopped?

No there are not be any update from 4.1.1 to 4.3 as there is no base ,we only can get 4.1.2 update with sense 5 which is also superb

Ah ok. I know sense 5 is under development. I think it will be super awesome once its released. Kudos to all the developers.
I also want to thank the developer of ViperS 3.1.2 i guess its sebastianFM and the team for this smooth and stable ROM, but i couldnt post it on the development thread as i joined few days back and have fewer than 10 posts.

Extract the app from the sense 5 rom and paste into your installed sense 4+ rom's system/app folder
SENT FROM WHATEVER IS NOT SOMETHING TO BE LOCKED AT, THE THING IS THAT IT IS SENT.
