Used these instructions: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1574401 but could not find a module that was pre-compiled so I used the xposedappsettings apk from this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2072081
I have only tried this on the newest synergy rom (r326) but it works perfectly and others have tried as well.

Strange, I am getting 404 now as well, but wasn't like 10 minutes ago.
Try these:

If you use the link from update 2 in the OP you should get the newest xposed app settings app and thus one had way more options, including forced rotations and full screen settings.

I am on r326 and using it without problems. Just changed the dpi for system.apk to get a smaller status bar and clock. :good:
Thanks for the info. I will definitely install after work.

Just got a chance to install and it works amazing. Set systemui to 240 DPI and all is right with the world now. Now I have no want to go back to paranoid android because that was the only thing I was missing.

Anyone have a gap now when changing DPI? I changed it to 240
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda app-developers app
I can't really say on that line because I use a mixed 5x5,5x6 launcher/drawer launcher and I keep my screens barren(use folders in the app drawer). Could that gap possibly be the place holder for the battery bar? I don't have it on mine.

Just noticed it does happen for running apps. Weird, I'll try and mess with some settings to see if I can get it to go away.

I posted an update in the original thread that works if you already have the old version installed here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2024460&page=125 (message # 1243)
If you don't have the old version already installed, follow the instructions in the OP, then update it using my method.
I'm having lots of luck with the new Google Wallet.
See this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=35365898&postcount=1
And my success story with the latest update: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=46346934&postcount=856
Other required reading: Install the xposed framework installer (must be rooted, natch), and the Google Wallet module for it.
I need to hide root on my phone to load a work app, anyone have any suggestions?
I found "hide my root"in Google play store, but it hasn't been updated in over a year. Anyone that with phone?
I also saw root cloaked in xposed, but I have a feeling my work is smarter than that.
Suggestions?

The xposed module didn't work for me. I tried RooCloak and it seems to have done the trick.

RootCloak Xposed module works perfectly here, for the same purpose.

Wallace root, exposed framework, gravity module. It provides many customizations and is pretty stable as far as I can tell.
Xposed and gravity so not work for me. Gravity says it only supports AOSP. I just want to hide the Nav buttons and use pie control

If your framework is already installed you need to do a soft reboot and it will become active

It seems that even after a reboot it still does not want to work.
I downloaded the latest APK and installed it. I then downloaded Gravity from within Xposed and installed it. At this point no matter what combination of attempts I do I am unable to get it to actually run. The phone is rooted and Xposed is in the Super Su app. Any tips?
Thanks!
Just to clarify did you do a hard reboot or a soft reboot? To keep xposed alive on your phone for now you need to make sure you do a soft reboot after installing the framework. If you see the red txt saying framework not installed go ahead and install it, it will pop up and say would you like to reboot now? Hit cancel and select soft reboot and you should be good to go.
That worked

edit build.prop and add at the end qemu.hw.mainkeys=1. Then reboot.
Is there a way to hide root from isis wallet without xposed? Its really hard to give up the battery life of art for isis. Anybody know anything?

I have tried the rootcloak plus also and also rootcloak plus through xposed and isis keeps picking up root, and this was with the isus verizon activity app added to the list to block and there are no other verizon apps on the list to block. Anyone ?

I was using root cloak wrong I thought you had to delete the verizon isis one off the list instead it needed to be left alone and then it worked, just mixed up what I was supposed to do. Just install the app and do what it says and dont remove the verizon isis one on the list.
