Error 140 cant find RUU, help

Hey,
I am stuck in bootloader:
Screen says S-ON and RELOCKED
Could any one suggest me what RUU to download and even better where from?

The radio is the same so I think it'll work.

You need to find a RUU that works with Rogers. I saw one someone in the One S forums. Try to search it out.

[Q] HTC One S Tmobile RUU Error 155

Hey there, i am trying to help a friend restore his HTC One S back to stock. The 1.84 RUU for TMobile US keeps throwing back an error 155. His bootloader is locked. I have searched around the forum but was unable to find an explanation on how to fix this properly.

Nevermind fixed the issue, had to use RUU_Ville_U_JB_45_S_TMOUS_3.14.531.11_Radio_1.13.50.05.31_10.30.50.08L_release_309489_signed_ICS_2

[Q] What is wrong with the main version?

Hy guys. It's my first post so I would like to say Hello to the community!
Anyway. I have a question about my One S main version.
When I hit the getvar all command here's what I get:

As you see, the "(bootloader) version-main:" is empty!!! This is a problem cause I can't even flash the official TIM RUU because it gives me error 155 (after locking the bootloader of course). Besides, when I start the installation it won't recognize the main version.
Somy question is. What do I have to do to get the main version up in there? Got to flash a new firmware or what? Help me out. Thanks a lot!!

I don't think it matters, look at mine, same thing. I have run RUU.exe a bunch of times.
The difference is I have run the correct RUU for my CID #. Maybe the official TIM Cid you mentioned is for the older Hboot. You have the newer 2.15 Hboot and you cannot go backwards unless you S-off your device.

HTC One S back to Original RUU

Hello Folks,
i have a HTC One S with a Vodafone DE (Germany) Branding. Im using ZenRom with Android 4.1.1 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2076855). Now i will go back to the Original Vodafone RUU but i dont know which one, can you help me with that?
HTC Sense Version: 4+
HBoot: 2.15.0000
Radio: 1.11.50.05.28
S-ON
And for sure Unlocked, the only problem is, if i re-lock my phone there comes this security warning and i dont know why.
Please be careful with me, im a noob on that.

Do us a favor. Connect your phone to a PC and go into fastboot mode, and enter this command in CMD:

fastboot getvar all
Copy and paste the results here. Be sure to erase your IMEI and serial number as that will be shown too.

The RUU's are all located here: http://www.androidruu.com/?developer=Ville
If you are S-OFF you should be able to run any RUU. Unfortunately not all the RUU's for each carrier are released.

m7ul with CID ORANGB10 how can i update the firmware

Hello,
i want to update the firmware version to the newest one for my one m7ul.
I found only this topic to flash the m7 with supported modelid and supported CIDs (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2485651)
But my modelid is PN0710000 and the CID is ORANGB10.

I found the solution by myself.
Changed the cid to super cid and patched the actual firmware_7.19.401.2 for my HTC One m7.
