hello everbody....
if you are like me always using a cm/google light(not samsung touched) rom,and using it with full pleasure.
for me still there was one thing really missing: the samsung 5 row keyboard with the numbers on top..
as far now i tried, flashing the samsung keyboard is not possible ,so i searched for another solution and found one:laugh::laugh:
its a lg-pro and a lg-g2 keyboard rip, ive installed both of them and everything works: typing,swype,themes,splitscreen etc no fc s!!see pictures below!!i use it as my first keyboard but i can also be installed as a second keyboard
but the best things is there is a build in theme selector so you dont have to flash.install a theme seperatly like most keyboard..just go into the settings and select a theme!!you can switch any time in any colour, as for now i have about 30 themes for the lg2 and 4 for the lg pro(more coming)!!! look hereView attachment 2560267
in both lg2 and the lg pro install instructions there is a theme zip included they contain the themes which comes stock with the keyboard the other themes i added can be found in the link!!
the number 1. is the lg-pro keyboard rip in which everything works except it has no build in emoji(if you use whatsapp etc etc which has emoji itself and thats fine with you and no need for extra options this is the best keyboard
the number 2. is the lg-g2 keyboard ripwith some more settings and with a build in and working emoji
its working/tested on my s4/note3 running PROBAM 1.2.5 but should work on any other rom/if not let me know

the only thing:you have to add some lines in you phone build.prop.
so it does contain some work to install but then youll have emoij and some more nice options!!!
if you dont care about this installing the pro keyboard is easier and faster.....

my native language:dutch seems to be working..it doesnt always shows the good word,but that is(i think:silly because of my handwriting...

Fantastic keyboard, works well on my Note 2 running Probam, although have edited my build.prop as below but haven't got the emoji or addition setting e.g. split landscape layout!!!

Yes, a few times...can't get the black theme to work either which I assume is under the additional settings I can't activate!!!
My LG G2 keyboard looks a little different from the screen shots in the first post too...

yes that is how i looks if the added lines in the buildprop arent working
can you uninstall the the keyboard....reboot
then reinstall again, and again add the lines to the buildprop(even if they are already there)/save it,check/reboot

In the file explorer long push on the app and proprieties and after set permision

Followed the above instructions to get both apk's working but couldn't manage ... I can access both apps from root explorer, check the properties, set permissions.. read write execute.. should they all be ticked?? I tried several combinations but couldn't get the widget appear under widgets..

I've decompiled both sets of mods and there is nothing to suggest that this is a direct copy. The apk's are different. They also come from different bases. XXLSC & XXLS7.

Working but i have dpi issue Im on ANGRY rom and i have tablet mode with 213 dpi. After flash i cant change size of widgets. Before was fine. Is possible back to stock view of widgets?

yes because this app is not moded to tablet mode.
for restore back the older widget neet to extract from your rom zip and copy back to your phone ( and dont forghet set permisions)

ok..youre right here is the biz theme install as normal apk(looks even better!!!)...
should work will add it to the thread tommorow
and also try/find/test the others

after that gointo your lg keyboard settings,scroll down then youll see:keyboardtheme/tick this...

its working look at pic below!!...in landscape mode you have to drag the keyboard to the sides with your fingers.didnt succeed first few times must practise:laugh:but it works..
you might disable swype first ..try and let meknow.....

some people know me from my lg keybard thread in which i present the lg pro keyboard and the lgg2 keyboard
for the lgg2 keyboard iT was needed to edit the build.prop to get some more features included the number row
but now i present to you a updated kitkat version of the lgg2 keyboard
the big advantage is that there is no need to edit the build.prop anymore to get the extra features
again its confirmed working on my note 3 running cm11
just flash the zipfile and its ready to use!! i have made many nice themes and also added some stock themes in total 30+ themes
you can apply as many themes as you want and switch between the themes anytime you want

Hello.
No I didn't installed any LG keyboard before.
I actually installed this version after a new flash
Your old keyboard LGG2 Pro was working fine on VN ROM.
I can retry it when I am home
Also the settings are appearing in the 'Language and Input' Section
I don't know if this is helpful but in Titanium Backup when you install a new apk,this apk usually appears in the list with a yellow triangle(to backup it)
I am not seeing the LG keyboard(the old one yes)
I don't know if it is TW but the Base is XXUDND2 and its a commonly used base for the N900
(TR-ROM,LiDroid,Criskelo,UMUT ROM,some of Alba's also)

you have tw rom
but it might miss some libs
i created a zipfile with the hopefully missing libs and the apk... if you want to test if it works?flash in recovery clear the cache...

You can get add the letter Ñ for Spanish languages as the Z2?

ok great is works,il add it to the op
can you send a picture?
the number row is present?
theme can be choose when ticking other settings below in the settings
but for now it has only stock theme for more you can download in theme setion

you can try to take the apk out of the zip and install as a normal apk...if not succeeded
you have to root your phone to flash with recovery

Ok everything is working well except for a small FC when calling google voice from the keyboard
If in the 'Language and input Settings' the Google Voice Keyboard is disabled ,then it will not show in the keyboard
For me its not a problem as I never use it

ok thnks for the reply and the pics.:good:..the voice keyboard seems to be a bug on some roms and on some roms it works...illlpost a fix in the op
-on some roms the voice input doenst show/work

Just made a quick tour.
Work fine with jota text editor free but does not appears in jota+ pro version on stotck KitKat ND6 here.
it has been possible to operate the lg g3 keyboard and have tried your apk and works

Typing with g3 keyboard. Working great for me. The only issue is that i cant adjust the height all the time from main keyboard. I guess have to do it from settings.

Working fine here ,try clearing cache in system/app keyboard
Make sure to remove old lg keyboard before installing this one to prevent problems

this message "LG keyboard has stopped" appeared when i try to type , BTW am on S5 port so i guess its the problem , love your work thou
N9005 S5 port rom working well. Hand writing and language change also well.theme also working. Thanks a lot.

Hmm after installing the app it isn't displayed. When I update it after some modifications it build.prop it is treatable.
Now comes this device check. Seems like they improved the check since it still isn't letting me open the app.
Also it checks for some info is hacker device??
Also some sort of ro.aa something like it.
Edit Was oDex file that caused it

Well I don't know if zoe is working to be honest. But I nuked all isHTCdevice to think we use a HTC device. Also the is hacked device I set to false.
We can use zoe app but I can't tell how good it'll work though. But I actually wonder what people used to blur half video screen now I see zoe is one of them probably lots of more apps can do that
I'll look into if zoe is still available in camera I tried to hack the camera app or mod if you prefer it to enable zoe but no luck. Don't know if it's still enabled.

Just copy the extracted folder to its system app or priv-app and set correct permission.
