Used these instructions: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1574401 but could not find a module that was pre-compiled so I used the xposedappsettings apk from this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2072081
I have only tried this on the newest synergy rom (r326) but it works perfectly and others have tried as well.

I can't really say on that line because I use a mixed 5x5,5x6 launcher/drawer launcher and I keep my screens barren(use folders in the app drawer). Could that gap possibly be the place holder for the battery bar? I don't have it on mine.

1. I could send you a file taken from stock ROM but you forgot to provide you ROM version
2. you can try to extract it yourself - there's a tool for ROM conversion to format mountable on PC (with e.g. Ext2Fsd & gizmo)
3. I found port of it for non-TW ROMs somewhere on xda - don't remember the link, but try searching for "TW clock"

Move the files to their respective places.
The addon.d file to /system/addon.d

Make sure to set the permissions right, they're all rw-r--r-- except for the lib I believe

Make a file called .forcefaceunlock in /sdcard
/sdcard/.forcefaceunlock
Install gapps
Go into Settings > Security and set up your face unlock there.
The only way I've gotten the phone to unlock using face unlock is using the horizontal lock screen.
Rom control > lockscreen options > horizontal lockscreen.
When it asks you for a pattern, turn the phone sideways, you'll be able to see an image from the ffc.
It unlocks fine for me.

The ffc actually had been fixed.
And as for getting it work,i did exactly what Juls said to go. Put all the files where they are supposed to be in /system, then put facelock in system apps. For permissions, check all the boxes in the first column, and the first box in the second column. Reboot, then it should be an unlock option in settings

Yea except you're probably gonna be missing some libs if you don't let the zip do it. If you read the updater-script and the shell scripts that it uses to install the files you'd know exactly which files are needed. Follow the instructions I posted, it's a lot easier flashing a zip via recovery.
Yea it turns out i got the option in the settings, but it didn't actually come up in the lock. So what was the link for that zip again?

I did. And yes it only works in horizontal lock screen.
I looked into it and apparently it was working in AOKP build 39 but something in build 40 broke it so we're probably gonna need to wait until the AOKP team releases build 41 so we can sync their source code, or wait until someone adds a patch to the lockscreen repo so I can pull it and build a new version with the fix. For now you're gonna need to use the lockscreen as horizontal.

There -was- a heavily kanged and unstable stock kitchen build similar to what you are looking for... but... well in short, the guy just pulled it a few weeks ago.
You weren't missing anything, it was unstable, unmaintained, and unworth your time to flash.
Your best bet is to find those apk's (launcher, s voice, and s memo) using that nifty search feature and push them to your choice of stock based rom (my preference on that would be tweaked using the stock kernel).
Keep in mind that the launcher won't be perfect (i'm assuming you will end up with smando's).

If you have it in /system/app touch to install it again (seems weird here but it works) - then delete it from /system/app. Reboot.
You should have it there since you installed via cwm zip. Let me know how that works out.

Extracted the .pngs and shoved then in a zip I found from this forum:

(Drive - might stop working) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_m9g0O_BTqdTG85N3dkclVTeGM/edit?usp=sharing
Instructions:
How I did it (recommended)
1. Download Xblast tools from Xposed module app, activate it and reboot.
2. Open it go tap Navigation bar and enable/tap Master switch
3. Tap Softkeys then Choose zip file.
4. Locate the .zip you downloaded and tap
5. Reboot.
Method 2(did not try this but you can if you wish):
Flash it in recovery (not going through this their tones of tutorial out there).
Also not sure if it works on rooted stock I'm using RomAur 6.1 so results may vary also I'm no dev so I may not be able to help you with troubleshooting and I'm not responsible for any damages to your device.
All commendation goes to the appropriate people which I don't have time to find cause Im in lesson at school being bored
