I m going to buy the tablet Wammy desire having JELLY BEAN OS..can anybody advice me a custom rom for it...Its specs are Rockchip rk 3066 1.5 ghz dual core cortex a9 ,mali-400mp4 quad core,7inch,1 gb ram

I rooted my wammy desire 7 by following this post

Though i faced problems with the driver. and another important thing is that I executed the command one by one mentioned in the ROOT.bat file. I dont know why running the batch didnt work for me. Also, the embeded adb only worked not the one with the android SDK.
I tried flashing CWM, but kind of soft bricked my TAB. I had to reflash stock firmware again to get my TAB back

I tried those mentioned in their blog post it says too many free users download at the moment
I tried alot but cudnt get to download
Also is their a CM ROM for this device ???
The reason I looking for the latest ROM is because I am getting a screen distoretion
and guys from wickedleak directed me to download a latest firmware
Also gettting some random freezes now and then
Please let me know if any ROM available it will be a great help

Thanks for pointing out the ROOT.bat I got the ROOT_icood70pro but ddnt realize the embedded adb is the only adb I never try and that is the working one with my RK3066. I am using Ployer Momo7 dual core.

Hello.
i have recently bought an Android tablet with jelly bean 4.1.1 shipped without Google play/market . # dissappointing #
i managed to install Android market 3.3.12 . everything works fine with the exception of you tube . the youtube app works but without the updates to the you tube app.
I installed 4 files /apk/ to get the market running.
but again there isnt any sign that Gapps are available fir download .
can anyone put me in the right direction where to find google play apk that will work on my system ?
i would root this tablet in order to install the offical 4.2 rom if its available.

UPDATE
I have found loads of different google play apk's online and none of them have worked .
i found several Google Play apk 3.10.10 and i tried to install them over the current 3.3.12 and it resulted in the market force closing .
i also tried to delete the 3.3.12 market apk and install the google play 3.10.10 apk and the same symptom , force close . or stopped working upon launch .
i have tried to install google play in many different ways and i receive on occasion the apk you tried to install had conflicts with another already installed apk . i have tried to delete the initial 4 files for android market . but i cannot delete them . 3 of them are system files .
so whats next ? anyone ??

Search for Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v17 or v18.
It is easy to use and will root your device.
It will push SU as well.

As we all know Karbonn has released many awesome phones
one of them is Karbonn titanium s5 which has root as well as cwm recovery and some custom ROMs
But our device which is Karbonn titanium s9 is just released in July 2013 and just has root

Now lets Root Karbonn Titanium s9. The guide on
How to Root Karbonn Titanium s9 was tested and
100% working.
Rooting is a process of
getting administrator
access on your device
which will help you to
change Custom Roms.
Tweak the device and

Prerequisites:-
Charge the battery of Karbonn Titanium
S9 upto 80%.
Install Drivers on your computer. If you
don’t have drivers then download them
from here and install them.
Enable USB Debugging on your device.
Download the Mtk 6589 Rooting
package here
Enable USB Debugging in your phone.
Procedure to Root Karbonn Titanium S9(with computer):-
1. Connect the device to the computer
using Usb Cable.
2. Let the computer recognise your device.
3. Now extract the Mtk 6589 rooting kit
some where on pc.
4. Open the extracted folder you will see
Run.Bat file run it.
5. Follow onscreen instructions.
6. Wait for a Few seconds and Reboot the
device.
7. Now you can see a SuperUser app icon
in app drawer.
8. If you have any doubts whether your
phone is rooted or not download Root
Checker from playstore.
procedure to root phone(without computer):-
Download FramaRoot.apk v1.8.0 and then launch it from your Karbonn Titanium S9
now select the Boromir Exploit
wait for some time
it will say success...
Now close Framaroot app and Reboot your phone and after reboot your Karbonn Titanium is Rooted

I too have the same device and was trying a lot of things to install CWM recovery. Then I stumbled upon this method:

we need MTK Droid tools (since titanium s9 has MTK6589 1.2 GHz quad core processor) along with PDA net (for drivers) and Mobile Uncle (for installing created recovery file) from playstore.This helped me to install CWM recovery on titanium s9. I have also attached boot.img from the original firmware of karbonn titanium s9 to be used along with the mtkdroid tools.

[Q] com.android.phone has stopped when sending to 4-digit number

Hi All,
Can anyone help me please?.. I am a new member here at XDA and not so good in english language.
(Please move if posted in the wrong section)
So here's how it goes:
I installed a custom rom to my phone, it's almost perfect, but the thing is, when i try to send a message to a 4-digit number, it shows this warning "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" .I can receive messages, accept calls and send messages to my contacts. So, i really have no idea what the problem is xD.
To provide more details;
*This custom rom is made for another device, which is almost 100% identical to my phone in terms of specs. It is very smooth when i installed it.
*I tried clearing the cache of "Phone" (in application manager) in installed applications to see if it will work fine but it didn't.
*Also tried performing factory reset on my device and wiping every cache through CWM, and still shows the same error.
I was thinking if there's an easy way that i can fix this but it's fine if it's difficult, as long as it can be fixed.
I still have a backup of my STOCK ROM (backed up using CWM) , maybe the files inside it can be used to replace some files in the Custom ROM? Like Porting ROMs? I dont know what i'm talking about, just a thought so please help me.

i've a problem with my majestik tablet.
when it connects to internet,starts to download everythings, and opens a lot of browser pages with bad contents.
i already tried to remove all apps and clean completly ( manually ) but with no results,in fact after some minutes start again with the problem.
i tried also to reset ( with button) and restore factory settings. but the problem persists.
if is possibile,i want to mod this tablet,installing a custom rom.
is it possible? i searched on the internet but i haven't find nothing .

i already tried to remove all apps and clean completly ( manually ) but with no results,in fact after some minutes start again with the problem.
i tried also to reset ( with button) and restore factory settings. but the problem persists.
if is possibile,i want to mod this tablet,installing a custom rom.
is it possible? i searched on the internet but i haven't find nothing .
main characteristics:
4.2.2 Jelly Bean
ram ddr3 1 gb.
Processore mediatek quad core 1,3 ghz
