This is a new rom I'm going to release in acouple days, as soon as I get done themeing.. and working acouple kinks out. So tell me what you give think? (Screenshot below)

I took acouple pngs from my old mtz files on my computer.. and just throwing them into the rom.. its my theme but with other people icon.. don't worry credit will be given

dnt pay attention to them. they dnt know how hard is to make a rom.. keep deving cause we need more devs.

Get used to that here. Thats the reason I said screw the Sidekick. I'm getting a G2X soon. Everyone here is rude and disrespectful. Worst forum section ever. I regret ever getting the Sidekick.

So what are the features of this ROM gonna be? Other than the looks.

nothing special, a couple build props here and there to smooth things up... also I'm in the process of trying to get one of my buds to port his kernel to us...

Let's stop acting so negative , it's not that the sidekick suck's it's actually a great device's it's just that it has alot of people on th esection but not as man developers which make's the phone a bit hard to deal with .

I'll suggest you get more picture's & bigger picture's take them with a camera or ShootMe from the marketplace .

cant wait to see it in action... I'm diggin all these different ROMs out there to help us actually LIKE our phone... If only most sidekick users knew they didn't have to deal with constant FC isues and freezing up and restarting... as for the voicemail notification... who cares, your phone runs better than ever, if you don't like that theres no voicemail notification, dont root and flash your phone... enjoy the original ROM if you can

I'm not sure you could port a kernel to the sidekick , is it a GB kernel if it is good luck lol

I get it. I wasn't complaining. Just noticed something for the first time. Guess I misunderstood about what to post and not post and the way to go about it in a thread.

Thanks Raver. I've never had any problems with your roms. The newest being the best rom I have ever used.

Thanks Raver, I'm glad you are not leaving. I should have your MIUI Rom done by the end of the week but, I think I might let you release it as I am not dealing with the same crap you as you are.

Thanks for all your hard work..i'm fairly new here..and I've never had any problems with your roms. If some ppl spent a little time searching and asking in proper areas such as Q & A instead of cluttering up the dev sections things would be better. Almost 99% of the time the answer is already posted. Again, thanks for all your work, time, & effort you put into creating roms.

Lesson learned on my part. Raver has been invaluable to me personally. When I finally got the courage to root my phone maybe 6 months ago I hard bricked it with the first flash. If not for Raver I'm not sure what I would have ended up doing.

Funny FB. Everyones entitled to meltdown every now and then.

Honestly, Raver, you shouldn't even re-open your thread. Keep it locked and provide links to your ROMs elsewhere. This way, people will actually be forced to post in the correct sub-forum and maybe even (hold on to your seat, kids), just maybe, try searching for their issues themselves. O: O: O: O: O: I know, I know, it may be hard for some of you to fathom, but yes.. your question actually has been answered before (a million times), and yes, you can find it yourself.

I must say that we are so grateful that there is a man called Raver that working hard for our phone to make it fast and stable, yet there are people relies on asking without searching for answers first, if can't find answers from millions of replies then that's the time we have to ask, as we are so grateful that we have a place where we can customize our phone and make it look cool.. and once again we must consider this man's creation as we are just waiting what Mr.Raver going to provide us.. he deserves appreciation for what he have done...

Haha well I definitely agree with A2 related/off topic. Works for me. I was thinking about something where we can all just literally talk. About whatever we want. Only because, sadly, I spend 60% of my day on XDA, and I like when there's something to talk about or someone to help. But PM's work for some of that so Its all good really. But all this ^^ is the A2 community. If that makes any sense Lol. Its 3 in the afternoon and I'm just waking up.

yeah, xda has officially replaced tv series as my break time.. havent seen a single episode of Dexter or any other series this season :crying:

My question is this, what about all of the other CM related sites such as the GIT hub and so forth? Can devs still pull source to build with or are all CM variants dead in the water until this is resolved? The question may sound stupid, but hey, I'm not a dev so I had to throw it out there. LOL

My guess, and this is only a guess, is that the actual sources are still safe. Github is not owned by the team (I'm pretty sure it's actually used by thousands of open source projects) and the maintainers would still have the access to everything that's there.

Need Some Testers!

I am porting a Jellybean rom from the desire hd, its a touchwize rom. Wifi DOES NOT WORK, i am trying to fix that now. I CAN guarantee 48 gigs FREE from dropbox, this can be used even if you have tooken up htc's 24 gigs, i know this because i tried it, check out the attatched png. I would like some more experienced people testing this as the aim is to fix wifi because i can't debug to save my life lol. Hit me up with a pm or if you have me on gtalk use that!
Edit: Wifi now works. Camera DOES NOT

Did you change the vendor folder to glacier one. That could fix your WiFi problem.

Alright, gimme a couple minutes

I know, its like the keyboard doesnt space correctly,but the thing i notice is if you write over your sig it still comes out alright once you push your post!!!
