[Q] Can't use "Hard Reset" After stuck on HTC Screen - Windows Phone 8x by HTC

Hello all,
I tried a lot of different procedures to solve my problem.. but nothing.
Diagnostic: Stucked (Semi-Bricked) on HTC Logo. No Restart / Rebook automatically, battery is not charging quickly enough to support the usage (Just display showing HTC Logo), Not able to do the Hard Reset using Volume down, "!" and after the button sequence -> Volume Up, Volume Down, Power (Here is my problem, the screen goes "Black"), Volume Down.
Nothing is working... I tried some ROMs too, but i'm not able to recognize my phone on Windows 7 or 8 for Firmware Update.. aways USB Unknown or something like that.
This is happens after install a kind of "Black List" App, from Microsoft Store.
Anyone has any him about it?
Thanks!

Having the same problem I have SPL-3.03 HSPL & trying to downgrade to SPL 1.66 but won't go into Bootloader. I've tried an 8gb, 4gb & now 1gb card the file has been renamed in the root to LEOIMG.nbh but just get the tri colour screen. Pressing reset button & holding end call & Vol down button.
This is the right file to rename from HTC?

Make sure you are not using the USB cable while trying to enter bootloder. I had the same problem, but once unplugged the cable all was fine.
I'm having a similar problem. I reflashed to the HSPL, no problem. I then used the Rom UPdate Utility, which claimed it had updated my ROM to version 2 (although it took a fraction of the 10 minutes, it said it would). When I now try to boot the phone to install the rest, doesn't matter how much I hold the power key (which I presume is the 'make call' key, as that powers the phone up), it refuses to do anything other than boot to the O2 Welcome screen. I'm noticing the replies aren't very helpful here. Is this what I can expect for the whole forum? As a newbie, I can't make posts on the developers forums, so I can't ask them if they've come across this before. It seems a bit pants, to be honest!

Hi Junks,
The THREE COLOUR SCREEN is BOATLOADER this is FIRST BOOT LOADER or (I Think) the name is H-BOOT. You have to correct ROM for HTC HD2, but CMIIW the rom is for HTC HD2 T8585 (WWE) with 516 Internal Memory. Is your HD2 this Model or another Model famous with name TMOUS (T-Mobile Edition) with 1024 Internal Memory. I believed if you still have tricolor screen easier to "wake up" your phone.
Im haveing the same problems please someone help... a Demonoid invite code is all I have to offer here

HD2 is most great device. what is actually happened. You can brief here what you did before and some background of your HD2, what u have flashed in and what is inside, the more clue probably will help others to point a good thing for you. If No boot loader is the device totally "death"

I usely use SD Builds, but I installed DFT_LEO_MAGLDR113_DAF,HSPL4,MAGLDR_CWM_Recovery_v3.0.2.5_for_NexusHD2_135M,NexusHD2-Gingerbread_V2.7_NAND__Android-2.3.4__update and wifi-calling-htcleo-gb-20110518 ( Yes I just copy and paste the file names lol) My phone was working fine (Not sure about the bootloader/Tri-color screen) untill a few days ago my android build boots in safe mode I did find a remedy for that and thats by pressing and holding the Call (green), Home and Windows keys down while the android boots, but I have to do that all the time now. What I am trying to do is restore it back to fatory settings. Oh yeah BTW the AMAGLDR bootloader dose boot and also CWM Recovery but while In the aMAGLDR I have to hold the back key to press vol. up and down other wise it will keep moveing back to the top of the list (Its been like that sence I installed MAGLDR) but I do not have any problems with the vol up and down key in any other programs. I am also able to use USB Flasher and any other mode besides Windows Mobile Device Center (Windows 7). I also tried gettng into Sync by installing Windows phone 7 (witch installed fine with USB flash (Useing MAGLDR) but not luck with syncing back to WM6.

Hi. I've tried that combination of keys & I just get the O2 Welcome screen. The only key combination that works is when I power up with the Vol Down key held. I then get the tri-colour screen.
Don't know if this helps but.....
When I get the tri-colour screen, I have the following text:

[Q] Commtiva N700

Hell guys and girls..
Im wondering if anyone here can help me out, my mother in law has brought round this device to see if i can get it to boot up normally again.
it seems to be stuck in a boot loop, as far as i know she wouldn't of done anything to corrupt the firmware as she is completely clueless about unlocking devices.
i normally can fix all kinds of devices with ease, but i cannot get this to boot into recovery mode at all, i've never even seen this device before or even heard of commtiva N700 before now.
im guessing that its running the 2.2 froya firmware but that is just a wild guess.
is there any software ot there that will force this into recovery mode
if i hold down the power and volume down it goes into some kind of "incoming download mode" then will just scroll down the screen with
polling,get oemsbl_mode = 1
if i hold down power and volume up it says "entering FTM mode" then enters some screen with no options and im unable to do anything other then use my wifes earring to reset the device.
This clunky device has really got me scratching my head.. im totally clueless as to what to do to help this device function again.
So could anyone help out with this one please.
many thanks __Lee

[Q] Bricked T-mobile ZTE 768 concord

Hello all,
I have been searching all day trying to find an answer to this issue but so far have only really found information on the ZTE blade...
Today my ZTE concord (v768) randomly turned off. When i tried to boot it back up, i got stuck at the green android boot screen. I tried taking the battery out and tried to boot with the volume up and power keys, or the volume down and power keys, to try to enter recovery mode with no avail.
I have also tried the guide found here- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2426426 and the program wouldnt recognize the device when it was plugged into the computer (stuck at the green android logo).
I also tried installing adb but could not get adb to locate the device.
when i plug the phone in to charge it shows an empty battery container with a circle inscribed in it composed of 6 lines (very similar to this logo, http://www.maclife.com/files/u220903/mac_boot_screen_so_fast_620px.png, but with only 6 lines instead of 12.
Is there anything left to try here? Or is this a hardware issue that no amount of fiddling with software can correct?
Thank you for all of your help, and if you need any more info please let me know!

TFT300T BRick follow clockword recovery

HEllo,
Yestarday i puted on my TF300T cynagogen rom. To did it before i unlock the bootloader and put a recovery in fastboot mode (all seems succed because i well the devise is unlocked at startup) BUT i do a wipe cashe, and reboot my TF300T too earlier i guess... now my TF300T cannot reboot and it stucks to the screen logo with msg at top right (devise is unlocked)...
I'm very sad.. and try to correct this issue :
- i cannot use adb and fastboot (devise no recognize because F300T did not start and stuck at logo screen)
- i install android drivers
- i can use APX mode
In APX mode i try to ip contains in this zip file download from asus : TF300T-WW_epad-10_6_1_27_5-UpdateLauncher.zip (put in SDcard)
but i have no update message so i search another solution...
I see that there is a tools "NVFlash" but i m not really technicall and i don't really understand ... because in this step :
https://www.androidroot.mobi/pages/guides/tegra3-guide-nvflash-jellybean/
it write to begin "connect in fastbooot mode", ... me ? i cannot connect to fastbootmode, juste APX...
So if somebody can help me to unlock my tablette and resused it ...
Thanks a lot...
Rgds
To use nvflash you need a set of files that are special for your device. If you have not created them before, nvflash won't help you now.
However there are a lot of things people tried successfully to get into fastboot mode. Search a little in the forums. Some quick examples: hold power and vol-down for more than 10 secs, use the reset hole and vol-down, power off and attach the charger holding vol-down, etc.
Sent from my TF300T using Tapatalk
Honestly i sought during 4 hours yesterday if i posted a message it because im desesparate. I already try all solutions that you are talking about except the reset hole... I will try it tonight
Thanks
Hi again,
nothing works, i test reset button et vol down but i still have logo Asus, inspiring innovation, persistent perfection"
and message the device is unlocked.
And when i connect no fastboot devices detected i g
have
" waiting for devise "
I guess it's deads for me tablet is KO there is no more bootloader (when tablet was KO yesterday it's after the "wipe data" at bootloader... so i guess i can
put my tablet in the recycler bin.
Thanks.
the issue :
The big problem: Ultimately... when I rebooted the tablet, I just see the initial "ASUS" screen with "The Device is UnLocked." in the top-left corner. When I hold the power button to turn it off... it powers back on within a few seconds, and stays at the "ASUS" screen again. It will not stay off... and will not show anything but the "ASUS" splash screen. (With one exception, described later - "the only ray of hope...") If I hold the volume up or down buttons when powering on the device, absolutely nothing different happens. (since it doesn't STAY off... I've tried all kinds of different combinations of pushing/holding the appropriate buttons for when the tablet comes back on) IMPORTANT: I never see the "three icons" as expected when holding the volume button(s). No RCK, USB, etc... when the unit turns back on, it goes to the ASUS screen, and stays there until the battery dies. As a result... I can't get into recovery, fastboot, whatever in the traditional way. I have Just APX.
Pressing the reset button alone, or reset + volume down has the effect of temporarily turning off the unit and then on again, the same as holding the power button to turn it off and letting it turn itself back on again.
Which version of CWM did you use?
First, recovery-clockwork-5.5.0.4-tf300t.img from koush's ClockworkMod Recovery: (WARNING: this does not work with the newer Jelly Bean versions. Flashing this will brick your tablet!) download
ANd after i said **** i have JB 4.2.1 ... but at this time tablet works
after i download this :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1077648&d=1337726179
Tablet always works.. then in recovery i have three icon RCK , ANDROID and WIPE and i did a mistake and click on WIPE and after it was ... the blackout for my tablette
I know that i did a mistake ... a mistake which cost me 326 e
So as there is no solution on, could you confirm me if I buy a motherbroard for my TF300T it will be ok ? Or i need to change something else ? Thanks

A working motherboard (new or used) will certainly solve your problem. Just be careful in replacing it. If you need more info on this, holler.

It all boils down to personal preferences. You can always install a 32GB motherboard on a 16GB tab, The only difference in hardware is the internal storage capacity. I'd say if you can find a used working motherboard for a reasonable price, go for it. I've tried the galaxy tab 3, which I don't think has the same computing capability as the TF300, and a smaller screen, but it's newer.
I buy the motherbroad 60€. I will keep inform about replace of it
Thanks a lot

A friendly reminder: Don't go it alone if you're unsure. THIS thread should provide you with all the essential information about how to replace it. If it's too long, remember to first, right after you take the back cover off, turn off the service switch (the attached thumb shows its location at the top), and be careful with the power button ribbon at the right top corner when you look at the tab from the back.
When i will receipt motherbroad i will follow this guide :

When i rremount the motherboard, soulhd i put some glue on CPU to fix the orange object ?
Thanks a lot for your answer.

Guys guys Science may have found a solution right now ... will luckily I do not know, however, acts, then taken by anxiety, I did a downgrade of the OS taking it to the first version available from asus website:
https://www.asus.com/it/Phone/ZenFon...Desk_Download/ and download the oldest! that is, the first at the bottom, downloaded the zip file, and insert it in SD, reboot the phone in boot pressed power button and volume +, with selected RECOVERYMOD down key and select it with the power button, go into recovery and select update from SD car, flashed the firmware previously downloaded and placed in SD at the end you do the second wipe data factory and wipe cache, and reboot, there will dawn upgrade the touch, but the startup screen with the set of languages, now do not do anything and restart again, now it appears the annoying firmware upgrade again always with 0% but the screen "press and hold the power button ... etc .." do it and you will see that it will restart the cell, proceed quietly with the set of the options and creating acount, now every time you turn it on or ravviate, will win for a second the annoying pop-ups but the cell will reboot again and will turn on normally, it is not the best solutions but at least you can use your device, I hope I was helpful and let me know
PS SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH
FIX FILE
