Hi everybody
my friend has a problem with Arabic Language on his Xperia J ( I think Jelly Bean)
The names are recorded in Arabic but when you call someone or someone calls you .. the letters appear in in reverse and cutter
For example, the name is أحمد علي >> when you call him it become like this >> د ح م أ ي ل ع
please guys if anyone can help I'll be thankful
the problem was solved by updating the phone

Hi Sankar,
In PPC[windows mobile] fonts are just the ones which we use in our WinXP. But the messaging application is totally different I believe & it doesn't support even you have Tamil fonts installed in Your PPC. I use to read punjabi language documents[.doc] by installing punjabi fonts in my PPC. But that really never worked for sms or any system function. Hope someone comes out with a solution for indian users. Till than you have to wait. Good luck

I have some problem in connection of farsi letter together ...
for example this :
پ رداخت
that is p is not connect to r !
how ever I want to know which file in framework.jar is define how letter connect to each other ???
I opened framework and it has a lot of .smali file !! and I don't know which of them for letter's link ?!?
sorry for my poor english !
I use arabic_script_0.784_windows and I extract classes.odex (in framework.jar) and now I want to know which of them is about connection (link) of letters in writing ?? nobody can help me ?

hi evrey one i have a nexus s 2.3.4 and i want to read and write arabic but i can't it's from left to wright and letters are disconnected. i read that there is a patch for that probleme but i don't know how to do ?????????? thnx for u're help

update to stock android 4.0,
Arabic and Hebrew are shown perfectly - right to left - and no fix is needed.

i live in the Middle East (KSA) and i need to have an Arabic Language on my Device to recevie and write Arabic messages and other stuffs..
i've Noticed that there is no Arabic Support for SMS and/or The Core system
Please Tell me how/where i can find a way to install a full or half arabic Support ..(ROMs or Something Else)

i update to jelly been but it doesn't solve the problem it still appear like this
