Audio Manager/EQ for thre Galaxy Tab...

My Tab suffers from low volume & mediocre audio from the speaker specially when watching certain movies. Ive been looking for an app to control audio volume and EQ and found an app called DSP Manager (current version 2.2).
It features a beautiful interface, installs without a problem but doesnt seem to have any effect when applying EQs... the sound is always the same. HAs anyone else succesfully installed this app on a galaxy Tab and make it work? Id love to be able to use it on my Tab.
On a side note, are there other similar apps that do the same job volume/EQ that work on the Tab?

AudioBoost only works for headset NOT for the built-in speaker on the Tab!

(mod) boost in call volume and disable camera sounds

The incall volume seems a bit low on Note2, Meltus provide a solution for SGS3
(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1722136)
and i made a version for Note 2.
Unzip the attached zip and copy :
default_gain.conf to system/etc to boost incall volume
Volume.db to system/etc to disable boot sound and camera sounds
Slightly less volume boost mod by eliasshadow:

Will this disable camera auto-focus sound too? Or only camera shoots?

will it work on all firmwares?

Both of the files are working on Omega V3.

All camera related sounds will be disabled.

love this mod but it **** up the speaker
ppl cant hear u from the speaker,its a issuse with the dialer,cuz its picks up your voice on apps

Jesus christ... this actually makes the speaker louder too ... I thought this would only make the ear piece louder, not the entire phone.

The op volume boost is on 63 level and this one is on 60.Its not flashable zip, just replace the default_gain with a root explorer:

I have manually reduced all my volume types by 1 point .. and now its loud,clear and Great!!! :laugh:

OK I got a new one that works for YouTube and games too based on newest cm10 build.
This should only be used on roms that have the wired headset microphone fix.
I will only make a version with both speaker and headphone volume increase. Here it is:

What value did you use?

I set 105 as I thought going higher might break your speaker... its more then enough.

U have to set right permissions. If you don't know how. Reboot to recovery. Advanced. And choose fix permissions.

Sound is gone....used ES File Explorer and rebooted in to recovery and fixed permissions..

I noted that in some downloads its called .bin in the end.
Delete that. It should only be named t03g

Nice mod and works very well with PA.
I would recommend decreasing external speaker volume as its very risky and must be close to the limit as it is very distorted over 75% even with bass turned down .

[Sound Mod] BMSound_Full the deep bass for S4 I9500 / I9505

This is a mod based on the libraries Beats, completely replaces audioconfig Smart, does not increase the volume (and other fashion), only the sound quality.

Thank you so much. That increased the volume, and also, I used this mod and enjoy it very much

I got strange behavior with it. It works initially then when I disconnect and reconnect my headphone, no eq effect. sometimes it kicks in automatically in a minute or so sometimes doesn't.

+1 .. Wanam's ROM. The (Mod_headphones.zip) file in post 8 works fine though.

i installed this and stock music player isnt working. it had more bass compared to this dunno why i feel so. I didnt backup so is there a way to go back n get stock music player functionality.

Headphone jack sound with Beats system in my HTC One SV were Powerful, Pure and High Quality !!!
But after update the phone from ICS to JP now the sound in headphone by AUX or Headset become Low and Less Quality
Is there any method or way to get powerful sound quality back ?
( except back to ICS, this is last solution )

Ok but Beats is built in the phone .. So what will happen if i use Viper while Beats system still in the phone ?

I have both on my phone and there is a big improvement with viper. I have not noticed anything negative running both except maybe memory storage.
