Hi there!
I have a Samsung Galaxy ace plus S7500 (vodafone Portugal).
After my phone battery discharged, when I tried to charge it back it didn't boot. And now my cellphone is in a constante boot loop. My phone has not any root. It appears the samsung logo, then my model and then it boots again. I Have already wipe cache and made a Factory Reset.. Any idea how to solve it whithout taking the risk of voiding warranty?
Thank very much.

but for wiping cache and factory reset you need a recovery so your warranty is already void...
anyway flash stock through odin v3 (i dont know if v4 works well), it will not void your warranty, it will even recover it.

No, I used the recovery from the original rom through the combination of the buttons. I didn't installed any other software to do it. Thanks anyway. The cellphone was already sent to the repair center of samsung, and they have already fixed it. Problem Solved

i tried broth. but no way alsoo.... throw odin... tried.. cwm, original firmware also after pass or reset in odin it goes to restart again and again and again.....
Before I do factory reset, I removed the root under SuperSU settings.
But unfortunately, when I try to do factory reset, my phone rebooted twice and starts normally.
THE ROOT GET BACK AGAIN AND FACTORY RESET DOES NOT DONE!
It seems recovery mode has some problem, don't know what problem is it.
Is any way to fix it? MY PHONE IS ZENFONE 5 (T00J)

Sounds like your device comes prerooted and if that's the case you can't remove it with a factory reset. This is common among Chinese devices.

My device is not prerooted. Before I rooting it, my device still can do factory reset. But after I rooted I can't do it anymore.
It seems like the recovery mode is dead or whatever, do you know how to fix it?
Dont worry all you need to do is to flash the frimware for your device using CWM/TWRP.
You can find your frimware from this site.

the problem started when the phone started rebooting itself every minute and effectively going into reboot loop , I tried the following
1-factory reset , the reset is done but after the restart it is like nothing has been done , the same apps the same data are there and of course the problem is still there
2-Wiped dalvik cache, wiped cache and factory reset from cwm recovery , the same problem, like I have done nothing ,, the rom is still there with all the apps and data , still reboots itself.
3-Installed a stock rom and a modded rom using BOTH Odin and CWM still this freakin device is freezed on the old rom and wont change anything,
can anyone suggest a solution ?
Thanks a lot

Sadly, it sounds like the end of the line for your tab bud. Keep trying but I'd start looking for something new. Good luck.

if it was soft bricked, you could fix it. sounds to me like its hard bricked, because you claim even stock wont go on. in that case its trash.
i already know that not the case. hardbricked it wuldnt even come on. this just goes straight to recovery.
Hello....
After factory reset, my tab wont turn on....
Please help
Did you charged long enough? Is it stone dead with no signs of life or bootloop(Samsung logo loop)? Does it receive messages?
I am affraid not enoug charge or batteray....
This is the massage
I did the factory reset...
No respon even i press power+volume up/down
Now black screen...
Had you rooted or installed custom rom/recovery before that?
No.....
So you did not tampered with the device, all official software, one day wanna factory reset, the battery went dead midway, and the tab died? Purely asking.
(Your warranty is probably expired as you are asking here.)
I know this is an old thread but i was just reading now, and perhaps it's helpful to anyone else in the future. I'm not sure what the problem here, but when i froze a service in titanium, i had the same exactly message although tablet was booting to os. You couldn't even bypass locksceen. What i did was boot in twrp and flash a file (i have posted in other thread) to unfreeze all apps. After this it booted.
So there is a service which creates this message and a problem. But if you are unrooted by reinstalling rom in odin it might work..
