FIUI is a Chinese ROM based off of CyanogenMod.
The Future Interface UI is made by the AZ Fuga Team!
FIUI's concept is simple: Remove redundant features that bloat up
the system, maximize functionality, all the while maintaining a gorgeous UI!
Known "Bugs":
Google Play Services may force close while they update, just wait. It should stop
FM Transmitter shows up on first boot, wait or reboot to fix
Installation:
Do a factory reset (or full wipe)
Flash ROM
Enjoy
Do NOT flash GApps!
Enable them in Settings -> Accessibility -> Enable google apps and reboot!
Includes Lightning Browser (instead of Google Chrome). Enable Google Apps to get Google Camera and Google Play Music,
or install some 3rd party camera/music player from apk file.

I'm uploading to mega.co.nz and dropbox now. Will take some hours.

it's called FIUI not MIUI
He made one for FIUI I have a copy of it from last month. Did you see the link to the full post? And on top of that he showed how to make your own FIUI ROM.

You right. I want to know too since i have FIUI from MIUI forum
seems nice I have seen the post on MIUI too, but haven't tried it that yet... whats so special about this rom ? (just curious) have tried to search some youtube videos but they don't show much about the rom... I mean special features...

So first, your link points to an old alpha build. As i could understand that thread, they use FIUI 2.5.0, while my build uses latest 2.11.0.
Second, my build is based on Xperience.cyanogeN, so battery life and sound should be a little bit better.
And NO, i didn't used the port method mentioned in that thread. You can read that in credits.
And NO, i didn't steal that port. Mine is based of Nexus 4 build by nic and was 'compiled' yesterday.
Plus, this Rom should be stable - not alpha. It's based on CM11 M12 - i had no FC except FIUI Launcher but that's not my part, it also happens on offical N4 build.

FIUI's navigation Method is different:
You dont have the default nav bar. On some apps you dont have any at all (e.g. homescreen, camera), on some you only have back and menu buttons.
Home and recents can be used by swiping from bottom center and bottom right.
Then, the statusbar will be tinted automaticly, like iOS.
And FIUI has an own design, something like miui in Material .
do we have cynogen apps in rom or fiui apps ? like camera music player etc ?
Nice Rom, just installed as 2nd Rom with multirom.
Good feature - the dynamic navbar.
Gapps: is it too much to read the op?
I believed that it was under lollipop... Pity ... What is exactly fui could we compare it to miui ?
Just download the rom and try it out.

FIUI has (currently) no own apps,
Google Camera, Google Play Music and Chrome are included (as in original N4 rom)

Yes, it's also a chinese Rom. Fiui looks similar MIUI6. Fiui is currently based on CM11, sorry. I know it's not the best time to release a Rom based on 4.4.4 kitkat.

How about a lollipop in near future?
After testing around 15 portes camera i found in the net that the moto camera is the best with all working future.
Second camera is the from OnePlus 2 but the flashlight is not working.

I really like the camera from the Adobe Lightroom app. It even allows you to shoot pics in DNG format.
I am glad this works for the stock Miui rom too.
U can use also "Lumio" cam. It can make videos with playing music from your smartphone.
And "open camera". It has many settings, but I think the best manual settings are in OnePlus camera.
I tried the Moto camera on viper os and it crashes every time I start recording video

There are several gcam mods for the SD version here: https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/android/google-camera/
My favourites are the mods by Arnova8G2 (version 6), and by Cstark27. But much depends on your camera sensor and the settings you make on the app (it is usually best to stick with the default settings).

Thanks to ajaikumarnadar, I found the new moto apps from the Edge+ that work on the Z3 Play.
Time Weather clock It has a two styles now,
Moto Actions It doesn't add any new action.
Moto app With a new a UI from the 2019 lineup.
Moto Display with a new UI. and it shows the weather.
Moto Styles and Moto Game time are just for Android 10 and up.
There is also "new"" photo editor but I couldn't find any change.

You just add it like any other widget but there are two styles now. I'm not sure if you already have it but it is new for my device.

I do not think it will work, motorola should have made some changes to the system in order to make the styles app work.
So, I don't think there is an easy way to make it work.

I can confirm they work on the Moto Z2 Force on Android 9 (stock ROM) except gametime and styles.

I have the Moto G Power and it doesn't have the Moto Styles app even though the device is running Android 10.
