I want indian developers to comment in this thread and also mention the device they develop for.
This thread is intended to make a huge team of indian developers who can make custom roms available for indian devices from micromax karbonn lava xolo etc etc,
A lot of people make custom roms for the biggies like samsung, htc or sony.. But lets make a team, say team-india, which launches say bharat-Os: the cyanogenmod for indian devices.
And before anybody mentions forum of these devices exist in legacy and low activity devices, these devices deserve more attention. Most roms there are buggy ports.
Get.cyanogenmod.com is good.... But lets make get.bharat-os.com and list all devices from micromax, karbonn, lava etc
Learn from china- miui, mokee os etc

Why there are no ported roms for moto g 2015?
I request all developers to port rom foe moto g 2015 such as MIUI, ZENUI, XPERIA, TOUCHWIZ etc
Please vote guys so that developers would listen to our request....
U r ordering the developers which is against Xda rules. Miui has not come up with 5.1.1 so its not possible to port. Apart from that tell a Samsung device with same hardware to port touchwiz.

Bro I'm not ordering to anyone I'm just politely requesting developers to do so.... Its just my opinion, everyone can have different opinions thats why I've added poll option . No issues at all
OMG! TouchWiz? Really?
We have out of the box the most requested feature on every phone... Pure Android experience. Sincerely, apart of CM variants, i don't want any port for moto g.
Simply my opinion.
I don't see it as ordering, I just see it as showing the dev there's an interest in having that rom. I know I'm not going to waste much time on a project if only a small handful of people will use it.
I personally would love an xperia rom, as well as a FFOS and Ubuntu rom. If we could have a multiboot kernel, as well, I'd be in pig heaven dude!!! I'd have all of them on my sd card!!
I can port Zen UI,Vibe Ui,Funtouch Os..miui ...it might be difficult to port ...to this device cuz its 32 bit only. someone add me in a telegram group of moto g3 for further talk. And discussions
Why?!?! Those manufacturer interfaces are just bloatware crap... Grab a ROM that supports themes, either RRO or CM Theme Engine (and maybe the new Substratum) and you can likely find a theme that would give a better experience with the same appearance.
And BTW, there is a Sony Xperia "clone" called XOSP, which takes most of the good parts of Xperia devices and integrates them into a very Sony looking and behaving ROM with many of the actual Xperia apps. It is actually a very good ROM.
Instead port should be made for SAILFISH OS its kinda really demanding

Yeah Sailfish OS, remix os, kali Nethunter package are a few things that are really cool and useful. I used the alpha sailfish port for osprey and it was indeed a great experience even though most of the things didn't work.
And I want nethunter for fun things (You know what, no?).
I prefer the above operating systems/tools more to the themed ui ROMs. Probably because I like to create my own custom styled one.

Hello all respected people there are lots of dev team who are develop most and most rom for devices but as a huawei user we are bounded with emui no future development for this device because of some issues the one major issues is that developers develop the rom which they've they need device to test and make sure that rom running fine we need to donate money or device to developers to having other custom rom like other devices have and huawei sir Ale and many more developers are try hard to keeping this device on the edge but as i say no major development for huawei without emui so please make a forum for donations which given to developers like Resurrection Remix,Lineage os and many other hard working teams if some buddy interested then make a forum for it I will donate first...

use the power of google to search for one
if there is none available and there isnt an xda device specific thread for your device you will have to do it the hard way and build it for yourself from source - If you have no knowledge of creating a device tree and using git hub im sorry but unless you have weeks or months to look things up and study it in detail I would get a different device that is supported if thats what you want to do
as title. I see this phone very well without you support should ask. Look forward to the developers interested and help. thank you.

Do a Google search for:
"How to root (type your device's model number here)"
Go to system settings>about phone and look around in those settings for your model number then use that model number in your search.
If it doesn't find anything for your device then there is not a known method to root your device.

If a developer that has the skills to build a ROM actually owned one of your devices or had interest in building a ROM for that device, ROMs would already be built for it.
Since there are not any ROMs for it, that means that no developers own the device, developers only build for devices they own and then share their work with the community. This device is not the kind of device that a real developer would own or be interested in building for, it is not "new" or "cool" enough.
If you want a developer to build a ROM for that device, you have to be willing to buy another device like it and donate it to a developer(if you can find a developer that is willing to build the ROM for you, you have to find them, they will NOT come to you). If you can't or won't donate a device to a developer then you won't be getting your ROM unless you or another user of the device or you and several other users of the device get together and get to work learning how to build a ROM.
Mid-range to low-end devices usually don't get support from developers, some of these devices might get/have ROMs available but that isn't because an actual developer built them, it is because a user of the device or a group of users, that are not developers, takes it upon themselves to build a ROM for the device.
If no developers have built ROMs for it, but you are determined to get a ROM, then you need to get to work learning how to build it for yourself, you stand a better chance of getting a ROM that way instead of waiting for "someone else" to build a ROM for a device that no one is really interested in.

Specs are not what really matters, it's all about how well the hardware components are made, the mid-low end devices typically do not have good quality parts, regardless of how awesome the specs look or what processor it has. A really good processor on a low rated/cheaply made motherboard isn't much to be excited about.
