Hi,every one,I just change my system to cm-11-20140113-NIGHTLY-xt897 in order to use the ble(bluetooth low engergy) feather, but it seem that ble is not working.I can't use ble scanner or other ble app.Is the drivers problem?or which rom can support ble?thinks
This was on my list to try. Phone spec's say it's got it. Did it work on stock ROM ?

the newest stock ROM is android 4.1.2,and the ble feature only support by android 4.3+,so the stock ROM can't use this feature
Sounds like we wait for a rom.

What would be the risks of returning to 2.3.7?
You might risk running software with older version and not get the latest features until you update to the latest version again.

Can i use any costom rom that support 4.0.4?or the rom depends on the phone? My phone was cherry mobile flare.

The ROMs you can use depend on your phone, not on the ROM currently in use (your default OS is just the "stock" ROM).
Just make absolutely sure the ROM you use is for your exact phone model or you can brick it.

Here's the APK. Idk if it'll work on your phone but confirmed for the Droid Ultra, MAXX, Mini, and X.

Can you upload a better link that's not on mega?

Done some work on the apk and it needs input from the settings apk. But not as simple as that the way the app is set up it requires the core from the 8x for the linguistics. So its a no go for any other phone with out serious work and serious battery drain.

Yep. You need either the X8 (or theoretically the S800) for it to work. Even if it could be modded to work on a standard cpu, it's going to kill your battery life.
Use open mic+ ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/...=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_term=mic++play )

It installed on the LG G2 successfully however it doesn't work...
(Since the G2 has a S800 processor it should...right?)
It will only work on a device that has the framework for it...cause its in the settings section of the phone

Have you tried triangle away to use allshare? I was able to use allashare dongle when rooted after that...but didn't keep the dongle since has to be directly connected to tv, through av receiver doesn't work.

Triangle away may not work with custom recovery or custom kernel. I have heard mixed results with custom kernels and recoveries, I am running stock with root injected by mobile odin pro.
Sent from my GT-N8013 using Tapatalk 4
got the links for stock recovery and kernel?
Sent from my SGH-T889 using xda app-developers app
I don't. I used latest stock rom from sammobile.com and injected root during flash with mobile odin pro.

Alright then I'll see what I can find and let you guys know if it works thanks for all the help

It depends. Having CM JB 4.2 doesn't automatically means mirroring is available. I don't have CM on my note n8010 because I need S-pen support, but I have it on my Razr which is 4.3. No wireless display there.
Is there a way I can turn the screen on or power on my phone and it shows my widgets first extended down sort of like the image below? then I can hit the little lock icon that be at the bottom to go to my pin lock screen and enter my password? Is there an App out that can do that or a hack or ROM out that does it already?

Plenty of roms have that option...

I know SlimKat does, but there's probably an Xposed module that can do it also.
O okay is slim Kat a stock ROM
