Flash custom rom and can back to the stock without void the WARRANTY

My RUU Sensation (Non XE) is
RUU_Pyramid_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.35.707.1_Radio_10.43a.9007.00U_10.51.9007.27_M3_release_198358_signed.exe
(S-On & Locked bootloader)
somehow my sensation update to ICS (so ICS OTA) automatically
now i have This information (3.32 with S-On and locked bootloader) (with NO VOIDING WARRANTY)

I want to S-Off with
[GUIDE] Juopunutbear S-OFF NO VOIDING WARRANTY (1.2x HBOOTS)--NEW: ONE CLICK ROOT
and use Custom ROM (flash 4ext recovery, flash custom rom and so on)
My question is...
1. how can I go back to 3.32 with S-On and locked bootloader? Or
2. Go back to Gingerbread (S-On & Locked bootloader)?
My purpose is flash custom rom and can back to the origin without void the WARRANTY.

based on two references above, the conclusion is we must flash proper RUU right?
3. which RUU that I must flash?
The Gingerbread RUU (like above) Or ICS OTA RUU? (we know that if we flash wrong RUU can brick my sensation)

Sorry to tell you but you will not be able to flash back to Gingerbread without being S-off because this flashing back to Gingerbread requires you to revert your firmware. With out being S-off you can not revert your firmware. You can use the ICS RUU or a copy of the official ICS update for your device. But if you want to flash a copy of the official OTA update you must have the stock recovery on your device or the install will fail.

yes i will S-off and use custom rom...
the problem is when we want to S-On.
if from Gb 1.17 so when s-On just use RUU GB right...
but how about when in ICS OTA, which RUU that i use?
is still RUU GB 1.17 or New RUU ICS if i want to S-On?

If you are going to use "fastboot OEM writesecureflag 3" to revert back to S-on you need toflash the stock RUU first or you will more than likely soft brick your device and then will have to use the Unbricking Project to unbrick your device. If you are using a custom Gingerbread ROM you need to use the Gingerbread RUU. If you are using a custom ICS ROM you need to use the ICS RUU. if you are on aIDS custom ROM and you can not find the ICS RUU you can use the Gingerbread RUU while you are S-off and then S-on, then use the OTA to flash back to ICS.

It didn't erase mine, but do backup just in case

is it safe to flash with S-OFF, can we lose S-OFF if we update HBOOT?

no you won't lose S-OFF
but you'll get a new hboot.. using fastboot commands won't work
So I'm going to flash this firmware.zip
Restart phone
Than back in bootloader
fastboot flash zip hboot144.zip
than fastboot boot cwm.img
flash super user zip, to get root again
than fastboot flash zip hboot155.zip
and I'll have stock firmware, stock recovery, hboot 155, s-off, bootloader unlocked, root and android 4.3

yep, you have to enter fastboot flash zip firmware.zip twice.

This is just firmware. It doesn't include Rom so whatever Rom you have will stay

[q] htc one s bricked !!!!!!!

My htc one s is bricked and i am able to go into recovery mode with trp but when i go to mount it wont mount the usb and i am rom less , like the rom and everything on the device has been deleted !!! Someone help please !!!!

are you familiar with adb and fastboot?
flash stock recovery
then in bootloader clear storage
flash new recovery and see if it mounts then you can load your rom onto sd card
or
flash your stock recovery relock your bootloader and run the appropriate RUU.exe

Hey mate just a fast question .. im getting the HTC One S in a couple of days and I just wanna ask u .. if I want to flash a custom Rom ... I should first unlock the bootloader then flash a recovery and then the Rom ? Is that all ? Or did I miss something ? I haven't done this for a long time ... Kind of forgot .. and another question .. if I decide to go back to stock what should I do ?

You first have to unlock the bootloader. Then flash kernel, recovery and ROM in any order. Recovery is optional but makes flashing ROM easier.
Edit: For back to stock make a nandroid backup with the custom recovery and store in a safe place. Everything else is a lot of try and error.

it does come with the roms, but with htc s-on you have to seperately fastboot flash the boot.img.
Now if you are s-off it will flash the boot.img when you install the rom in recovery.

If you are s-off you don't have to flash boot.img from your computer. But if you're s-on then you have to.

Nope only two ways to flash either rename it PL99IMG.zip and put on the root of ext sd and boot in bootloader or go to fastboot oem rebootRUU

Cant flash update

Cant manage to flash the update doing it through fastboot and root SD card both no use..
it seems to be failing for the check when using fastboot, it stops there.
No TWRP or root installed.

1)Flash new hboot
2) install twrp
3) flash rom
4) profit???

This is what I would do...flash stock ota,flash recovery and boot from the ota.don't root..then go to settings and check for update...then it should work...everything should be stock...

Don't think firmware gets updated
To my knowledge, TWRP does a nandroid backup. As you can read in the tag wikis of the mentioned tags (nandroid, backup), a Nandroid backup takes images of your partitions. It's not a backup on the file level, but on partition level. So it includes everything stored on those partitions. Doing a full Nandroid backup of your system thus includes the entire system, one file per partition. There are only very few things not contained, such as the radio-firmware.

this is the full firmware, u have to remove parts of it to retain custom recovery and Hboot
maybe u want to put a note there stating so
for those who want to use it with custom roms
here is the modified firmware, no kernel, hboot or stock recovery

is there a possibility of having modified firmware and hboot without kernel and stockrecovery
as i am on hboot 1.54, i cannot fastboot on win 8,1
hboot with 1.57 can fastboot with win 8.1

I just posted it above u But no modified hboot . this requires hacking i believe which i dont do. someone here in xda may help u with yr request
and also using a modified hboot and if u happen to S-on yr device it may brick it permanently

Can anyone give information about version of Baseband etc. ?
Screenshot of About/Software Information/More could be better...
I'm using M7_u without LTE and with Dual Carrier 3G, model: PN0711000
Original firmware was: 1.29.401.17...
CID: HTC__M27...
Baseband: 4A.14.3250.13D...
I need to know is this compatible with this...

is yrs a carrier device?
Well u can flash this ( the rom) if u are super CID but whether u can get signal for 3G i am nt sure
but probably u need to set up the APN yrself
as for the firmware i am not sure if it will work for yr device , as this is for the international M7
