SuperCID isn't required for the 2.35.531.7 -- he's already T-MOB010.
Not sure if it like (or even attempt to) downgrade HBOOT though without S-OFF.

i downgrate it with super cid with s-on.but we need super cid to downgrade from 1.14.0005 to 1.14.0004..ok

the question is how can i change the hboot or the radio so i can flash back the ruu because the newest ruu(4.4.2) isn't out yet. it isn't even out for the at&t htc one. i bricked my phone trying to fix the calculator app on my phone and adb sideload works but the roms that i sideload doesn't work. i tried many of them. and adb push doesn't work either. it gives me error:closed.

ARHD problem

Hey.
I got seriously problem!
My HTC One has recovery and it is rooted.
I flash ARHD 62 and things looked fine, but when the phone shut reboot, I got the messages:
”the phone is not rooted, will you root it Y/N”
I tried both option’s whiteout luck, the phone stop at the “HTC One” screen.
Hope you understand my question, and can get my phone going again.
I can get in to the recovery and make a sideload, but this will not work whit the ARHD 53.

Is the HTC stock android version in stalled? If yes --> just flash the stock kernel The firmware.zip contains stock kernel + stock recovery + some other files...

[Q] [HELP] Can't load Recovery or Boot into ROM after HBoot 2.16

Hi everyone,
I tried to update my HTC One S (S4) HBoot from 1.06 to 2.16 so that I can run KitKat 4.4.4. But after the update, I'm not able to boot into TWRP or my original rom. I followed these instructions to update HBoot: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=39216236&postcount=274&nocache=1&z=674317537341266
If I choose recovery, it just reboots and gets stuck on the CyanogenMod Boot Screen.
I tried RUU but that failed -RUU_Ville_U_JB_45_S_TMOUS_3.14.531.11_Radio_1.13.50.05.31_10.30.50.08L_release_309489_signed_ICS_2.exe.
I tried flashing TWRP again but that failed - twrp-2.7.1.0a-ville-dm.img, twrp-2.7.1.2-ville.img, twrp-2.7.1.2-ville-dm.img.
I tried fastboot erase cache.
Any other thoughts?

Thanks! I actually fixed the issue before i saw your post.
I tried to install this rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2322755
found my cid wasn't correct so i changed it to 11111111 -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317536
this finally allowed me into twrp, but my internal storage was corrupted.
so this helped: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2086156
then i was able to install the rom from the first link, after that updating to cm11 was a breeze.
hope this helps someone.
