Uh, hello people,
First of all I want to clear out that I am not very knowlegable when it comes to the wonderful world of Android and stuff with all its details, but then again that is why I came here because other people seem to have found a solution to their problems here.
I don't think I found a topic that already covered my issue, so here I go:
Basically, all of a sudden my phone began to restart itself over and over again. I do not remember doing anything in particular prior to that happening, be it downloading anything or pretty much doing anything at all... After it restarts, I am able to enter my PIN code, unlock my phone, get to the homepage (where the apps and widgets suddenly disappear...) and around 15 seconds after the phone had restarted, no matter what I do to the phone it just goes off to reboot itself again. Even if I wait and not enter my PIN code it would still restart after those 15ish seconds...
I am running on Android 4.3 with CyanogenMod 10.2 (as far as I remember), which was already there when I got my phone.
Sоо, some help would be greatly appretiated

Hey Guys,
i need your help once again.
So my Desire S showed a lot of errors in the last time. E.g. turned off, couldn't connect to mobile internet. So i decided to factory reset. The phone is rooted and s-off.
I booted into the recovery mode and selected
Wipe Cache
Wipe dalvik cache
wipe battery stats
removed the sd Card
and at last
wipe data/factory reset.
After that i reboot and now the phone stops at bootscreen. I can go into the revolution recovery console again. But don't know what do now..
Would be great, if anyone could help me out.

hey. Your post made me smile. since you have done a full wipe, your phone is nearly empty. there is nothing to boot anymore. You need to install a new ROM.
(do I really need to explain how 2 do?)
Always make sure you know what you're doing, you did wipe your phone without knowing the results

ok now i can and i have to smile again.
Thank yaaaa
i have rooted my phone with gingerbreak and wanted to install gingersnap rom. i followed this methood http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1197991 and my phone is stuck in fastboot now.... i am able to press home+voldown+power button to go into clockwork recovery i think thats what its called and pretty much nothing else please help im new to this stuff
Go into the recovery, then use the volume keys to navigate around and either the search button or the menu button will select things depending on the version you're using. Once you're there, wipe cache and dalvik cache, then reboot it. The boot will take a long time, if after five minutes it's still trying to boot, then go back into recovery, wipe cache and dalvik cache, then install a rom like gingersnap. If after another five minutes that isn't working, boot into recovery again do a factory reset (this will wipe all of your apps, contacts, calendar entries etc), wipe system, wipe cache and wipe dalvik cache (do not wipe sd card or external storage) then install a rom like gingersnap and see if it boots up.
thanks for trying to help but none of that helped i dont really know how to install/flash a rom but i looked around a bit and found that i made a backup before i tryed to flash it so thanks
Watch the videos about installation of custom rom for Android (LG P500) !!

Hey, seem to be having an issue with CM10 on my Miro. So I flashed boot.img using fastboot -i0x0fce flash boot boot.img.
Then flashed CM10 FXP 10 (and also after trying FXP10 tried FXP15) using CWM v6
Now when I lock the screen it randomly reboots. At first I thought it was a charging issue as it happened when I charged but yesterday it was doing it throughout the day. I would just go to check for messages and it would either be off or the LED would flash different colours then it would reboot. seems fine for anywhere between 1/2 hour - two hours between reboots
Cheers for any help guys
have you overlocked to high? If not backup your apps & data boot to CWM then navigate mounts & storage. /format data /format cache /format system. then reflash rom reboot and see if thats worked.

Yeah this didn't work either. I thought maybe a corrupt download or something but i have tried downloading several times and have only seen one other person comment on this and his resolution i have already tried.
I try to wipe the cache partition on my Galaxy Tab 7.0 P3100 by booting up by pressing volume button up and power button and chose wipe cache partition and when it start erasing after 5 second it's sowing error and boot to system without wiping the cache.
I'm using JB 4.2.2 with no root.
Any way to wipe the cache?

The may be a write problem with the cache. Does the tab works fine in normal usage?
Alternatively, you could root it and flash CM Recovery, and then try wiping cache. If it works good, otherwise its a failing hardware.
用odin3重新刷一遍recovery,一切难题迎刃而解。和楼上解法差不多。先root再用固件管家刷第三方clockworkmod。
(英语不好没法输英文抱歉。(
I had the same issue after the 4.2.2 update. I was going to wipe it because the Tab was real laggy. I got the same error. Mine is a gt-p3113.

I don't think it's a hardware problem. Try installing a custom recovery and then wiping cache. A good process should be like this:
1. Root device
2. Install Custom Recovery (CWM or PHILZZ)
3. try to wipe cache
Once you have rooted and have installed custom recovery, you may also like to try out new roms.
I would suggest not rooting if you have warranty left. If you have, best option is to send it in warranty and ask them to try wiping cache.

My tab still in warranty but I'm willing to trying every solution cause warranty will simply will reset factory sittings and they will say it's fixed and come to get it. But in the same time I don't want to lose the warranty.

Yeah, that's basically what I am thinking. I only have until February when my warranty runs out, then I may do the root and mod deal.

I did a downgrade to JB 4.1.2 but the tab stuck at samsung animation boot screen but I did manged to enter recovery mode and do a wipe cache partition and restart to know if it gone boot but it did stuck at samsung animation screen than I used odin to but it back to 4.2.2 and it worked fine with no restart for the first 24 hour but it did restart once while I'm using it in the half of the second day and two while I'm recharging it at the end of second day.
And here we are at the third day with no restart for about 15 hour since the last restart.
I hope it's the end for this problem.
Hello, I was using my phone normally and then I decided to turn it off because I was having a bug with an application, then I turned it on but in that process I accidentaly push one of the volume bottons and end up on what it seems a boot menu, I went for the english option and then to "exit" and "power off" so I can exit this boot menu, but it comes back again to this menu over and over I don't know why,.
I go to boot reason and appears this: fs_mgr_mount_all
Unable to parse kernel log.
I need help, don't know why I can't exit this menu because I entered by mistake and did nothing else than trying to exit. I have never root my phone or anything related to that, please help me to not lose my data!
Try booting in Recovery and clear Cache (only wipe Cache not Wipe all) and then reboot
Maybe this help you

Ok just done that but it is still stuck on boot, maybe there is another solution to this problem?
Hmm looks like your 8T is caught in bootloop. As far as i know there is only to try in Recovery the Wipe All step which deleted all on your Phone. If that also not works then MSN Tool which has the same result as the Wipe All, the only differnce is that MSN Tool sets up your Partitions fresh and complete clean.
But i can be wrong with that what i Knowing, maybe a more smarter guy can help you out with your problem.
If your phone bootloader not unlocked, the only way i know is fastboot flash .img file from official full update.zip
If that not work, wipe or MSM, but they all causing data loss.
