can anyone help me how to root my alcatel scribe easy,
i got this from my postpaid service provider im just wondering how to root this device at how to open line.
another thing. is there any custom room for this unit that will make it a better phone than its stock rom although i have no problem in stock rom im just wondering if theres rom that will make my phone much better,

I have the same problem i want to re install the firmware not update its deadly slow, from alcatel website i cant. SD card download is not aviabale on site, someone plese help me to re-install on my alcatel scribe easy 8000d

Successful rooting confirmed on ot8000d
Dear friend.
I am confirming successful rooting with : Framaroot-1.6.0-spaces.ru.apk on my Alcatel one touch scribe easy ot8000d.
Also, funny thing is that this phone have the same performances, the same processor, the same camera etc.. like Huawei Ascend G510.
For Huawei Ascend G510 there is cyanogenmod. But, because it is almost the same, can we use cyanogenmod 10.1 for this device? I know we
will not have dual sim, but in this moment i do not care about it.

i have rooted my 8000d with kingo rooting app which is simple and rooting possible for all the mobiles "Android Rooting Made Easy For Dummies (Kingo Android ROOT)"

I used vroot.exe to root my alcatel one touch 8000d. it worked for me.
someone can root alcatel 8000a?
I try root my Alcatel 8000a with framaroot 1.9.1 but doesn't work, someone can help??

You can re-install the firmware by going to the alcatel site look for your phone check under support and downloading the one touch upgrade tool you will also need drivers check google for universal adb driver
vroot and framaroot 1.9.1 it works fine for my alcatel ot8000a. Now i can set my cpu and intalled greenify. ")

My friend's OT-8000A has a problem, he didnt know that he already installed an app like wifi master and DU battery saver that he didnt install anymore, he uninstalled it already the app but everytime he boot his cp, the said apps still remain and functioning with ads and has auto install directly from his phone that caused for laggy and stuck everytime he use, he thinks that his phone has virus infected, he tried hard reset but the said apps still remain and continues functioning, he wants to reflash the firmware but unlucky to find it on some forums or sites, pls help with us for possible fixes or solution, TIA!!!

Hi everyone. I tried to root my Alcatel one touch fierce to uninstall the system apps. Not only was I not able to root it but now it freezes all the time. I restored to factory settings but that didn't work. I'd like to flash the stock rom but I can't find it nowhere not even in the xda forums. Could any body give me a link to the stock rom. Maybe a backup. Thank you.

i have alcatel one touch flash. And one day by mistake i pressed the build.prop button in mtk droid tools which changed my build.prop and the phone got stuck on bootloop so i tried many thing to revive it and by another mistake i wiped the system so in twrp it showed no OS installed so i searched all over internet and found a cwm backup in xda and i restored the system using cwm but there still seem to be some problem. because after the bootlogo the screen just went black(blank) nothing happens. I really need help plzzz help someone out there.

I'm not able to provide the link as i'm a new member and xda won't allow me. so all u have to do is type tcl 6042d in google search and the there will be a site named working tutorial how to update tcl 6042d.
