Hi,
I had two bricked phones, i9000 and i9003. No booting, no usb connection... totally dead. After changing their eMMC chips i was enable to turn them back on with working downloading mode but after flashing them, both phones boot to recovery with a error which is your storage is not prepared. I know this error as a soft brick and had solved this in many other cases with flashing the right files. I changed their eMMC chips again with new ones supposing their damaged but i got this error again. So do anyone have a idea? Someone told me, you have to program the eMMC chips. Any one has information on programming eMMC? any help would be appreciated...

Hi, I have a big problem with my new Phone Feiteng H7100! After I flashed the ROM (from needrom), nothing happens on the phone! Everything went as described until the green circle. Nothing now … when connected to the PC appears a USB / network device name: Alcatel Single RNDIS interface, nothing more happens.
Can someone help me here? Please

hi, can anyone help me, i have a feiteng h7100, totally bricked, not turn it on, the computer dont recognize, is a dead phone, i flash it with sp flashtool first time says ok, but no turn it on, so i flash it again, in the middle of flashing says error and the cpu dont recognize any more my phone, any ideas..
never flash DSP_BL and preloader. as long as the device is recognized on your PC, its not "dead" othewise you can try the "testpoint" methode, but not all motherboards have one.
I rooted it which was absolutely fine but I tried to flash a custom rom onto it. I'm not going to lie I had no idea what this involved, what the risks were there , even I flashed it.
Anyway during the installation of the new Rom seemed to be going fine with Research Download and after finish installing it was just died. Since then i cannot get it to turn on and it just doesn't power up. It also won't charge now.
also when plugged into the PC it does not detected , so I'm hoping the fact it's still recognized as something means there may be some hope left.
plzzzz friends tell me what i do,
I have no idea what I'm doing, I am just here with my lovely new phone not turning on.
some persons have given idea of doing heating of the Processor IC / Processor Chip because of Boot failure , but how i do this process.
help me friends now.
Thanx in advance
I am having same problem here. I have intex aqua young sc8810 chip in phone. I tried to flash but it stuck at userdata for few seconds then it shown error while flashing now phone is totally dead not charging nor detect by USB or anything else.
Hi, I have a Kross GY-601 Tablet... One of the cheap chinese tablet you can pickup at factorydirect (Canada)
I seem to have bricked it when attempting to port Clockwork Mod Recovery to it. It does not show anything on screen or do anything, When I connect it to my computer.. It shows up as M6-CHIP in Device Manager as shown in my image.
The internal storage is completly gone as a result of my failed attempt to un-brick it..
It would be a great help if someone helped me fix this..
Thanks in advance..
-Henrique
PS: I'm only 13 sorry if my description of the problem is a bit bad..
Sooo,
You probably don't have proper drivers, use PDANet ones, they work even with obscure tablets.
You tried to port CWM or flash?
It's not bricked since your computer detects it
Last thing, do you have a backup recovery image or another recovery image that works so you can get it back up?
Daniel
I was dumb enough not to do any recovery image backups..
Also.. I ported cwm then flashed it with dd just poped the .img into the recovery block.. but since I didn't compile it properly when I adb reboot recovery.. It got into a boot loop.. so I tried to fix it but broke it even more... So then I tried re-writing the firmware for generic 4.1.2 chinese tablet.. but that messed it up to the point were it only shows as M6-CHIP.. i can only turn on and off.. nothing else.. no boot no screen light up nothing..
I can help you BUT....

Hey guys, I've accidentally hard bricked this tablet (SGH-i497) by flashing the wrong recovery image. No download mode or recovery, black screen only. Computer only sees it as qhsusb_dload.
What I'm wondering (obviously short of a JTAG repair) is if anyone could potentially make a working backup of their model using QPST as a last ditch effort? I want to see if this can restore it, and I know it's a long shot.
This fastboot error prevents flashing some partitions.
Other partitions you can flash/mke2fs/erase etc have no effect.
Phone stuck in bootloop.
Although BoardDiag QDLoader completed successfully, no effect.
At this point, is replacing the NAND chip the only possible solution - what if cause is some "write block" or bad voltage supply for writing?
Sandisk SDIN8DE4 16 GB NAND - this is the chip I have.

Hi, I have the same issues as yours. And I came to the conclusion that better replace the motherboard, but I bought a faulty one with a not working lcd connector.
So I have 2 motherboard which are useless to me for now.
So if I can advise you, better move on and by a new phone if you can and don't try too spend too much on this.
I will try to find a way to repair one of the motherboard without not much hope.
Goog luck
I bought a few Chinese brand phones.
So far its good experience with Xiaomi Mi5 and LeEco Le Pro3.

i have the same issue
I gave up with flashing this smartphone
you replaced only the nand chip? not all the motherboard? & then, you could just flash it as any other normal nexus 5? thanks
